tliv3  asked:

What if Ryan and Gavin go on an adventure to the end to get bottles of dragons breath...but get stuck.

You want me to put Freewood in a dangerous situation…together…alone…?
….
Alright, you asked for it! Sorry not sorry!

I might have gotten a little carried away. XD

“Gavin, when we get out of here, remind me to beat the shit out of Geoff.” Ryan called to the Lad as they ducked behind an obsidian pillar to avoid a fireball from the Ender Dragon. “Noted.” Gavin replied as he notched an arrow on his bow and leaned around the corner.

The two men were stranded in the End, with nothing but bows and arrows, diamond swords, building materials, and bottles. They had been sent to retrieve bottles of dragons breath and bring it back to the Overworld. Well, getting into the End and getting the breath was the easy part. Getting out was another story.

“Geoff, tell me again why you think Gavin and I would be the best for this? Alone?” Ryan asked the leader of Achievement City as everyone helped Team Love ‘n Stuff prepare for their mission. Geoff glared at Ryan. “Because Gavin is the best with a bow, which you need to fight a dragon, and you’re our best fighter, next to Michael.” He told him with an annoyed sigh. “Then why not send Michael with Gavin?” Ryan asked. Geoff rolled his eyes. “Send Michael and Gavin in together, alone, on a dangerous mission with no one else there to reign them in when they go off on each other and start trying to probably kill each other?” He scoffed. “I’m trying to keep everyone alive.” Geoff turned to him. “Not only are you our second best fighter, but despite your mad and…questionable personality traits, you actually are the best at keeping Gavin from being Gavin.” “But why just the two of us? Why not send Michael with us? Or Jeremy? Or you?” Ryan insisted. Geoff narrowed his eyes at the Gent. “You don’t want to be alone with Gavin.” He stated. “Why?” Ryan’s eyes widened and he shook his head. “No, no, that’s not it at all!” He exclaimed hurriedly. “I just don’t think the two of us alone is the best choice of people to go on this mission!” Geoff crossed his arms. “Why?” He asked again. Ryan bit his lip. “Uh…be…because…I…He…” Geoff shook his head. “It’ll be fine, Ryan. You’ve gone on dangerous missions with him before.” “Yeah, but never to the End.” Ryan argued. “Once in, the only way out is to kill the dragon. If we get distracted we could get killed.” “What could possibly distract you down in the End?” Geoff questioned. Ryan glanced over to look at Gavin, who was messing with a slime block with the other two Lads, Jack shaking his head. Geoff followed Ryan’s gaze. His eyes widened. “Oh.” He whispered. He smirked. “You like him, don’t you?” Ryan stiffened. “What?! No! O-of course not! That’s not what I meant at all!” “Well then good. We don’t have a problem.” Geoff said. Ryan turned to him pleadingly. “Geoff, please. It could go bad.” Geoff sighed. “Unless you give me a solid reason why you shouldn’t go with Gavin on this mission, which you haven’t so far, by the way, you are going.” Ryan opened his mouth, but sighed and closed it. “Ok.” He muttered. Geoff smiled and nodded. “Good.” He smirked and winked. “And don’t worry. I won’t tell Gavin you have a thing for him.” Ryan blushed as Geoff walked away. “I-I don’t have a thing for him!” He argued. He heard Geoff’s laugh as the older man walked away. “Have a thing for who?” Gavin asked, appearing beside him suddenly. Ryan jumped in surprise. “Jesus, Gavin!” He exclaimed. The Lad chuckled. “Sorry.” He apologized. He smiled at him. “So who do you like?” Ryan bit his lip before shrugging. “No one. Geoff’s just being…Geoff.” Gavin nodded, his goofy smile still on his face. “Ah, he’s being a little minge pot?” Ryan chuckled and shook his head. “Sure. I guess? Anyway, are you ready for our mission?” Suddenly Gavin’s smile widened, and he started jumping up and down. “Hell yeah, I’m ready! I’m bloody excited! I’ve never been to The End!” Ryan laughed. “Gavin, none of us have been. We only know what we know from books and scrolls.” Gavin rolled his eyes. “Whatever, even the more reason to be excited! And it’s just you and me!” He grinned at the Gent and raised his hand. “Team Love ‘n Stuff!” Ryan returned the smile and high-fived the Lad. “Team Love ‘n Stuff.” He repeated. “Hey losers, its time!” Michael called. “Get your asses over here!”

