Tinker Tailer

This clip is called “Tinker Tailer” and is directed by an English actor and writer Richard Ayoade. The eerie video is shot from the point of view of a driver at night, who runs into a group of strange people all dressed in black and carrying briefcases. As they look left and right and huddle up, an explosion is seen in the distance. Then a masked person comes out from the driver’s left view.

Ok but have you considered:

McCree doesn’t exist in Sombra’s database because Reaper has obliterated all of his files, all of his information, any tiny little piece of evidence linking him to Overwatch.

Sombra picks up a security feed from eight years ago of what appears to be a strange man dressed as a cowboy involved in a covert Blackwatch operation. No way he’s Overwatch, Sombra, just look at him. Look at the way he’s dressed. Obviously a civilian. Ridiculous.

Sombra stumbles over an old Overwatch manifesto that specifically includes one “Jesse McCree”. Never heard of him. He must have been one of those pathetic recruits that didn’t even make it past basic training. Don’t give me that look, do you think I would just forget any of my former teammates? I’d remember a name like that. He’s probably not even worth hunting down.

Papa Reyes is still protecting his little ingrate.

The Amaris are fair game. That witch Ziegler can rot. Hell, take Jack, too, if you have to.

But don’t you DARE lay a hand on his boy Jesse.

-Blue wears a strange combination of floral dresses and combat boots everywhere. it drives gansey insane but in the best way ever.

-ronan is dreaming thousands of fireflies up and adam fills mason jars with them. they never die, but make the most amazing night lights. the pathway from the house to the barns in lined by these jars.

-blue steals 4 jars and goes to noah’s grave and leaves them there.

-henry ends up convincing the gangsey to finally join social media. somehow they’re all some connected by snapchat and instagram and Facebook messenger. it’s great.

-blue’s instagram contains pictures of dead flowers, blueberry yogurt, feminist novels and many pictures of trees (as well as sneaky shots of gansey labeled ‘dick’)

-ronan uses messenger to send obnoxious pictures to gansey of squash.

-henry however decided to provoke the angry irish farmer by endlessly sending pictures of him holding stuffed animals of cows and pigs through snapchat, each labeled ‘who’s the real farmer now?’

                -ronan blocks him.

-adam is finally sleeping eight hours a night and is down to one job due to blessed scholarships that paid for both his residence and tuition and he has not felt this safe and happy in years.

-lots of hiking

-gansey drags them out to the woods at ungodly hours and talks about their next great adventure and quest and holy shit this boy will not stop.

-henry plays pokemon go and ronan nearly throws his phone out the window when he insists that they stop for the super rare pokebaby even if there are cars right behind them and they’re on  a highway like wtf henry your priorities are sad.

               -“one more time cheng”

               -“YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND, LYNCH!”

-he also names the beedrill after gansey because he’s a bit of an ass.

-adam is getting boxes from nino’s for moving. blue turns his bedroom into a massive cardboard box fort, complete with cupcakes and lemonade and blankets.

-ronan likes to take naps there and dreams up flower crowns.

-gansey grows more mint plants. they’re a symbol of life to him and he never wants a single one to wilt.

-he also keeps losing his boat shoes.

-ronan looks suspicious but in the end it’s been blue all along.

-ronan steals his polo shirts. gansey is not impressed.

-driving to amusement parks! blue and henry take an unimpressed selfie each time gansey insists on pulling over to look at some historical monument at some point.

-adam is hella not convinced about the rollercoasters

-neither is gansey lets be honest because our sweet two times dead child does not want to go a third time. he dutifully follows blue on each ride though only because she is a wild child that lifts her arms up in the air and likes the rush and damnit if gansey isn’t holding tight to her hand each time.

-henry thrives on the drop tower.

           -and cotton candy

           -and funnel cake

-ronan takes roughly a million photos of henry’s hair since all the rides completely wrecked his carefully styled ‘masterpiece’.

-also: adam and ronan kiss and it tastes like lemonade and suddenly ronan starts craving lemonade all of the times.

-gansey has been trying to find apartments. he has a year off between school and blue wants to live for the first time uncursed.

