Tanni Grey-Thompson (b. 1969) is a former wheelchair racer from Wales. Despite being born with spina bifida, she participated in wheelchair racing and basketball at high-performance levels, winning 16 medals (11 gold) throughout her career as a Paralympian.

After retiring from sports, she became a television presenter for BBC Wales, and also a Life Peer of the House of Lords.