“So you understand the plan, right Gavin?” Ryan asked as the two men approached The End portal. “Yeah. We get in, collect the breath, destroy the ender crystals, kill the dragon, and get out. Easy.” Ryan chuckled. “Easier said then done. The crystals are on obsidian pillars.” “Yeah, that’s what Jack gave us these for.” Gavin replied, jostling his backpack and causing the building materials to make some noise. “This’ll be easier done then said.” Ryan rose an eyebrow at the Brit. “I’m not sure if that’s even a saying.” Gavin giggled. “Well, it is now! Now come on! Lets go already!” Gavin said before running up to the portal and jumping in. “No, Gavin, wait-!” Ryan exclaimed, rushing towards the Lad, but he was too late. The Gent sighed in annoyance. “Now I have to go save his ass.” He muttered as he stood above the portal. He took a deep a breath before jumping into the portal.

When he reappeared, he noticed he was on a floating platform. He looked around for the British Lad and saw him building a bridge to the main island. “Gavin!” Ryan called quietly. Gavin turned to the Gent and smiled. “Oh, hey, Rye!” He chirped as Ryan climbed up next to him. Ryan narrowed his eyes. “Don’t do something stupid like that again!” He snapped. “You could have been killed!” Gavin tilted his head. “All I did was go through the portal.” He said. “You jumped through it! I wasn’t ready! This place is dangerous, what if something had been waiting for you on the other side?!” Ryan argued. Gavin looked around. “Ryan, I’m fine.” He insisted. “I can take care of myself.” Ryan stopped and took a step back. “Y-yeah. I…I know you can.” He agreed. “It’s just…no one has been in The End in a long time. We don’t know what it’s like. We need to stay together.” He smiled. “Team Love ‘n Stuff, remember?” Gavin’s smile appeared back on his face. “I gotcha, Rye. Sorry for scaring you. Guess I got a little excited.” Suddenly the pair heard a loud roar. Gavin covered his ears. “Jesus, what the bloody hell is that?!” He exclaimed. Ryan grimaced. “I think that’s the dragon.” He said. He started pulling building material out of his bag and quickly helped Gavin build the bridge. “Come on. The faster we do this, the better.” Gavin nodded in agreement as the two built. Once they reached the main island, they noticed a small structure made of bedrock surrounded by several pillars made of obsidian. On the pillars were iron cages, and inside was a purple rotating cube. “Are those the crystals?” Gavin asked, gesturing to one of the cubes. Before Ryan could answer, they heard another loud roar. It was much closer this time. The two looked up as a black dragon with glowing purple eyes hovered above the bedrock structure. When it locked eyes the pair, it flew into the sky and began circling around outside the circle of pillars. “Well. There’s the dragon.” Gavin said, pulling out his bow. “I’ll lure it down here. You get the breath.” Ryan’s eyes widened and he laughed. Gavin rose an eyebrow. “What’s wrong?” Ryan chuckled. “Usually I’m the one that comes up with a plan while you’re around ‘muffing’ about.” Gavin crossed his arms with a smirk. “I can come up with plans, too. I’m helpful.” Ryan shook his head. “Just shoot the thing.” Gavin laughed. “Right-o.” He turned to the dragon and pulled back the bow. He followed it as it flew, trying to get good aim, before finally releasing the arrow. It hit the dragon, and it let out a roar in retort. It turned in Gavin’s direction and started to charge at him. “Oh shit. Incoming!” He screamed as he dove to the side. Ryan followed suit. The dragon glared at the pair before opening it’s mouth and letting out a purple mist. “The breath! Get it, Ryan!” Gavin exclaimed as he hid behind a pillar. Ryan quickly pulled out a bottle. “Oh yeah, I have to risk my life while you’re safe behind obsidian.” He complained, dashing to the side and managing to catch the breath in the bottle. “Hey, don’t whine at me. Complain to Geoff when we get back. Get about five more.” Gavin called. Ryan rolled his eyes as he pocketed the bottle of dragon’s breath and pulled out another bottle. “Maybe you should come help me. Might go a little faster.” He suggested as he threw a rock at the dragon to agitate