-eventually they find a loft halfway between ronan’s farm and adam’s school.

-it’s above a used bookstore and cafe and blue falls in love with it.

-she makes curtains for the windows that are different colours and nothing in the loft matches in terms of decorations. wind chimes made from coca cola bottles and prints of frida kahlo and fairy lights hung everywhere.

-adam and ronan give them firefly lanterns.

-henry makes them paint the spare bedroom yellow and black because they all better know he is going to be crashing there.

-summer is ending and they are all painfully aware of it

-gansey has been sleeping like a normal human

-adam has been as well

-ronan still can’t be called a normal human

-blue takes a photo for her instagram account on the very last night of summer of the group in the field surrounded by the stars and fireflies and it;s beautiful, and in the photo you can almost make out the sight of smudgy boy standing next to ronan

-they all drive adam to his new dorm the next day and completely terrify his roommate

-three boys in the hallway attempted to catcall blue and had a face full of a pissed ronan and gansey, and even worse, an annoyed blue.

-henry brought far to many cactuses to decorate adam’s desk with just so he would have something to remember ronan by

-”because, you know, your boyfriend is a giant prick”

-ronan also brought a snow globe with glitter.

-blue also strings up more fairy lights because try and stop the five foot girl wearing the shirt with the words ‘not your babe’ across the front.

-ronan assists in stringing them above the desk and bed because she wasn’t quite tall enough

-gansey tears up a little bit at the sight of his boy going off to his school.

-henry takes photos and eventually talks in one of the traumatized boys that blue tore skin off verbally into taking a group photo of them.

-it’s a bit crowded, since they’re doing it in adam’s shared bedroom.

-henry has blue on his shoulders and one her hands is messing up gansey’s hair while ronan is wearing a flower crown that adam brought with him, one arm around his waist and has the smuggest smirk on his face while adam looks so blissfully happy.

-a week later blue and gansey quietly move into their loft

-three days after a doormat shows up saying “fuck off”

-it’s perfect

Hannigram + temporary amnesia? 🙃

Will woke to a blur of sun blotting out his vision. Sheer curtain panels fluttered across an open window. There was a strange tightness in his cheek, and an ache that spread from shoulder to chest. When he tried to move, he realized his leg was broken.

“Hello?” he said, absent, looking down at the splint holding his leg in a stiff line. The room was papered in a delicate floral pattern. He had never seen it before.

A man–strangely handsome, sharply dressed, elegant–entered through the open door. “You’re awake,” he said with a half-smile.

“Who are you? Where am I?”

The man cocked his head and frowned. “You don’t remember?”

“No.”

“Do you at least know who you are?”

“Will Graham.”

“And what is the last thing you remember?”

Will closed his eyes and searched his well of memory. Dogs and wet grass. The sputter of his ancient coffee machine. Wolf Trap in all its quiet, unchanging brilliance.

“I went to sleep in my own bed. I was in Wolf Trap, Virginia.” It occurred to Will just then that he should panic, but his body wouldn’t allow it.

The man sat in an armchair near the window. “I see. And you have no idea who I am.”

“No. The look on your face says that I probably should.”

The man was quiet for some time and then, “You’ve been in an accident,” he said. “We were in an accident together.”

There were deep, angry gashes on the backs of the man’s hands. “What sort of accident?”

“The sort we shouldn’t have survived. You should eat, perhaps it will come back to you.”

Will leaned back against the headboard. He was very tired, though he’d perhaps been sleeping for days. “I don’t know that I’m hungry right now.”

“I’ll fix you something anyway,” the man said, walking toward the door, watching Will carefully from the corner of his eye.

“Wait,” Will said before the man disappeared. “What’s your name?”

“Hannibal,” he said. “Hannibal Lecter.”

The name rang clear and brilliant, though not of recognition. It was something planted deeper, etched in viscera and fettered deep beneath his bones. Will would have googled the name, but there was no technology around, not even a rotary telephone. Wherever they were, it was a place not meant to be found.

Hannibal served him vegetable broth. “If you can keep this down, I’ll make you something better,” he promised, watching Will sip from his trembling spoon.

“It’s good. Thank you.”

