Hey💕Kareem I think you're the best person to answer this for me I hope the question is clear english is my 2nd language here goes ;-; watching you grow creatively here on tumblr has always been inspiring to me i'm pretty sure others 2. Is there any tips you may have even advice on how to find your style ? I think i asked this properly at least i hope i have lol
WOW……..Who are you??? I wanna give you a hug!! Haha
Your English is perfect btwt!! ^_^
So from my understating you simply wanna know how to find your “niche”??.. I assume that’s what you are asking….It definitely took me a while to find mines Hahah…. Before I was TRASH(still is honestly…Most people just can’t see the flaws the creator/owner sees in their “work”)…
I always had this attraction to the old school era, adding dark tones(Reds, blacks, brows, ect), so when it came down to where I wanted to go creatively I knew those colors, and old school vibes would be “my trademark”…. Aesthetically speaking every Char(sim) I’d make, or screen(In game screenshots) I edited I would try to implement old school with dark tones(main colors being red, black…smh…. Haha) to match my overall aesthetic(I’d use softer reds sometimes like pink to make my female Chars stand out from my guys).
Simple stuff like the overall color tone of my content plays a huge part in my “style”(music as well, when it comes to your blogs vibe… When you scroll someones blog the music can make some of the screens/content/overall aesthetic come to life. IMO(in my opinion). Like a glimpse of someones personality)…..
So some advice I would give is figure out what YOU like personally rather it be a color scheme, a musical vibe, an artistic feel, an editing style, maybe you are really into supernatural beings(like myself) take all the things you enjoy aesthetically and add that to YOUR STYLE.
For ex this is mines: You can look at this, look at my blog, listen to the playlist, see how I edit my screens, build, create chars, ect. and relate it to this board.
As for editing style I know there’s A LOT of tutorials out there… Some of them are really helpful but in the end it’s not YOU… Finding your “niche/style” truly depends on what YOU do yourself, not what you seen or find “popular”….