it. “Nah. This obsidian is very comfy.” Gavin told him. Ryan snorted. “Obsidian? Comfy?” He repeated. The dragon spat breath at him again, and he was able to get two bottles this time. “Yeah. It’s nice and-ENDERMEN!” Gavin screamed suddenly, startling Ryan into almost dropping a bottle. “Jesus! Gavin, what-” “Endermen! Like… a hundred of them! They’re headed your way!” Gavin warned. Ryan groaned. “Of course. Hey, you big smelly overgrown lizard! Spray me!” The dragon growled at Ryan before hurling a fireball at him. Ryan’s eyes widened. “Oh shit! Not what I wanted!” Ryan braced himself as he was hit by the fireball. The force of the attack threw him into the obsidian Gavin was hiding behind. Gavin gasped. “Ryan! Are you alright?!” Ryan grunted in pain as he sat up. “Ugh…No. Fuck. Can we tag out?” Gavin rolled his eyes. “Alright. I’ll do the rest of the work. Ya big baby.” He ran out and helped Ryan behind the obsidian cover. Ryan glared at him. “’Baby?’” He repeated. “I’d like to see you get hit full force by a fireball into a solid obsidian structure! That shit hurts!” Gavin laughed and pulled out a bottle. He smirked at Ryan. “Baby.” He whispered before rushing towards the dragon. Ryan ‘huff’ed and rubbed his arm. “I’ll show him ‘baby.’’ He muttered. He glanced up and gasped. “Uh, Gavin?” He called. “What?!” Gavin yelled back. “Remember those Endermen you told me about?” Ryan said, standing up, having to lean on the pillar. “Yeah?” “They’re here.” Ryan pulled out his sword as a huge horde of Endermen approached. One that was within eyesight met Ryan’s eye, and it screamed before charging at the Gent. “Fuck!” Ryan exclaimed as he attacked the Enderman. This enraged the creature, and when it got close enough, it struck out at Ryan’s face, nearly slashing his right eye. Ryan staggered back to avoid it, and bumped into something. He looked up and saw another Enderman. “Shit! Gavin, can you please come help me?!” He called, attacking the second Enderman. “Hold on! I have one bottle left!” Gavin replied. “Come on and attack me, you stupid lizard!” “Gavin, I’m surrounded!” Ryan insisted as another Enderman joined the fray. “In a bloody moment, Ryan!” Gavin snapped. “There! Got it! Now, what the hell’s happen- Jesus, that’s a lot of Endermen!” He shrieked. “Yeah, no shit!” Ryan retorted. “Help me!” Gavin nodded. “Right!” He aimed his bow at the Enderman closest to Ryan and shot at it, hitting it in the head. It fell to the ground before exploding into purple sparkles. Ryan flashed Gavin a grateful smile before turning to the closer of the two Endermen. Gavin attacked the other one. When he hit the first one with an arrow, it struck it’s chest. It screeched in protest, and teleported closer to Gavin. The Lad quickly pulled out his sword and stabbed it, killing it. He turned to Ryan at the sound of another Endermen’s death cry. Ryan ran up to the Brit. The two looked over to the swarm of Endermen quickly approaching. “Shit. Let’s kill this dragon and get to the Overworld.” Ryan said. Gavin nodded, and the two hurried to the center of the island. They avoided a fireball that flew by them. They glanced up at the dragon. “Is it just me, or does that thing look as if we never even touched it?” Gavin said. Ryan looked to the obsidian pillars and pointed to the crystals. “There.” He said. “They must be healing it.” “Alright, so what do we do?” The Lad asked. Ryan smirked and pulled out building material. “We build. You stay here and keep it busy. I’m going to go destroy the crystals.” Gavin gave Ryan a worried look. “But you’re still hurt from earlier.” He pointed out. Ryan shrugged. “I’ll be fine. I can take care of myself.” Gavin snorted. “Smart arse.” Ryan chuckled before running off to beside the nearest pillar and building a second, smaller one, straight up. The dragon noticed Ryan and charged for him. “Shit. Gavin, do something!” Ryan exclaimed, building faster. Gavin aimed at the dragon’s head, earning it’s attention. It turned towards Gavin instead. Ryan was able to build to the top. He took out his sword and hit the iron bars, destroying them. When he finally reached the crystal, he took his sword and stabbed it into the cube, shattering it. The dragon let out a shriek.