“Are we hiding from someone?” Will asked when the broth was almost gone.

“Yes.”

“We did something terrible,” Will said, and it was not a question. “Do you want me to know?”

“I’d rather you remember on your own than I tell you.”

“Was it that bad?”

“Memories that are your own are different from the stories you’re told. What happened is too important to be the latter.”

“And what if I never remember?”

Silent, Hannibal turned and gazed out the open window.

“I remember sitting across from you in room with long windows,” Will said when three days had passed. “The curtains were striped red, and we drank wine the same color.”

“My office in Baltimore. We spent many evenings there.”

“I can’t tell if this is a happy memory.” Will searched Hannibal’s face for an answer, grasping at the shine of his eyes. “I think it’s probably more complicated than happy or sad.”

“I was happy,” Hannibal said. “Every moment we were together.”

On the seventh day, Will traced a finger over his abdominal scar and remembered, in fragments and gasps, that fateful night in Hannibal’s kitchen.

“Why did you kill that girl?”

“Her name was Abigail,” Hannibal said while examining Will’s fractured leg.

“She was someone that I loved.”

“Yes.”

“Are you someone that I love?”

Hannibal’s fingers stilled against the curve of Will’s calf. “That is my greatest hope.”

Hannibal came back to Will in shards fitted together with gold. Kintsugi of the mind.

“I remember watching you through the glass,” he said when a month had passed. His leg was healing well.

“And do you remember how you felt?”

Beneath Will’s ribs, a dull ache began to bloom. “I wanted to touch you. Crawl in with you.”

“There is no glass between us now.”

Will reached for Hannibal’s hand, and he remembered.

oh my god did he really invent the word dude? i need to know this story

so dear anon, the legend states that once upon a time in a really not-pretentious-enough land called victorian london lived a fine young fellow called oscar fingal o'flahertie wills wilde, who consecrated himself to the mighty aesthetic ™.

now, tales about oscar’s fabulousness spread all over the world, arriving even in his homeland, ireland, where some not really tasteful nor graceful individuals begun to call him “dood”, word that in irish dialect meant something like “strange looking, funny dressed fellow”. this rumor arrived, as you can imagine, all the way to oscar’s ears, while he was gaily (and very gay-ly) dining at his favorite restaurant with his dandies squad.

he considered the matter for a while and, after a brief thoughtful silence, he turned to one of this friends and went “hey dude”. everyone looked at him really confused, asking what this weird word was supposed to mean. he explained he just invented the term, a crasis between “dud” = “awesomely dressed fella”, and “attitude” = the grace and aesthetic of behaving, stating he obviously plenty owned both. from that day on, everyone in the squad started calling one another “dude” and the word spread pretty much everywhere.

btw, this is not the only word oscar invented. once he and his friends were bored and oscar made a bet that he could introduce a word into the english language within twenty-four hours. he then went out and hired a group of street boys to write the word “quiz”, which was a nonsense term, on random walls all around the city. within a day, the word was common currency and had acquired a meaning, because many people started to think it was a secret treasure hunt hint or something of that kind, thing that made oscar the winner.

this story is honestly controversial tho, because it was attributed to a 1700s theater owner and several other people too, but still. it’s awesome to know.

ΩPlease don't dawdle, Alice! We're very late, indeed!

Been thinking and writing a lot about real experiences I’ve had at university, through the lens of ‘maybe my school has some Fair Folk hanging around.’ Tbh, makes some stuff make a lot more sense. Enjoy: the adventures of the students at Elsewhere University who have no idea about the fae, but just notice that sometimes stuff is weird: In the corner of the dining hall, someone is always almost done a paper they never seem to finish. They are there every time you walk in, no matter what hour of day or night. You wonder when they sleep. It doesn’t occur to you to wonder if they sleep.  The basement tunnels wind under your dorm. You were just looking for the laundry room, but you have been walking an awfully long time. The motion-detecting lights keep flickering ahead of you though. Maybe if you keep following them, you’ll find your way.  At the end of the party, there are a half dozen half empty beer cans sitting around. You plan to clean up in the morning, and by the time you do so they are already empty.  You put “free pizza!” on the flyer for his event. When it rolls around, far more people show up than you expect. Some are strangely dressed, or look somehow both too old and too young to be students. Do they even go here? Where were they summoned from?  Your professor’s apparent annoyance at students showing up to their clearly scheduled and openly publicized office hours confuses you at first. At a certain point though, it begins to look like fear. They always gesture to the bowl of candy on their desk.

