#yogapartypeople day 3: #outdooryoga :) For this, I went to my favorite place on campus which is this little secluded area by the river. This place is my favorite place to go to when I just need to get away or when I want to just be one with nature. Here is some crow pose on this fallen tree! Have fun with this today. I can’t wait what the rest of the #yogapartypeople come up with! Hosts are: yogawithkarel, bexmaddy, healthyhappymotivation, yogarian, and sunny-yogi
I decided to do monkey pose. This pose is very difficult for me and it really forces me to listen to my body. However, I loves this pose because it teaches me that I am capable of accomplishing things that are seemingly impossible.
I don’t know if it’s just me, but forearm stands are harder for me than than handstands are. I’d chose handstands any day over forearm stands! I feel so wobbly when I’m doing these and I usually just end up falling over on my back - ow! However, I am determined to practice these more. I want to be able to find comfort and stability in forearm stands like I do for handstands. Practice and all is coming!
P.S. I am wearing a bikini top because I feel like it.
For this challenge I changed the perspective of my camera.
In life, when events or situations get hard on me, I like to change my perspective. When you change your perspective you can see new possibilities and that’s when the hard stuff doesn’t seem so hard anymore.
