im a really bad news reader but other day i read this article that was really relatable so i picked out and categorise the main points, which is a lot more straightforward and time efficient when i need points in essay writing !!

here’s some pictures from last night and today! i stayed up late last night for homework and i’m doing the same again tonight! i have an art history exam tomorrow and i’m not ready at all, but i’m not stressing! i’m just gonna read the book, my notes, and my flashcards and take it as it comes! also today i went to chipotle with my boy! but newsflash the queso isn’t good :(
this week’s spread!! i actually managed to post it within the same week for once HAHA, the lighting was nice to me today (you an even lowkey see the reflection of the sky in the photos!! it’s so cute). plus, pink is my favourite colour, so this week’s colour combination made me happy :)
anyway, happy (late) namjoon day!!!! i featured him on my spread as often as i could this time to make up for the fact that i didn’t have time to do an individual spread for him like i did for kookie (｡･･｡) but i’ll do that the second i have free time!! super excited for that even though i have twenty deadlines coming up,,
this got like 4 times longer than I anticipated, I’m really sorry orz It’s basic beginning stuff I guess, stuff that you must have seen everywhere already but I can’t begin to tell you how important it is, at least to me, to know what the hell that mass you’re drawing is. Even if I’m not the best at it (and even if I could use some anatomy studying lately coughcough), it’s something I’m PASSIONATE about and something I consider you have to do, to learn and absorb in order to draw people and be happy with it. Because in my case, once I kinda sorta got the hang of drawing bodies, I felt my hand free, relaxed. I felt happy as hell with what I started being able to draw and I enjoyed drawing bodies 210%
I’ve been doing a lot of movement studies lately to finally get the “full figures and dynamic poses give me headache” problem out of my way. These are in large part referenced from invaluable motion sequences by Eadweard Muybridge.
Of course I imagine it’s Corvo training, because it makes my life more beautiful.