Feel free to take some!

they say every time, as though you might have forgotten, as though you might have been forbidden otherwise, as a pacifying gesture.  You plan to take a five minute break from work. When you look up from your phone again, an hour has passed. You pause to quickly reply to an email, and realize that everyone has left the library. You think, I’ll just check Facebook to see if I have any notifications, and notice that the sun has already risen.  You’ve been protesting the university’s investments for years, but don’t know the names of the people who make the decisions. There is the school president, but it’s past her, even past the management company. Perhaps it’s a guy in a cubicle with a laptop, diversifying portfolios and calculating returns. Then again, maybe it’s something else that controls the endowment’s hoard. Maybe that’s why it likes feeding on such darkness – war, apartheid, prisons, oil.  When you go to a party at a frat house, don’t accept their food or drink. Don’t drink anything you haven’t poured yourself. Otherwise, you don’t know where or when you’ll wake up. You don’t know how long it will take to escape this night.  You wonder sometimes if there are passageways in the library – closets and bookshelves and bathroom stalls that lead somewhere else. You see people walking in to the library with sleeping bags and boxes of groceries, especially during finals week. You sometimes see them wandering around in their socks, looking lost. You see them leave, occasionally, and when the sun hits them they look as though they have been away for a while.  You’re supposed to drop your paperwork off in the registrars office. You search online for it, but only come up with a website that hasn’t been redesigned since 2004. It lists the building name, which you’ve never heard of, and no address. You search the building name and find two “halls” and one “house” with the name. When you go to each of them, they tell you that the registrar has never been there, but it’s up the main street, head north away from campus, you can’t miss it. You discover a building that though you’ve walked this way hundreds of times, you never noticed before. It’s open and they give you candy and more paperwork to get filled out. Every time you go back afterwards, it’s locked and dark, although the hours posted on the door say it should be open. You decide not to drop that class after all.  You and your friend decide to room together, and for the first few months get along great. You decorate together, you buy house plants, she gives you a necklace shaped like a silver feather that she found doing end of year clean up. You’re not sure when things start to get weird, but the day after Halloween you notice she seems mad and when you ask what’s up she says she doesn’t consider you a friend she doesn’t like you and would you just go away. For the rest of the year, things continue with pretty much that tone, and you’re never quite sure what happened. You survive the year, painfully, and leave campus for the summer. You run in to her in New York at a friend’s birthday party. After avoiding her most of the night, she catches you on your way out. She says she is so excited to see you, she’s missed you so much, and gives you a huge hug. A few years later, you take a four person class together, and she’ll reminisce about when you were roomies. She only ever tells stories from before Halloween. You wonder if she only remembers those. You wonder if she was only there for those.

Hey hey! Can I request a scenario where the RFA are going out to dinner with MC (who is very curvy) and they are wearing a little tight black dress? Thanks!!

Sorry if these are so short. We just feel like all of the RFA generally would think you look great, so again sorry if it’s so general.

Zen:

  • When you first walk out, he’s staring at you in stunned silence
  • After recovering, he’s literally showering you in compliments
  • Absolutely loves the way it fits you
  • After awhile, he gets a little ansty
  • What if other men look at you strange in that dress?
  • Offers you his blazer when you guys are walking around

Yoosung:

  • Blushy, blushy
  • Very blushy
  • It takes him half an hour to form a coherent sentence
  • As the night goes on, you noticed he liked holding you and affectionately touching you a lot
  • He notices a lot of guys glancing at you
  • Yandere mode activated
  • Almost pushing his jacket on you
  • Yoosung, stop

Jaehee:

