stand up we are united

Sara Ramirez receives Trailblazer Award (Speech Transcript)

This is a beautiful recognition and it means the world. Robyn Ochs, Faith Cheltenham, thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all that you’ve done to center the bisexual+ community and our histories, our needs and our beautiful stories. No trailblazer can trail blaze without standing on the shoulders of others who fought for our visibility. I thank you and all of the hardworking bisexual+ community leaders and activists and allies for empowering me to stand here before you tonight to receive this honor. At the same time, I must name the painful reality that while I am being honored for who I am and what I’ve done there’s so many LGBTQ institutions and spaces where I don’t feel safe, where I don’t feel recognized as a bisexual, pansexual, queer person of color. While my platform has given me important access, I am so blessed to have the many privileges that I do. Every time bisexual+ people are erased, every time I am erased, as a bisexual+, queer person of color in the movement spaces that are supposed to be my home, the pain can feel unbearable. If I’m going to be recognized, you must also recognize my community’s vulnerabilities and needs. Whether you are comfortable with labels or not, the fact is, the ability to be seen, to name our truth, to find community and build power around who we are is such a critical part of any political movement for true liberation.

Recently, at a conference focused on ending youth homelessness I had an experience that exemplifies this type of pain. I was in attendance as a representative of the board of directors for the organization hosting the event as well as to listen and learn. After one panel, I was sitting at a table when I was approached by a white gay identified woman who eagerly wanted to get a picture with me for her wife, I told her I wasn’t doing pictures at that time, we then talked. We started talking about the gay rights and gay pride work that she does and I am a curious person, so I asked questions, including questions about how people of color and bisexual+ people were integrated into the work, she seemed uncomfortable, after some more awkward exchanges, the conversation ended naturally and we went our separate ways. Hours later, the same woman tracked me down to say “I didn’t have my glasses on earlier, but now I do and you’re not who I thought you were.” And with that she walked away. “You’re not who I thought you were.” “You’re not who I thought you were.” I remembered those words so clearly, because this exchange is a microcosm of how I often feel as a bisexual, pansexual, queer woman of color in LGBTQ spaces. I am desired until I am inconvenient; I am useful until I am disruptive. This is the experience not just of celebrities or others with platforms but the entire bisexual, pansexual, fluid, non-monosexual, queer identified community, especially those of us whose lives intersect with multiple margins. Those of us who are immigrants, poor, brown, black, disabled, asylum seekers and bisexual, pansexual, fluid, queer, trans and or non-binary. When I thought about what to say here tonight, I considered asking folks in this room who identify as bisexual, pansexual, fluid or non-monosexual to identify themselves, so we could see one another, celebrate one another and maybe feel less alone. But the anticipation of almost no one standing up with me because so many of us don’t feel safe to, can’t, was too painful for me to risk. I have felt so vulnerable, so often.

No matter where I turn, there’s so few resources specifically for bisexual+ people generally, and especially bisexual+ people of color. We are suffering because we don’t have a community, we’re fractured, we’re isolated and this experience of not being seen or recognized or of being out right excluded with hostility, takes a toll. It’s part of why we see such negative health outcomes for bisexual+ people, it is being reported by the CDC that bisexual, pansexual, fluid individuals have the highest rates of suicidality and depression among our lgbtq community and the most recent study published in 2016 by [Heron Greenesmith BiNet USA, Bisexual Organizing Project, Bisexual Resource Center and MAP(Movement Advancement Project)] it is being documented yet again that over 50% of the lgbtq+ community identifies as bisexual, fluid, non-monosexual and yet we are often neglected and erased. There is rarely programming specific to our needs, rarely speakers, trainers and staff for bi+ and can lead bi+ specific work. But it is time for that to change. For us to see bi+ staff at large in LGBTQ institutions, to see brown and black bisexual+ people in top leadership positions. To have bi+ specific programming, to have clear, easy access to culturally competent bi+ resources when going to lgbtq organization websites, to see signs up in their lobby that explicitly celebrate bi+ people, to direct funding to the bisexual+ community’s needs, to have leaders whether they identify as bisexual+ or not. Naming our identities and sharing our stories. Our needs are not identical to the needs of gay and lesbian individuals and it’s okay. People who aren’t bisexual, pansexual or fluid will never understand what it means to be bisexual, pansexual or fluid. Please respect our human dignity despite your lack of ability to understand us. Please stop tokenizing bisexual, pansexual, fluid identified, cis gender, transgender, and or non-binary life experiences to further policies that don’t actually support our lives and experiences. Our stories and history are important and cannot be lost. Tonight I urge us all, to think about whether we have contributed to the erasure of bisexual+ people, whether we’ve thought to ourselves “mm bisexual, pansexual, fluid people are really just straight or really just gay” or any number of other insidious stereotypes. We can do so much together, if we take a step back and reflect on the fears that may drive our discomfort, the assumptions that may cause us to exclude, we all do this and we can all work to change. There is so much struggle right now, but we are also at a critical juncture where movements are building, we are calling out cultural normalization of sexual harassment, we are standing up and naming the importance of black lives, transgender lives, we are uniting on so many fronts and we need to unite here too. We need to honor our bisexual+ elders, fight for our bisexual+ youth and give space and voice to the entire bisexual+ community. I thank you again for this award and I thank you all for joining us here tonight.

