Hooooly shiiiiiit! Comission done by the super talented @milk-teah, whose art i simply adore and love and aaaaagh, this is so good! Thank you so, so much @milk-teah for making this!!! I’m in tears, it’s so amazing! I’m gushing!
I just finished Chernow's biography of Hamilton, and I loved it. Teah, he was a bit biased and glorified him a bit, but I liked that he also wrote about the other founding fathers and people surrounding Hamilton. Their lifes, the way they saw Hamilton. And Chernow's writing is fantastic! I'd have reas a lot more of my school books if he had written them. Now I'm starting Jefferson's bio, by R. B. Bernstein. Did you read that? Was it any good?
Chernow is such a good writer I gobble anything he ever writes! Alexander Hamilton was a little biased especially at the end when he mentioned that Thomas Jefferson mentioned Hamilton’s death merely in passing to his daughter and called it mean. While not even mentioning Jefferson’s daughter died and he was still going through that loss. Don’t stop yourself from reading it- it’s brilliant.
I have not read that one- no. I have another that I love.
