Midgi Nail Art Pen Black
So when I did my galaxy nails not that long ago, I had an idea of doing negative nebula nails. I played off that idea without actually doing galaxy nails. I painted my nails white, sponged on neon polish, dotted black ‘stars’ and added a layer of glitter. They’re kind of crazy. ;)
My entry for day 20 of Nail Challenge- Water Marbled. I’m really crap at doing water marbling. I much prefer the application and look of needle marbling. But I wanted to try something different. I painted my nails with the Holo Chrome and then marbled black and clear polish together so the sparkles would show through the marbling.
Just in time for Flag Day and Independence Day! I have a serious weakness for multi-colored glitters. This is Paint Me Patriotic by Vivid Lacquers. Red, white, and blue glitter floating in a clear base. The glitter here is predominately square glitter, with small round and white stars rounding out the mix. I layered one coat of Paint Me Patriotic over various reds and blues and white.
WOW!! You guys, this polish is amazing!! This is two coats of Vivid Lacquer’s Pumpkin Hangover over black. This is quite possibly the best Halloween polish ever. It’ll be for sale soon in her Etsy shop.
I know with nail bloggers, you generally don’t know much about their private life outside of nail polish. Today, you’ll learn something about me. I live in Eugene, Oregon and we hold a pageant every year called The SLUG Queen competition and coronation. I am competing this year as Sadie Slimy Stitches. I have been working and campaigning towards winning the crown for the past 16 months. Today is the event! And here are my Queenly nails. Wish me luck!
I’m back! I finished swatching all these great polishes and I’ll post them as soon as they’re available for sale. I recently bought A Crewed Interest and I love it! I was inspired to add gold immediately. Pastel and gold. Such a great match!
