AU || Sam and Dean meet Sherlock and Joan while working a case in New York.
“See that? That was a demon,” Dean said. “Where’s your logic now, huh? Where’s that deductive reasoning?”
Sherlock did not miss a beat. He proceeded to deduce the place of the demon’s burial—in the city, luckily—and suggested going to the cemetery, salting and burning the bones as demons: “were just ghosts, yes?”
“Well, I was impressed,” Sam told his brother, who now had a sour expression on his face. Joan was the only one to notice the tenseness in Sherlock’s jaw and the small tear in his eye as he stared blankly ahead of himself.