I know that there are people in this room who don’t feel safe, or comfortable to openly identify as bisexual, pansexual or fluid. I want you to know that despite this, I see you, I was you, I am you, I love you and maybe in a couple of years we will feel safe enough to show ourselves and celebrate one another openly without fear. Thank you.

I am absolutely disgusted and horrified with what happened in Virginia. These gross, violent Nazis have no place in our society!!! This is terrorism.

We need to unite in our diversity to stand up against these homegrown, racist terrorists.

This hate needs to be extinguished.

Fluff Friday Rusted

(I’m super late and super sorry)

“I’ve never seen a synthetic rusted over before.”

Sakura drew up the bottom of her face scarf and narrowed her eyes over the edge. “That’s because they don’t. This one’s been damaged and parts have been replaced with subpar metal works.”

Kain didn’t draw up her face scarf but let it flap under her chin, unbothered by the grains of granting sand that occasionally would fly her way. It was windy in the Country of Wind, but not that windy. “He must have been terrible if someone chose to patch him up like that instead of take him to an Industry facility.”

Sakura looked over at her friends with tired eyes. “Don’t joke.”

Karin scratched at the corner of her skin. “They have to have something here they could use.”

“Not since their open rebellion against the Country of Fire. Here’s a bite of history for you if integrating is truly something you want, when our enemies tried to bring us down we made sure they couldn’t stand up again. In retaliation my father’s units raised the lands and destroyed all advanced technologies. It’s taken them years to scrape together this much.”

“I thought your teammate and the new Wind Leader are friends. Isn’t Naruto gonna do something about this then?”

Sakura didn’t answer right away. They were standing across the street in the market while the rest of the world flowed around them like fish in a current. She was still staring at the red haired synthetic unit with the one bad arm made out of metal and rust that likely wasn’t even connected to any rural circuitry. From the elbow down it was an ugly sight that reminded her a little too well of her own war scars.

The androids face found her and didn’t look away. Parts of him were ugly and rusted, but he had the face of an angel.

She was crossing the street before she knew what she was doing. The seller wrapped up in ugly tan rags smiled through the folds to see her approach and jumped in front of his unit to snag her attention. “Only the finest for exotic beauties such as yourself, pretty lady. Behold the sweet spices of a desert land.” He then went off of a rave about the different spices that would cure her love life, bring her fertility, stimulate her acuity, heal a sore throat, and keep her young. Suna was nothing if not sexist at its core.

The redhead watched her without blinking the entire time Either he lacked the emotional intelligence that synthetics were famous for, or he knew he was being unsettling and didn’t care. It was hard to place his year or model, since he seemed so customized.

“It smells.”

Karin’s voice broke into Sakura’s senses and she turned to see her friend working the seller with her usual routine. When bartering, Karin didn’t bother to try and hide the fact that she had money, but complimented it with a disdain that managed to middle prices down to suit her needs.

