I like to do boxing quite a lot. It’s kind of my jam. I constantly have bruises on my legs and my arms from boxing. It’s not good for the aesthetics, but in the long term it will be. It’s kind of good for everything. It’s just great cardio workout without feeling like you’re working out, basically. And you learn technique—core, arms, legs. It’s kind of amazing.
