For those wondering how I work on my back flexibility: here to go! I warm up my core and back adequately beforehand with a few sun salutations, Cobras/upward facing dogs, camel pose, bow pose, some spinal twists, plows, crunches, planks, etc. You do not want to do extreme stretches like this without warming up beforehand! I use the wall to walk my feet closer to my head. I can kick up and hold a forearm stand without the wall, but it helps to have assistance in stretching. #flexibility #contortion #yoga #yogi #scorpion #stretching #inversion #forearmstand