“Is there truly something here you might need?” Sakura sighed, walking over to stand behind Karin’s shoulder and look out to the market road.

“I’m looking, such,” Karin playfully hissed, smacking her friend lightly. Sakura let her. It was all part of the act. After a few minutes of haggling Karin managed to get a price she liked for the tea spices that was a deal to both parties.

The man was scooping the dried spices into a silk bag for her when he looked to Sakura and asked, “And what does your heart desire?”

Sakura was about to tell him goodbye or maybe just walk away, but the glint of light on gold metal made her stop. “I want that AMD chip around your neck.”

She had said it so casually he didn’t miss a beat tying up the silk bag, but once the words registered his hands stopped. Slowly, greedy little eyes looked up to her and she knew he was willing to sell.

“Oh, that will cost you.”

“I’m sure it will, but you’re over pricing the hunk of junk if he’s already missing visible parts. Do you even know his make and model?”

“He’s pre war, but not by much. He was part of the last line we ever put out, the most advanced!”

Sakura studied the synthetic carefully, tilting her head to one side and playing up her inspection. She let her eyes run over his form and then trail away as if she had seen all of him and found herself wanting. “That may be the case, but that was an entire generation ago. We’ve made leaps and bounds in technology since then. What was his designation?”

“He was a custom model.”

Karin snickered behind Sakura. “With a face like that he was probably a love model.”

Sakura wanted to roll her eyes. He had a pretty face, but he was way too stern and unnerving for such sensitive work.

“You don’t have a certificate of imprint?” Sakura asked, glancing to the chip on a chain around the man’s neck.

“Don’t need one. He needs this and it’s just as good if you’ve got it on you.” The old man grinned wide. “So, what’s he worth to you.”

“Probably not what you want or him considering the models we can get back in our country.”

Karin huffed, “You mean the models you can get. Some of us still don’t pass the bar exam yet.”

Owning synthetics in the Land of Fire was rare due to the fact that only specific, qualified individuals could keep them. Sakura was highly qualified in her position so close to the Hokage, but she had never taken one for herself.  Last she checked, she qualified for a total of four units, but that was many months ago. It might have gone up again.

“He’s not built with the silly safeguards you’re so insistent on. He’s from the golden age in the golden country,” the man went on. “He’s worth 1,000,000 ryō to me.”

“I’m sure he is, but that’s what we get paid for S Class missions and you must think too highly of me for that. I’ll do…sixty for him.”

“You insult me.”

It begun and between the two of them the back and forth banter last a total of fifteen minutes with plenty of pro and cons being thrown out all while the unit sat, without speaking or moving. Finally Sakura got him down to 85 and that was only after she pulled out that much money and showed it to him. That was a lot of money to be carrying around in Suna and  it might have made him think her foolish for it, if not for the fact that she equated his price with an S Class Mission. That factoid had flavored the tone of negotiations favorably for her.

He took the money greedily and handed over the card. “Have fun.”

Sakura held onto the chip and looked up at the unit. He still didn’t blink. “What’s your name?” she asked.

It was a heartbeat later before he answered. “Sasori of the Red Sand.”

“Sasori, it’s nice to meet you. Will you come with me now?”

I'm so worried about Johnny Depp, his name is literally getting dragged backwards through the mud and there doesn't seem to be any let up. He's getting attacked and slandered everywhere I look and it's so sad to see. I thought the whole Amber Heard thing would blow over as he was never charged with anything and the case was dropped but a lot of people have still decided that he's guilty.

I am heartbroken with the whole situation dear but there here are some things that can help you put things in perspective

  • Johnny is more important than what some people think of him
  • Your love for Johnny is more important than what some people think of him

Johnny, his family, his friends, his entourage and his fans are all that matters. As long as they are ok everything is fine. Johnny is a world famous icon, and the more famous you are the more people want to drag you down because it gains them money (=selling stuff to the press and such) and attention. They misuse him for their own gain. People who hate johnny will now hate him more and those who love him will love him even more. Fanastic Beasts was a massive succes, so is POTC 5, he won the people’s choice icon award and to every event that he goes to there are countless fans who want to meet and hug and thank him. There are countless accounts and websites dedicated to Johnny with each day hundreds of post (= tiny love letters to Johnny).

