Maybe I’ll send HBO a raven
I did a little research online and right now I’m curious about one thing, so maybe I should really send HBO a raven and ask them this:
did you forget about
that was promised?
I mean, for more than a year now we have been inundated with alarming reports about the Starkbowl… but as we saw last week it was cancelled.
Nevertheless, I’ve been thinking that the fiery confrontation between two of the important Starkbowl players would have been addressed by someone at HBO even if the Starkbowl was cancelled … but I found nothing.
So, let’s take a look at the list of people who have commented the episode “Stormborn”:
The writers and part of the cast talked about the episode but none of them said anything about what happened in the crypt ( tbh the cast commented just their scenes but still the writers didn’t say anything about that scene)
There were reactions to that scene everywhere because it was so damn satisfying to see, so imo it’s a little strange that D&D or Cogman have nothing to say about it… it’s Jon and Creepyfinger first ever scene together where they talked to each other.
I shared my 2 cents on the importance of the crypt scene in my post for the second roundtable (x) for @jonsameta and since for now it seems that D&D conveniently ignored to comment on it I stand by my opinion that the crypt scene is really important for Jonsa future and in the light of the above my guess is that right now we are not getting any official statements on Jon threatening Creepyfinger because they don’t want to play the Jonsa card yet.
P.S. if anyone read some official statements on this scene please PM me, I’m really curious to know their opinion about why they decided to show us that scene
