strengthen the immune system

Build a strong immune system with herbs:

Antiviral: bergamot, black pepper, peppermint, ravensara, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, tea tree, hyssop, lemon balm, thyme;

Congestion: anise, benzoin, black pepper, cypress, eucalyptus, frankincense, myrrh, peppermint, pine, sandalwood, tea tree, thyme;

Immunity: cinnamon, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, oregano, sage, tea tree, thyme;

Stimulate white blood cell production: bergmot, chamomile, lavender, lemon, myrrh, pine, sandalwood, thyme, vetiver;

New cell growth: garlic, geranium, lavender, rose, sandalwood;

Immune stimulant: 12 drops lavender and bergamot, 5 drops tea tree, ravensare, and caulophyllum inophyllum (optional), 4 oz carrier oil. Combine and massage over problem causing area;

Lymph massage oil: 12 drops lemon, rosemary, and grapefruit, 6 drops true bay (Laurus nobilis) and 4 oz carrier oil.
