take a chance on you

*Nora and Ren are discussing where they should go on vacation*

Nora: So when should I book the room?

Ren: I’d wait if you’re OK with it. Disrupt the team a little as possible. Take that last chance to find some calm just before the storm. You know me, always like to savor that last shot before popping the Clip.

*Nora gives Ren a knowing smirk*

Ren: Wait… that metaphor just went somewhere horrible.

Institutionalization isn't as scary as people tend to think it is either, anon. I was in inpatient in June and the worst part of it were the rules of what you could/could not bring into the unit so I was bored as heck but it really helped me a lot. I got my medication adjusted quickly to helpful levels and I learned a lot of coping skills I'm now teaching others who cannot afford therapy. I highly suggest you take a chance and go.

I hope you guys know most staff members refuse to try out for designs because you treat them like shit for it. Just because a staff member wins doesnt mean its biased. As an artist I am actually less likely to pick staff who entered my contest so quit acting like she didn't deserve to win. Karmel not winning wouldnt have made your chances of winning any better if you really take the time to act like this just because you didn't win. Stop crying.

uh I’m in love with the cutest bean boy but I’m taller than him I’m a girl, guys don’t like girls who r tall

That’s not strictly true! Guys aren’t one homogenous group - there are plenty of men who don’t care either way, or actively like tall women. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being a tall girl. Tall girls are beautiful! (speaking as someone who likes girls, I love tall girls, I think tall girls are wonderful and gorgeous and a blessing to this world)

If a guy’s masculinity is so fragile that he won’t date someone because she’s taller than he is, then that guy isn’t worth your time. If this guy is a sweet guy, then the odds are that he won’t care. The important thing in a relationship is having personalities that match, not being the right height, so don’t let a little thing like that hold you back from taking a chance, and if it does bother him, then he isn’t the right guy for you.

I hope things turn out well for you, and remember: no matter what guys who are insecure in their masculinity say, you’re beautiful whatever shape or size your body is 💕

This is super random and not related to anything but; why do the heroes in movies stay on the phone while the villain threatens them??

It seems really obvious that the moment the villain goes into threatening mode, you should just like… hang up… Now ya don’t know what the villain was trying to get you to do, so any threat is inconsequential. The villain has to find a new way to get the information to you. You got more time to figure out how to defeat them. Win-win.
