Pench National Park - India

Deriving its name from the river that flows through its centre, Pench National Park is located in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. As well as being famous for river rafting, it is an established tiger reserve. The park was the inspiration and setting for Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. It was also featured in the David Attenborough documentary series Tiger: Spy in the Jungle.

Bengal tigers are the main cat species that call the park home. Other animals in the park include jackals, leopards, sloth bear, wolf, monkey, and deer.

ITS NATIONAL BEST FRIEND DAY IN THE STATES APPARENTLY so yall know I NEVER miss a chance to scream about how much I love Kelly.

I get to see her in less than 6 weeks for our almost month long trip to cities around the states! I haven’t seen her since Dec 2015 and I miss her so so much. SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL inside and out. Look at her. She loves pugs, so I love pugs. She loves McCree, so I love McCree. She loves Mangos, so I love Mangos. Everything she loves like spy movies and tiger & bunny reminds me of her so I just automatically love it cause she does and it reminds me of her.

I wish we could live in the same country at least but we each live on the other side of the world from each other. One in Orlando, FL. Other in Brisbane, AU. I’m doing a working holiday next year in AU just so I can live with her and be with her for a year (and also get acting jobs over there! Along with the job I’ll need)

I would do anything for this girl. Live, die, take a bullet, anything for her. Any time I get depressed and think I”d be better off dead, I remember her and how much I love her and how sad she’d be if I wasn’t around anymore and I would never want to do that to her or make her feel that way.

KELLY I LOVE YOU And you know that and I cannot wait to be with you again <3 Fili to my Kili <33333 god I love you the most.

photos of her and our time together when I went to aussie! Hobbiton photos and supa nova photos <3

I watched this documentary on Netflix today called Tiger: Spy in the Jungle and it’s magic. The first episode’s “cliffhanger” is a leopard skulking around and the narration’s like “Will they survive? How will they deal with this threat?” and ep 2 opens with “they hide in rocks ‘til it wanders away lol”

and then there’s another part that’s like “at this age the tigers are ferocious predators threatened only by humans and other tigers. All denizens of the jungle must fear them. They’ll kill anything in their path. This one has some frogs riding on his back”

pure magic

New year, new art!

Actually, it’s not that new seeing as I drew it in the summer, but I completely forgot to post it, and I was reminded when I saw it on a book cover the week before Christmas, so there you go.

This is for the UK edition of John le Carré’s The Night Manager, and my first original cover for the UK - all the previous covers were for Penguin USA, even though some of them have been used all over (fun fact - some will soon be seen in Korea).