  • She was the one who helped you pick it out
  • You were uncomfortable with it at first
  • You also thought it was slightly scandalous
  • But her compliments and encouragement really boosted your self-esteem
  • She also requested you wore it when you planned your girl’s night out
  • She teases you a bit though, since you thought it was so scandalous at first
  • “Are you sure that dress is appropriate for this occasion?”
  • You both laugh it off

Jumin:

  • Jumin gets you a lot of gifts
  • This dress was one he had gotten you a while ago
  • You found it in the back of your closet and finally decided to wear it
  • When he sees you, he has this sort of soft smile on his face
  • But you can tell he’s slightly flustered because he keeps adjusting his cufflinks
  • He’s staring lovingly at you all throughout the night
  • He’s so soft with you

Seven:

  • He pranked you bad last time you saw him
  • So you want to get him back somehow
  • So, you wear the tight dress to make him flustered
  • When he comes to pick up….
  • No reaction
  • You go through the night, and you wonder if he noticed at all
  • Then when he drops you off home, he smiles
  • “I know what you were trying to do. Nice try. But you do look very nice.”

[Witch Boy AU] Credence Barebone

There was no denying that the boy was strange.
Dressed in black from head to toe, weird tattoos covering his arms, his nose always stuck in his books.
He rarely spoke to anyone - except to his cat when he wasn’t simply mumbling to himself.
Nobody really knew him, or knew about that tall, mysterious man who suddenly appeared in the neighboorhood.

I got inspired a lot by @dakotaliar‘s wondeful drawing of Credence for this aesthetic <3 I just love how she drew him ! I kept the original concept but added the ‘witch boy’ concept because I really like the idea.

Take a look at her work down here :D

forest elves and minotaurs

a little something i wrote for @incaseyouart‘s phan elf au ,, enjoy !!

Patrolling, as uneventful and inconceivably dull as it was, was probably the most exciting part of Dan’s week.

Which he supposed made his week pretty uneventful and inconceivably dull in itself

Patrolling alone was not particularly interesting at all. Dan had heard enough faeries tell him that their silvery glowing liquid was actually ‘a luminescent forest protection balm’ (instead of what Dan suspected it to be) to last him a few decent lifetimes. And it was just so boring, strolling around one godforsaken area of the forest for hours at a time. That wasn’t what made it interesting, though.

It was more the atmosphere of it all.

The Darker Forest was the type of place to send shivers cascading down your spine. The breeze crawling through the fog and reaching out at the most unsuspected of moments. Grabbing onto your shoulders, cloaks, your hands, trying to tug you further into it’s depths.

Dan lived for it. Understandable- it was to be expected of a Dark Elf.
Live in the darkness, and guard the Villages. The boring principles they were all forced to live by. Dan had strayed as far as he possible could from the stereotypes that basically governed them, opting to become a performer and the main storyteller of his village, instead of a guard or night-raiser. Yet, this month, he’d been forced into patrolling instead of performing.

The Council liked to do this sometimes, they didn’t see his storytelling as ‘contributing to their established world’, basically meaning it wasn’t a real job and he needed to pull his weight around the Village. Which he didn’t agree with in the slightest. People went batshit crazy without his stories to brighten up their days, but he guessed he needed somewhere to get his stories from- and if not the Sprite’s villages, the Darker Forest was the prefect place to find them.

Still, this job had nothing on the thrill of entertaining. The Darker Forest creeped him out, plus he was sure all the forest elves, and the river sprites and everyone else hated him for the patrolling and having to interact with everyone he came across. That was okay though, he hated it too.

Dan stopped moving suddenly. He let out a stale breath, feeling the tree roots behind him slithering under his boots, coiling themselves around his ankles and winding up to his knees.

Crap.

He needed to move faster. The tree roots around these parts tended to do that if you stood in one spot for too long, Dan figured it had something to do with the faeries ‘luminescent forest protection balm’, doing it’s luminescent forest protecting.

He grabbed at his shoes, tugging the roots from where they had attached themselves to the buckles and trampling on them, breaking into a little jog. He could hear a humming from somewhere nearby, a soft little jingle that made the ominous darkness of the forest seem a little brighter.

Then it all dimmed again, Dan realising that humming meant people and people meant interaction. Probably a Pixie- it was in their nature to sing and hum and be generally obnoxious.