Only the people who hate Johnny claim they believe everything tmg and a*ber say, only they blame him for his trump joke. As for the A*ber thing: the case is dropped with prejudice (because he was innocent and had massive prove of that), he can’t get into a legal situation for that again (= the more important than what some people think of him)

This past year i have cried so many tears, lost so many hours of sleep and worried so so fucking much, but i also had the most beautiful experiences i ever had being a Depphead. I saw my hero go through all of this with such dignity, beauty and strenght. i saw him become stronger, braver, happier and more succesful. I saw this beautiful fandom of which we are part of unite, love, support, stand up and care for Johnny, his loved ones and other fans. Never have i seen such support, all the posts, the tags, sending Johnny gifts, comforting other deppheads who were having a ruff time. Depphead are family we always said and we’ve proven it to be true a million times.

In conclusion angel, this whole situation is disgusting, outrages and horrible and i would do antyhing to make it go away. But the love, strenght and support are stronger and will win. Remember Johnny’s birthday? He and we all had so much fun! those moments will come again. every now and again we stumble but we will never ever fall. He will always be there for us and we will always be there for him, and that’s all that matters. all my love to you sweetie. (Sorry if there are any typos in this)

And remember: #youcantkeepagoodmandown

When I quit meat
I thought it was a very big feat.
Then I cut dairy too,
my compassion grew.

I opened my heart
but this was only the start.
All animals are equal to me
I want them all set free.

I don’t discriminate,
I don’t hate,
I give out love to all,
I don’t want any to fall;
down trodden and beat up,
justifying your choices to eat meat, ‘oh shut up’
there is no excuse for you,
the terror you put them through.

It is beyond imagination,
they are Gods beautiful creation,
Vegans want to create a nation
in which compassion wins,
so I here you ask 'where do I begin?’
Simple ditch the meat,
veggies you eat.

Vegans rise up, stand tall,
united, we won’t fall.

—  Erin, my compassion grew.

Last Chance - Jack Maynard

“You look absolutely beautiful.” Zoe said smiling as she looked at me through the mirror. I gave her a small smile and sighed. “Nervous?” She asked. I nodded. I was going to marry someone I didn’t love. And for what. For jealousy. I heard a knock on the door and saw my dad walk in. “Time to go Y/n.” He smiled at me. I nodded and went towards him hooking my arm around his.

It started just a few years ago when I first saw Jack kissing my girl best friend. I was so heart broken. I had this huge crush on him, if you would even call it that, that it hurt that much. I was in love with my best friend and I wasn’t even ashamed. But was never able to tell because that happened.

So I met this guy named Carson. He was sweet, hot, nice, and a gentlemen. Everything you want in a man. But yet he was not Jack. My best friend.

When I snapped back into reality I looked up and saw that music had started playing and the doors had opened. “You ready?” My father asked from beside me. I nodded and we started walking. I had no emotion on my face but fear. I looked around trying to find Jack who was standing like everyone else next to the whole buttercream squad. Including my brother. I was upset to find out that Carson didn’t let Joe be one of his men.

As my dad came to a stop I didn’t and ended up falling. I fell on my wedding day, and I was laughing about it. I felt myself being picked up and saw Carson. “You okay?” He asked. I shook my head well nodding and heard people laughing with me. I turned towards the sound and saw the squad laughing. I smiled at them and got leaded up the stairs to stand in front of Carson.

“We gather here to unite these two people in marriage. Their decision to marry has not been entered into lightly and today they publicly declare their private devotion to each other. The essence of this commitment is the acceptance of each other in entirety, as lover,

companion, and friend.” The preste read out.

I let in a breath and felt my hands shaking in Carson’s. “Before we continue this beautiful moment I must ask if anyone has a reason for these two not to be married. If so speak now or forever hold your peace.” He read. I was begging someone would say something. I didn’t know I had started to cry until my vision became blurry.

“Now-.” “I object.” I heard. I turned and saw Jack standing in the middle of the aisle. I let out a sigh of relief. “Who the fuck is this idiot.” I heard Carson say. “Y/n I- Well I- I don’t want our kid to grow up with her false father. I want to be able to hold you forever. I want to be able to wake up and see you beside me. I want to spend the rest of my goddamn life with you, because, I have fallen so hard and so fast in love with you.” Jack said.

