I’m guilty of forgetting to eat meals when I’m so busy with class work and research. Especially when I’m on campus all day. Put a reminder in your phone and keep some simple ingredients in your fridge so you can be prepared. Here I made a sandwich with sriracha hummus, lettuce, tomatoes, and havarti. I used the Tazo Chai Tea latte mix to make my own (it’s the same stuff they use at Starbucks but much cheaper to do it yourself). I microwave 8 oz of milk for 1:30 , add some honey and use a handheld milk frother, add 8 oz of chai and then microwave for another 1:30. It satisfies my coffee/sugary drink cravings and saves me money.
Tazo Chai Tea Latte. I almost feel like I’m betraying a lover talking about this drink. Even though it’s on the menu. Sweet and spicy. Warms you up in the right places. I love trying new drinks at Starbucks and I highly suggest you give this a shot. It will be your accessory for the entire Fall season and even Winter. You know how Yoga brings you to this peaceful state of mind? The Chai Tea Latte will soothe and heel like a therapy session never would.
Item: Tazo Chai tea latte (1 of the 3 featured fall drinks)
My experience: For some reason my Tazo Chai tea latte tasted like it was watered down. The flavor of the Chai was barely there. Personally, I didn’t like it. It’s strange because I enjoyed their regular iced chai tea latte. I’m not sure what went wrong but I’m not going to purchased this ‘fall drink’ any time soon.