Dan moved through the trees as quietly as he could, Pixies tended to overreact and scream when they were surprised- a sequence that often led him into a lot of trouble.

As he drew closer to the sound, he realised it was not a Pixie. It was far too deep in comparison to their strange tinkle and, in Dan’s opinion, far too nice. Something nearby was casting a strange glow now, a greenish light emitting from in front of him, lighting a clear path towards the humming sound. The wind was strengthening and Dan shivered, hiding further into his thick black cloak. The trees blew wildly, leaves raining down from them like raindrops. The sky had begun to darken and the entire forest had that sort of scent like it was about to rain. Dan hated the rain. Too cold and miserable.

He peered through the trees, curious as to see the source of the light.
It definitely was not a Pixie. A boy- a forest elf, sat crouched over a tree. He was sort of strange-looking, dressed all in green, his feet wrapped in leaves and a shawl covered his shoulders, buttoned up with little leaf clasps.

And he was glowing.

The glow, the greenish one that tinted all the trees and lit up the entire Darker Forest, was coming from this boy, emitting from his hands and face and through the leaves on his feet.

It made Dan stop and stare.

He didn’t quite understand what the boy was doing, he looked to be scavenging around for something at the base of a tree. His hands dug around in the dirt and his cloak shimmered as he moved his head.

Dan groaned. It pained him to have to interact with people, but the protocol basically forced him to ask questions to everyone he came across. This was why he hated patrol.

“Who are you?” He demanded, marching over to the boy. The elf’s head whipped around quicker than a sprite running from trouble- a little too fast. Dan leapt back as the boy let out a squeal, tumbling to the ground. Falling backwards and jerking his head up to avoid landing on it, in a way that Dan could only describe as about as elegant as a giant sitting down too fast (which wasn’t a pretty sight, and Dan could tell you that from experience).

“Ah, sorry, you startled me!” The boy smiled widely, and Dan was almost intimidated by the sheer glow of cheerfulness in his grin, “My name is Phil!”

“Oh, uh sorry about that,” Dan mumbled, smiling back despite the mask that covered the bottom half of his face. “Here,” He offered a hand out to the boy to pull him up, and he took it gratefully.

“Thank you,” Phil said.

“No problem. What are you doing in this forest anyways?” Dan chuckled, “It can be dangerous… for someone who literally glows.” He added, mumbling the last part under his breath.

“Well, I was trying to find a plant, but then this squirrel chased me! It was so determined? Maybe it knows there are bigger plans for me in this forest,” Phil rambled, Dan trying his best not to laugh.

“A squirrel? Are you actually kidding me?” Dan giggled, pulling his mask down a little, “But aren’t you like… a forest elf? And you’re scared of a little squirrel?”

Phil beamed, “I know- I’m just a bit weird,” He shrugged. This guy was a complete goofball and Dan couldn’t lie, he was a little worried he was going to get himself killed in the Darker Forest.

“Anyway the plant you were looking for… what was it called?” He tried to spark up a conversation, intrigued at the strange elf.

“Oh! It’s called Sanitas Medela. They grow at the bases of trees like this one,” Phil smiled, gesturing to the tall tree they stood under.

“Did you try looking all around?” Dan questioned.

“Ah, no.”

“I’ll be happy to help!” He offered. It beat patrolling any day.

Phil nodded gratefully, “That’d be amazing.”

Dan pulled his mask back up, following Phil as they began to hunt through the trees, Phil stopping to admire a particular leaf every few seconds.

“Look at this one!” He exclaimed, “The patterning is exquisite!” Dan giggled at Phil’s use of ‘exquisite’ to describe a leaf, and he glanced at the tree.

“It’s, uh, nice.” It was really just a leaf. A very average leaf.

“I know! Beautiful.” Phil smiled, plucking it from the tree and shoving it into his bag. “I think we’re nearby a grove of the tree the Sanitas Medela grows under- we should be able to find one there.”

“Perfect!” Dan smiled.

Phil had begun to talk again as they walked, but stopped mid-sentence, “But I don’t think it’s necessary- that’s one there!” Phil yelled excitedly, rushing to grab the small plant. It was a little underwhelming, Dan had to be honest. Basically just a green stick with some red dots at the end. Nothing special.