“What?” Carson said confused. I ran up to Jack, making sure not to actually fall this time, and wrapped my arms around him. I felt him shaking but then wrapped his arms around me. “Daddy! Daddddyyyy!” I heard our two and half year old whine. I pulled apart from Jack and he picked her up kissing her cheek.

“Does someone want to tell me what the actually fuck is happening!” I heard Carson yell. “Well buddy it’s logic. Clearly Y/n here never actually loved you and was just trying to get Jack jealous because she is also so in love with my brother. And then more than three years ago Ashley here was a mess and Jack was there for her. They ended up fucking and Jack put my niece in her.” Conor explained perfectly.

“That’s a goddamn lie! Right Y/n!” Carson yelled at me starting to pull at his blond hair. “Kaylen Is Jack’s daughter. And I love Jack with all of my life. And it was to just make him jealous.” I explained looking at Carson. “How about we go home?” I heard Jack mumbled in my ear. I nodded my head and he grabbed my hand well Kaylen sat on his shoulders. We started to walk out of the venue and heard the guys following behind us.

“You should of listened to me.” Conor said as he picked up Kaylen. “How was I supposed to believe you when she was engaged to dickface?” Jack asked chuckling. “Because she fucking told me!” Conor laughed as two guys opened the front two main doors and we were flashed with cameras. “Conor get Kaylen out of her. No one can know about her just yet.” Jack explained to Conor. Conor nodded and jogged ahead.

The rest of us walked down ignoring everyone and headed towards Conor car. I got stopped at the bottom being pulled roughly by a camera man. “What happened between you and Carson? Are you and Jack together? Are you now Mrs. Maynard?” The guy kept asking questions as he kept snapping pictures in front of my face.

“Fuck off man.” I heard Jack say as he grabbed back my hand and lead me to the car. We got into the car and I sat next to Kaylen in her car seat and Conor started to drive away. “Drop us off at our place kay?” Jack said. ‘Our’ place, I liked the ring of that. I looked at Kaylen and smiled at her. She giggled at me held her stuffed bunny close to herself.

I looked at Jack as he smiled at me. I smiled back at him and felt the blush creep on my cheeks. I looked after Kaylen as we drove back to Jack’s and I’m guessing my place now. As we reached the building he picked up Kaylen and we walked in. He placed Kaylen down at the floor and Conor came in immediately going to the kitchen. “Are the other guys coming.” I called out to Conor. “They will be here soon.” Conor explained.

“I wish I had a change of clothes.” I sighed. “I think you left some here from that one night.” He explained. I nodded at him but continued to stare at him. “Where are they?” I asked. “My room in the closet.” He explained. I nodded and headed up the stairs towards his room and went to the closet and found the clothes. I sighed at the clothes but nodded knowing they would have to work. I placed the clothes on the bed and went to the door and called for Jack. “Jack I need your help!” I yelled down. “Coming!” He yelled back.

I waited for him and he walked in and nodded. “Why first can you close the door and second, can you help we with my dress.” I sighed. He nodded and followed my directions unzipping the dress and helping me out of it. So I now stood full in front of him with none matching bra and panties. “Non matching?” He asked laughing. “I wasn’t actually planning on saying I do.” I explained. “You monster.” He laughed. I smirked at him. “I know.” I laughed. He rolled his eyes and layed down on the bed.

“You just going to watch me change?” I asked laughing. “Why not I’ve seen you naked before so.” He said. “Right, remind me not to let you see me naked again.” I laughed. “Oi mate!” He said jointing up. “I ain’t your mate.” I laughed. He gripped onto my waist and pulled me back.

“You can be my girlfriend though.” He smirked as I blew a piece of hair out of my face. “Hm I think I need a way better asking.” I laughed holding myself up by my hands on the side of him. “Or we can just kiss and say we’re dating.” He smiled.  I rolled my eyes. “I mean after all it is your wedding day. I think you deserve a kiss.” He explained.

