hey mama! any hearty vegetable soup recipes that you make?
i have a soup brewing at the moment! its been a bit chilly here this week so its my first soup of the year! i just cut up all sorts of veggies i have on hand celery is a must, potaoes, carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin, zucchini, etc i use a tin of organic crushed tomatoes and herbs and spices like cumin, garlic powder, parsley, coriander and chives. just a mix really. i cut every thing up pretty rough and top it with filtered water in a large pot and put it on the lowest heat for a a few hours till perfectly brewed! (this way it doesn’t reach a super high temperature so it preserves the nutrients better) i serve it over mash potatoes or rice! yummy can’t wait for dinner tonight x