They were able to keep this up, Gavin distracting the dragon and Ryan destroying the crystals. Once Ryan destroyed the last one, he covered his ears as the dragon let out its loudest screech yet. “I think we’re hurting it!” Gavin called. Before Ryan could reply, he suddenly noticed the dragon charging him. He was hit by it’s wing. He held on to it as it flew around. When it got close enough to the ground, he let go. He landed with an ‘umph.’ Gavin ran over. “Jesus, Ryan, are you ok?!” He asked, inspecting his friend. Ryan groaned as he sat up. “I’ve been better.” He smirked. “But it’s not being healed anymore. Now we can-” He was interrupted by a fireball. The two men ducked into cover behind an obsidian pillar. “It’s angry.” Gavin noted. “Yeah.” Ryan agreed. He turned to look at what was now a sea of Endermen, “Just don’t look at them. Focus on the dragon.” Gavin nodded and pulled back his bow, but had to duck for cover to avoid another fireball. “Gavin, when we get out of here, remind me to beat the shit out of Geoff.” Ryan called to the Lad. “Noted.” Gavin replied, notching an arrow onto his bow. “His plan sucked.” Ryan spat. Gavin chuckled. “Duly noted.” Gavin released the arrow, hitting the dragon in the side. It let out a roar of pain. It flew around to the other side of the pillar and charged at Gavin. As he braced for impact, Ryan shoved Gavin out of the way, taking the hit of the dragon himself. He was slammed into the pillar, for like the third time, and crumpled to the ground. Gavin’s eyes widened. “Ryan!” He screamed, running to his friend. When he reached the Gent’s side, he rolled him onto his back. His arms were scraped and cut, and he was bruised all over. “Ryan! Ryan! Fucking answer me! Ryan!” Gavin shook the man as he called to him. Ryan let out a soft moan. “Gavin…” He muttered. “Yeah. I’m here, Rye. You’re going to be ok.” Gavin assured him. “You…ok?” Ryan asked weakly. Gavin narrowed his eyes angrily. “Am I ok?! You nearly got killed! Earlier you told me not to do anything stupid, but look what you went and did! You’ve gotten the utter shit kicked out of your arse today! I’ve barely had anything happen to me! I could’ve taken that hit leagues better then you did! Why did you do that?!” Ryan chuckled hoarsely. “Protect…you…” Gavin clenched his fists. “Why?! I don’t need bloody protecting! I-” “…love…you…” Gavin paused. “Wh…what?” He stammered. “I…love…you…” Ryan gasped out. Gavin only stared at him. “You…you…love me?” He muttered. Ryan nodded. The dragon roared, earning Gavin’s attention. He stood up and walked from behind the pillar and drew his bow. “Alright. Listen here, you carbonized piss pot. That was my best friend you just injured. And nobody messes with Team Love ‘n Stuff!” He fired the arrow at the dragon, then quickly notched another, and shot again. He began to shoot in succession. “Nobody!” Gavin screamed as the final shot hit the dragon’s body. The dragon let out a deafening screech and hovered down to the ground before exploding into purple dust. As the bedrock structure came alive, Gavin ran over to Ryan. Noting he was alive but unconscious, he dragged him to the portal and pulled him through.

Geoff had been pacing Achievement City for hours when he heard the sound of footsteps. He groaned. “Jeremy, for the last time, I don’t want to talk. Just go-” “I’m back. Ryan needs help.” Gavin’s voice interrupted Geoff. The leader’s eyes widened and he spun around to see Gavin carrying two backpacks and dragging an unconscious Ryan. “Jesus Christ, you’re back!” He exclaimed. He looked to Ryan. “What happened to Ryan?!” “He got hurt a lot. He took a charge from the dragon for me.” Gavin explained. Geoff nodded and picked Ryan up gently, carrying him over to Jack’s house. “Jack will help.”