“Jack I-.” Jack smashed his lips against mine running his thumb against my cheek. I kissed back falling deeply into the kiss forgetting that I was in even in nothing but undergarments. But I couldn’t care less. I pulled back and smiled at him. “Me, you, dinner tomorrow night.” He explained kissing my cheek. “You actually going to ask or just state it?” I asked giggling. “State it,” he responded, “We should also get your stuff moved out of dick face’s place and move them here since Kaylen has a bedroom here and not there.” He added on. “Not even asking If I want to move in I see.” I laughed.

“You know you want to.” He smirked. I rolled my eyes and got up and off of him. He pouted out his bottom lip and I laughed. I pulled on my clothes and laid down back beside him. “We should head back downstairs before the guys think were doing anything.” Jack said. I sighed and laid my head on his chest. “Do we have to?” I asked. I felt his head nodded from behind me.

“That’s stupid.” I commented getting up and off of him. He sighed and got up as well and we headed out of the room and went back downstairs. Once we got to the bottom floor my brother looked at me. “You and Jack are blowing up on twitter.” Joe said. “Why?” I asked taking a seat by Kaylen and putting her on my lap.

“Well not only do our fans believe Conor has a kid. But they also believe that Y/n is now a Maynard.” He explained. “Well it’s better than her actually marrying what’s his face.” Jack commented as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders. “I agree.  I fucking hated that guy no offense Y/n.” Joe said. “Yeah yeah yeah.” I said swatting my hand. Jack chuckled at me. “Like out of all the guys in the world it could of been one of us.” Mikey laughed. I rolled my eyes.

“All I wanted was Jack. No one can be better than him no matter how hot or funny.” I explained. “Aw babe.” Jack commented kissing my cheek. I blushed at his cheek and laid my head against his shoulder. “Soon to be Y/n Maynard here.” Conor laughed. “You better believe it mate.” Jack smiled.

Hey Tumblr!

I was going to be corny and say I didn’t know how to start this off but where’s the fun in that?!

A certain someone begged me to make a blog and show my face. Well lets start:

My name is Shaneeka Chanel Rea, I’m 20 and I’m proudly African-American with Nigerian roots, I live in California, Los Angeles with my roommate. I’m currently a sophomore at UCLA majoring in the field of Political Science, yes you got a future politician & human rights activist in the house! If we don’t stand up, unite and fight for our rights, who will?

What else do I do? Oh! I’m a instagram model & songwriter on the side but I mostly take part in #BlackLivesMatter rallies and protests as I believe that racism and police brutality towards person’s of color is at an all time high and needs to be stopped.

Okay before I give a full speech what else is there to tell? Hmm I have an obsession with the color red, believe me when I say you will never see me without wearing some red somewhere/somehow even if it’s just my underwear. Red is such a passionate color, I don’t know why it fascinates me so much knowing damn well I’m single as a Pringle and nobody chasing me or I’d like to think so.(Embarrassing)

So much more to tell! Okay only a few more things, I promise… Let me just list them:

I love jolof rice and pounded yam.
I’m a very good dancer (No two left feet here!)
I’m a Virgo
If you can go for hours without getting bored talking about life then I’m your girl.

I wish I could say more without blabbing too much. Don’t be scared to hmu to find out more :)

Photos from the protest at orlando international airport
We are fighting for the release of 3 people being detained here. Two had proper immigrant visas, the other is a lawful permanent resident. But there are many more around the united states who need to get back in the country to get to their families and their lives. People put an immense amount of time and money trying to get their green cards, this is unconstitutional and unamerican. Among the wonderful people I met today, 3 of them are immigrants to this country and are afraid that they’re next. When i went to the statue of liberty it read “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me” and last time i checked, it hasn’t changed. ❤💛💚💙💜

I open my eyes and look around. “Y/N!” I hear someone ask. They stands up and run over to me. “You’re okay! We were so worried!”

It’s ok, allow yourself a little hate.
Hatred is not so bad when directed at injustice.
You can turn the other cheek,

Just don’t turn the other way.

Enemy of the planet…                                                                                          We finally have a common aim,                                                                            A reason to forget about our differences and stand as a united front.

