I feel so confused about food. I used to use it as a way to cope with my depression and was really unhealthy because of it. And then I went vegan and things got better and my depression is almost gone finally after a decade. I'm a figure skater and want to eat better so that I can be in the best shape to skate to my fullest potential, but I can't go to the grocery store often, and I usually end up eating random unhealthy things I find around the house. I just feel very lost.
