MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation/Concealer Review

Foundation: It’s a great medium coverage foundation. I wouldn’t recommend this for oily skin types because it is a gel based foundation, and a catastrophe is going to happen if you have super oily skin. I have combination skin so it actually worked out well for me. I didn’t produce that much oil on my T-Zone at the end of the day, so I was super happy about that. A little goes a long way. I’ve heard that people have a hard time applying this foundation, but I just applied mines with a damp flat-top kabuki brush. I would also use a Beauty Blender with this foundation. The smell was tolerable, and it lasted a long time. The feeling was surprisingly light-weight for me, I didn’t feel like I was wearing a mask on my face. I think it’s a good foundation if you apply the correct way.

Concealer: The concealer was a bit too creamy for me. It is way heavier than the MAC Studio Finish concealer, and I just hated it. I’m probably going to end up using it to clean up my brows instead of spot concealing, or under-eye. The coverage was great like all MAC concealers, but if you dont like the feeling of heavy makeup then this product is not for you.

All in all. The foundation is great, and the concealer sucks monkey balls.