“That’s so lucky- these are rare,” Phil seemed so content that Dan couldn’t help but beam, “Thanks for your help…uh…”

“Oh, it’s Howell- but you can call me Dan I guess!” He said, pulling the hood of his cloak down and the mask along with it.

“Nice to meet you, Dan!”

“So, uh, what’s the plant for anyways?”

“It’s one of the best for healing the body,” Phil smiled down at it.

“Are you sick?” Dan questioned, feeling sick to his stomach with worry.

“Not me, but my-“ Phil stopped. His ears perked up at a noise from far away. A low growl, followed by the a cracking sound. Branches snapping. “Uh- what’s that,” He whispered nervously, fear forming in his eyes as he stared, scared, at Dan.

They both turned around. The beast stood, snuffling in the shadows, hidden partly by the trees. It’s great bull-like face showed no emotion but anger, and it’s eyes glowed a sinister red.

“Minotaur.” Dan said shortly, his fingers reaching down to grasp his dagger.

This is something that randomly pops into my head…

You know how when people write legit Hamilton/ITH crossovers, like where the Hamilcast meets the ITH cast, it’s either reincarnation, or the Hamilcast time traveling to the future.

Why not do it the other way around and have the ITH cast be thrown back in time to the 18th century? Things could take a pretty cool turn!

The Hamilsquad would probably be a bit confused since a bunch of strangely dressed people appeared during wartime, but they’d probably warm up to them eventually.

Nina and Vanessa could still hang with the Schuylers and maybe show how girls in the future are allowed to do a bit more in society than they allow. Like imagine Vanessa kicking a guy down who’s trying to feel them up.

Usnavi would probably have to keep Sonny on a leash to keep him from joining all the revolution stuff. ‘C'mon cuz, we gotta stand up with them!’ 'Sonny, if you have to die fighting for what you believe in, I prefer you did it in OUR time period!’

ALSO. Sonny and Phillip being bros 4 life.

