30g red bell Pepper    13 cal

3 tbsp vegetable stock

Garlic powder

Fondor

Konjac flour

Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Add the zucchini, onion and red pepper to a pan with the vegetable stock. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes.

Add the garlic powder, fondor and konjac flour to thicken and cook for a few minutes until everything is combined and creamy. Add the spinach and let it shrink.

Add salt and pepper, to taste.
