Mason jar food (part one?) Mason jar meals are a good idea if you need to take food on the go, a school lunch for example. The jars keep food fresh for longer than most Tupperware. *This is a salad with ranch dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, spinach and topped off with croutons and sunflower seeds. **Notice that the dressing is on the bottom so it doesn’t make the rest of the ingredients soggy.