It’s up to us, we must expose.
Humiliate American errorists.
We’ll start with one.

The war has just begun.

The war has just begun!”

Let’s stand up together and not let this corrupt, racist government control us anymore. Stop fighting one anther we are not the enemies they are !!! It’s there job to make us turn against each other we must not allow them to destroy us we the HUMANS have rights and are more powerful then they are especially when we unite.!! Stand up for what you believe and don’t let the system dumb you down please. It’s time we change the new generation before it’s too late.

"Everyone get out of pulse and keep running."

And with those words an entire community was shattered. Not just the lgbtqa+ community, but the community of Orlando. This is the worst mass shooting in American history, 59 people confirmed dead. 53 more injured. Countless families and friends in mourning over the ones they loved. I don’t care who you are, your political views, your religion- There’s no excuse for this amount of hate. This only serves as a grim, and deadly reminder that we are nowhere near the level of equality and love we preach, because there will always be others with hate that consumes them. This tragedy was meant to break us, to split us up and make us weak, but we will not succumb to this. This is all the more reason to fight back, raise your arms to the skies and take action. Donate blood, volunteer, be proud of who we are and don’t let them take this from us. We are stronger than this, and if we ban together, we can make it through even this darkest hour.

It finally made it on the national news: shariah patrols are now operating in German cities, too.
Thanks, decades of state multiculturalism and refusing to demand immigrants to integrate.
Thanks, lie of the “religion of peace” - show me any other religion where this happens.

I hope this will be a wake up call for my fellow Germans. This is our future, there will only be more of this if we don’t act now. These people don’t respect this country, nor its people or laws, and they want every one of us to be subject to their barbarian shariah law. And we’re only bringing in more of them every day.
I’m not calling for street mobs or disregarding respect and due process, no, because those are exactly what I want to protect. Millions are suffering under shariah law all over the world: Dissenters, nonbelievers, Christians, women, men, gays and lesbians - in short, everyone antagonized by those 7th century laws that are sadly still being taken seriously in this day and age.

And that is why I am asking you to reconsider voting for the same people who have been allowing this to happen for decades. Be it the spineless CDU, the downright anti-German greens or the multiculti-apologist SPD, or morons like the NPD or the Left Party who learned nothing from the past, they all allowed this and none of them intend to fix it. It’s time to remember that, although our politicians do their best to make us forget it, we are the people. We are the people who overcame the SED dictatorship by standing up, united. And we, the people as the sovereign of Germany can and must stand together to protect our country, culture and law and order against these savages we have tolerated out of fear of being called things we are not for far too long.

We’ve had people marching in our streets before, calling for the rule of an ideology just as inhumane and brutal, and whether fascism is justified by “Mein Kampf” or the shariah, whether secular or religious, it must be stopped. I feared the day this was going to happen, yet I knew Europe’s suicidal policies made it inevitable. But it doesn’t have to be like this:
Do something. This is our country. And this country is and must remain a shariah free zone. It might be a single incident, but if we don’t take a stand against it now, there will be more.

Don’t let it happen.

Is the Constitution a set or fluid document, and how should that affect  Supreme Court rulings?

Hillary Clinton: “…I feel that at this point in our country’s history it is important that we not reverse marriage equality, that we not reverse Roe V. Wade, that we stand up against Citizens United, we stand up for the rights of people in the workplace, that we stand up and basically say ‘The Supreme Court should represent all of us.” That’s how I see the Court, and the kind of people that I would be looking to nominate to the Court would be in the great tradition of standing up to the powerful, standing up on behalf of our rights as Americans. […]

Donald Trump: “…We need a Supreme Court that, in my opinion, is going to uphold the Second Amendment, and all Amendments, but the Second Amendment, which is under absolute siege. I believe if my opponent wins this race, which I truly don’t think will happen, we will have a Second Amendment which will be a very, very small replica of what it is right now. But I feel that it’s absolutely important that we uphold because of the fact that it is under such trauma. […] The Justices that I will appoint will be pro-life, they will have a conservative bent, they will be protecting the Second Amendment…The will interpret the Constitution in the way the founders wanted it interpreted.
