We rented a car and drove to Tamashima area. We first went to fish market. Fishermen there graciously offered free crab legs. My dad bought some squid for sashimi, which the fishermen sliced immediately after so we can eat it as sashimi. They told us about soy sauce they use, which was also made in Tamashima area.
We drove a bit and visited soy sauce making place (a very tiny place - hard to call it a factory), then I found that there is a sake manufacturing place right next to soy sauce place. The sake is “Sanzen”. Turns out, we had just had Sanzen the night before, so we checked the place out and my dad bought another bottle.
