My name is Kimberley. I’m 24 (as of 2013), and am 5'6. In 2011 I was at my highest weight of 212 pounds. I’ve since decided to get my life on track and my weight. I began by tracking what I was eating and exercising moderately. I’ve fallen off this wagon multiple times and have always had to restart. After losing 33 lbs, I gained back 20 of them.
Beginning of 2013, I decided I needed to do this. Since,
I’ve lost 17 pounds. I now weigh 175. Although sometimes difficult to maintain, I still watch what I eat and exercise almost daily. I joined a running class and have signed up for races.
