This easy dessert is perfect for any summer picnic or barbecue and makes enough for a crowd! You’ll need a large Lunds & Byerlys Angel Food Cake and two 8-ounce containers of Cool Whip along with your favorite berries (we used raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries).
To make, simply cut the cake into cubes and layer it with the Cool Whip and berries in a large trifle bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
