swing with person

mood: me and my girls in matching pastel jackets, each with our own flair of style and personality, swinging baseball bats and other crude weapons, lounging threateningly outside of abuser’s homes, watching and snapping our gum and running our fingers through our hair, eyes glinting, waiting, pink and dangerous

don´t fret when having a sudden mood swing.

  • do your best to keep your mind off the thing that set off the drop in your mood.
  • during this period, our thoughts will become intrusive so try your best to keep your mind occupied with something else.
  • watch tv, read a book/fanfic, play a game, do you fav hobby, etc.
  • what you are going through is extremely overwhelming.
  • it is very intense and very strong.
  • Your mind might tell you to engage in activities that “will make you feel better”.
  • it might tell you how you deserve it. how it´s just for a little bit. how no one will care.
  • but You know better. you can say no, you can resist it.
  • you are strong enough.
  • don’t listen to the lies, ok?
  • Stay safe, Soldier.

PSA FOR FELLOW BORDERLINES!!!

This FREE app, Daylio, is fantastic for recording and observing data about mood changes and stuff. You can record multiple entries per day (I’ve set alarms in my phone to write every two hours) pick a mood rating and activities you’ve done, and add a journal-style entry.

It processes all your data into easy-to-read graphics, so that you can see daily and monthly changes, try to track patterns, see how different activities affect you, and see graphs for your average mood over a month or a year. You can also see graphs for your average mood while doing a specific activity. The activities log is also highly customizable, so your entries will be accurate.

This app is very helpful for tracking patterns and seeing what kind of activities help or hurt you. (For example, if I’m separated from my FP for too long, get isolated for too long, or am in a situation where my relationships feel threatened, it’s bad– but when I travel, eat well, and spend quality time with FP & loved ones, my average mood increases significantly!)

Anyway, I’ll stop rambling now, but please reblog this great resource so it can reach as many borderlines as possible!!! (This is probably useful for other PDs and mood disorders too, actually)

Why do I like this kid so much

He’s very straight forward, and sometimes he’s a little irritating, even when meeting someone new, he will just put on his earphones and listen to music, he might be a little naive but I feel like he’s always staying beside silently looking at everything objectively, or you can say positively, without having any bad thoughts. He’s more of a soul person than a brain person. When I’m having a hard time, he’ll always just come over without saying anything then lie on the sofa and sleep. Once he wakes up he’ll say “I’m going now” and he’ll just leave. All my younger brothers are just like typical guys so we never do kisses to each other but you know what? I do it everyday to this kid that’s gonna turn 27 soon kekekeke I think I might be the biggest giri fan. Let’s all love our dog-cat Giriboy more.