Towards All Tomorrows

Inside the Meido

A little girl tugs at the only thing she can reach, the strange green skirt. She mumbles sternly, “No crying”
The woman shrieks, scaring the little white-haired girl, whose eyes shut and ears flattened in pain. After feeling warm familiar arms, the young hanyou opens her golden eyes to find the strangely dressed miko hugging her close.
“I’m not alone!” The miko exclaims, though the girl did not know she was talking to herself.
“Of course not, stupid!” She reprimanded softly.
Kagome blinked and put enough distance between them, though still not wanting to let go of the only other soul in this darkness, to see who this little demon child might be. What a strange thing for A CHILD to say. She wouldn’t put it past Inuyasha to say something like that but …
If she hadn’t been so scared, she would’ve cupped her mouth with her hands in instinct but she just gasped and gaped at the girl who was giving her a strange look.
She sniffed, “You smell weird. Who are you?”
This is Inuyasha’s child! It has to be! She looked to the jewel, seeking clarification. After all, why would the jewel allow her to see anyone? What was it plotting? But it gave no answer to her silent question.
She looked back to the girl to find a frustrated expression and a twitching ear that she knew all too well. She knew that the hanyou child was getting impatient. Kagome smiled, “I’m-”
“MORIKO!” Kagome whipped her head about at the sound of Inuyasha’s voice. Instantly the girl shouted back, “PAPA!”
Was she not an illusion after all? “INUYASHA!” Kagome yelled as well.
“You know my daddy?” The girl questioned. Kagome smiled, “Of course I do. I love your daddy towards all tomorrows.”
The little girl’s face lit up at that. “You’re-”
She paused and sniffed the air. Then she wrenched herself from Kagome’s hold and ran towards … Kagome’s heart wrenched in pain as she saw Inuyasha appear, the tetsusaiga in its meido form casually laid back one shoulder. “Inu-”
“Moriko, are you alright?!” She giggled as he sniffed her, checking her well-being.
His little girl climbed up on his other shoulder once he finished. “Papa! Look!” She pointed but she didn’t need to, he already knew.
Inuyasha had smelled her and heard her begin to say his name the moment he’d come here. At that moment he remembered his wife saying that time was a tricky thing, and that it was best not to mess with it. But what the hell am I supposed to do now?? She’s already seen both of us.
The young Kagome smiled, and his heart melted when she spoke, “So you got to have a happy future. I’m glad.” He could smell the tears beginning and nearly flinched.
“Kagome …” He didn’t want to spoil the future and he chose his next few words carefully.
“I guess the meido’s fabric of time is different. Somebody important to me once said that time is a tricky thing,” he quoted his wife, “Perhaps you were meant to meet us before so that you would know what you would be coming back to.”
“Ah.” Kagome rubbed her eyes, which were already raw. She was beginning to accept that Inuyasha must’ve fallen for another woman and had a child. She knew she shouldn’t ask about the future but … “Come back? Do I leave? Am I stuck on the other side?”
The young half-demon on his shoulder looked confused. “Daddy? What are you and mommy talking about?”
Kagome deadpanned, then blushed and Inuyasha put a hand to his face and groaned (but secretly enjoying young Kagome blushing). “So much for trying to avoid screwing up the future.”
There was a moment of silence before the older Inuyasha steeled himself, “Kagome, have faith in me … The- the young me” He clarified.
The pure soul that was Kagome smiled, “I have to believe that the future is not set, Inuyasha. Besides, I know better than anyone that ‘time is a tricky thing.’ But what’s going on? How are you here and not your younger self?”
“He’s here too, looking for you. As for why I’m here, this little rascal got too close to the meido. It was an accident.”
“Sorry Daddy.”
He nodded to her, then continued, “Kagome. You’ll know what to do, and you can do it. I promise.”
Inuyasha turned then, whipping his sword through the air, opening a meido. Through the opening, Kagome could make out an unfamiliar house and garden on a sunny evening.
He stepped forward, then leaped through. On the other side, the little girl on his shoulder waved. Inuyasha turned and yelled through time, “The idiot forgets to say it but I’ll say it for him: I love you!”
Then the portal shut before she could reply. It was so sudden that she burst into tears despite the fact that she has already cried all her tears away. She wasn’t sure if it was because she was so happy, or because as the portal was gone so could that future.
After some time, the jewel spoke again, “Be true to your heart, Kagome. What will you do?”
She gathered herself up from her knees, holding Inuyasha’s words dear to her soul. Kagome stared at the jewel with new determination, “I won’t make a wish. I believe Inuyasha will come for me.”

Ten years later

“Soooooooooo, how was your little trip?” His wife grinned innocently from the doorway, her arms crossed over the swell of her belly. He was only a few weeks away from meeting his second child. He smirked as he remembered his bet with her over his unborn’s gender.

His mind acknowledged her question, and remembered what happened before he jumped in after his daughter. Kagome had simply watched, as if she hadn’t been concerned in the slightest.

Growing bored watching her father pondering his thoughts, Moriko hopped off and dashed up the few steps to hug her mother’s leg as all children often do. She rubbed her cute chubby face in the fabric, apparently in love with the sensation, then perked up, “Momma! You won’t believe it! We met your twin!”

Kagome smiled softly at her daughter, but before she could say anything, her daughter continued, “Papa called her by your name though…” she gasped, “We traveled through time! Just like you used to do! Why did you wear those strange clothes? I could barely reach them.”

His wife pressed two fingers to her own forehead, feigning that she had a headache, “So many questions.”

“Keh.” Inuyasha ascended to her side, tickling her ear with his soft whisper, “You were just as annoyingly smart wench.”

She returned his smirk and smacked him a quick kiss. “And you were just as impatient.”

The couple watched their daughter bound about the yard like a puppy, which she technically was being part-demon. Kagome sighed, “And energetic as well.” She pulled his clawed hand and pressed it to her swollen mid-section. He nearly jumped at the harsh thump that came from inside her. He was used to this one being calm, only hearing its heartbeat.

Giggled at his reaction, she gave him this expression full of love, “I love you.”

Cupping her cheek, he replied, “Towards all tomorrows.”