When Ryan woke up, his whole body hurt. He groaned as he opened his eyes. He was pleased to find he was no longer in The End, but was in his house. He turned to the side and saw Gavin sitting beside him. His smile widened when the Gent turned to him. “You’re awake!” He exclaimed. Ryan chuckled and nodded. “Yeah.” He said hoarsely. He looked at Gavin curiously. “Wait…how did we…?” “I killed the dragon and dragged you out.” Gavin explained. He smirked. “Told you I’m helpful.” Ryan rolled his eyes. Suddenly they widened as he remembered what he said last to Gavin. “Uh…Gavin…What I said to you in The End…when I was dying…” “About you loving me?” Gavin teased. Ryan bit his lip and nodded. “What…uh…do you think about that?” Gavin chuckled before leaning forward and kissing Ryan gently. When he pulled away, he had a smirk on his face. Ryan was stunned. Gavin laughed. “Does that tell you?” Ryan blinked and smiled at Gavin. Suddenly they heard a laugh. They turned to the doorway to see Geoff smirking.

“Called it.”

18 for Bokuto Mum??

The final prompt! Cheering!! And boy howdy does this lady know how to cheer on her sons. At the risk of getting kicked out of the gymnasium lolol Kiyomi is a VERY involved mom and is so supportive in whatever her family is interested in. If she is able to make their game, practice match or otherwise, you bet your ass she’s in the seats showing her support.

Papa Owl Tatsuya is supportive, too but he’s more quiet about it. Not that he can’t make noise himself. Honestly, it’s pretty easy to get caught up in the moment lol

These were fun! I was gonna say that I could do more, but I’ll find some other prompt list to do. This is really good practice for me for developing my ocs~

Steve/Tony + complementary qualities

the types of mercy players
  • the medic: has lots of experience in the healer/cleric role, doesn't always pick mercy, may have played medic in tf2, ruthlessly efficient. knows exactly when to switch between damage boosts and healing streams. probably has at least 2 huge rez pogs in the bag.
  • the merciful: literally mercy. outrageously nice, probably acknowledges every "thank you!" and tries their best. somehow not jaded despite the role's burdens. focuses on healing more than damage boosts. may or may not pocket the pharah. perhaps not the best at the job, but is getting better. protect them. be nice
  • the mercy main: is jaded as hell. Learned a long time ago that this is a thankless career. probably loves the character and the usefulness of the role. 75% chance of hating the team. 100% chance of carrying them. probably a nice person, but really tired of this running out of range and leaving them to die bullshit. "stop picking genji you piece of shit" "You need healing? *I* need two vodka shots and a glass of wine"
  • the "i usually play dps but i had to switch and i can't switch back": realizes quickly the damage they inflict upon the healers. now has a healthy respect for the role. pulls out the tic tac gun at the mere sight of reaper. wastes ult on 1-2 person rezes before the whole team is wiped out. has died four time in the last minute. is crying. fears the japanese language. *constant stream of apologies to the healer mains*
A short guide on how to make Widows
  1. Insta-lock Widowmaker no matter the situation. Enter the voice chat with the confidence you killed your husband with and announce that you are going ot carry the team.
  2. Never switch. Up against a 6 Stack of Winstons? Perfect time for Harambe 2.0.
  3. You are allergic to the objective and you will die upon touching it. Stay as much in the back line as possible and guard that one flank that only one character can use, even when your enemy team doesn’t even have said character. You are the ultimate defense, nothing gets past you (Except for the enemy Reinhardt, D.Va, Ana, Soldier, and Lucio)
  4. Remember your mine! It’s here to warn you against flankers. The closer the flankers are, the more of a threat they present. To get the maxium value out of your mine and to make sure it doesn’t get triggered accidentally position it righ tnext to you. That way you get alerted as soon as someone sneaks up on you.
  5. An enemy Widowmaker is your greatest threat! As soon as you see her, be prepared to do the ancient shitty sniper tango. May the best spider win.
  6. Your grappling hook can be used for Trick Shots! Still don’t have ‘Smooth as Silk?’ Then spend the entire game waiting for your hook to be off CD, use it, fail, and then wait again.
  7. If you have Smooth as Silk be sure to show it off all the time. Doesn’t matter that you got it by pure luck as you headshotted someone and the enemy Pharah hit you with your rocket at the same time. It still counts.
  8. You are far away from health packs most of the time but that is what healers are there for! Make sure to go up on the highest location possible and spam ‘I NEED HEALING’ while not moving to the edge.
  9. Remember, if you win then you carried the team. You might only have 3 eliminations and  20% accuracy but that doesn’t matter, you killed a charging Reinhardt once. You contributed.
  10. If you don’t have the Mistletoe Highlight Intro then don’t even bother playing her tbh.
