I hadn’t been in Wheeling, West Virginia in quite a while. When planning the itinerary for a 10-day trip earlier this month it was a surprise to see my route would take me through the city…I had forgotten about it. Remembering its historic landmark suspension bridge and the Capitol Music Hall, I looked forward to seeing these places again. I found myself wandering around the city, remarkably quiet for a Saturday afternoon, for a while. Time seems to have stood still in many parts of the city, particularly in residential areas full of 19th century dwellings. In other parts in was obvious time had passed the place by. Hi Emma! Im thinking of buying a cute journal to write in this summer. Any thoughts of what I could do in it? (Besides writing a story or write about my day) Thanks!
