Badass Protection Ring Enchantment

I have this awesome black ring I got at a thrift shop, and I have been desperately wanting to do something witchy with it for a while now. I want to wear it all the time, and I think protection is the best thing to wear it for! Since it’s kind of huge, and gives off a sense of ‘don’t mess with me’ I think this enchantment is best! Have fun with it if you’re going to do it yourself!

What you’ll need:

  • One Ring (a particularly foreboding-looking one if you can find it)
  • Salt (black salt would be awesome)
  • One Black Candle (or any colour you associate with sheer power)
  • Owl Bowl/Plate

Light your candle and place your ring in the bowl. As you sprinkle salt onto the ring, say:

“Ring of power,
Ring of might,
Protect me now,
Day and night.

Plague ill wishers,
Bring them dread,
Ward them off,
As I’ve said.

Take your energy
From this flame,
know who I am
By this name:

(Your name)”

Add your energy into the ring. Try to channel it from the flame if you can, and then put it on! Throw away the salt, and you are finished.

Grimoire Challenge: Week 5 - Luck Correspondences and Spell

Typically, I would add a pinch or two of cinnamon or other herb into a spell for a bit of luck. A whole luck spell is a first for me, so I guess this might be a little simple.

Charge a ring with good luck

Needed:

  • A ring (or other item)
  • Cinnamon Oil
  • Wheel of Fortune Tarot Card (or a picture of a wheel)
  • A white or green candle (or color you associate with luck)

To make cinnamon oil quickly:

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cinnamon, stir to combine, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Strain through a strainer lined with a coffee filter into a clean jar or bottle. Store in a cool, dark place for up to one month.

Alternatively you can let several whole cinnamon sticks soak in olive oil in a jar for a few weeks, shaking daily, then strain. To be honest, this would be the preferred method.

The Spell:

Anoint the candle with the oil, asserting that you are anointing the candle with the power of good luck.

Place the candle in a holder on top of the Wheel card, facing upright.

Place the ring in front of the candle also on the card.

Maybe sprinkle a ring of lucky herbs in a circle around the card, candle and ring as well.

Light the candle.

Say, “Wheel of Fortune, turn aright.
Charge this ring with lucky might.”

Let the candle burn while you concentrate on lucky things and turning your luck for the better.

Feel free to carve lucky symbols or the words “good luck” in the candle or to place other lucky symbols, stones, and items around the candle.

Make sure to keep an eye on the candle while it’s lit.

Ray's deep clean room spell

This spell is for removing negative energy in a room and cleansing and purifying a space. You will need:
-black candle*
-white candle
-salt
-your choice of herb to cleanse with (I used rosemary)
-salt water or purification water or khernips if this is religious.
-a plate

* I always burn a black candle to remove negativity, but this is optional.

Start by deeply cleaning a room. This means dusting everything, including the bookcase and blinds. Clean your floors with whatever you clean your floors with(use cleansing floor wash for extra cleansing and purification). I had to wax the floors so I moved furniture out (which means a second cleansing). If you are able to, do this in the middle of the floor. I had to do it at the entry of my room because it was wet with wax.

1. Sprinkle the water around the room and doorway. You do you with this part, I just invoked my theoi and said that this space was to be cleansed for me and to make it holy so I can worship in the space, but you don’t have to.
2. Take a plate and sprinkle a ring of your choice of cleansing herb.
3. In the middle of that ring sprinkle salt. This acts like placing salt on your window and door if you don’t do that (which is messy for me so I don’t do it.)
4. Light the two candles and place them side by side on the plate and place the plate in the room.
5. Visualize the light of the candles absorbing all negativity in the room and putting out a bright light of positivity.
6. Either let the candles burn out or re-use them for other cleansings.
7. Dispose of the herbs and salt in your choice of fashion.

All For Nothing

Rubbing your hands together nervously, you sit on the couch in your living room waiting for Jin to show up. You feel you palms begin to clam up as you think of what you have to do when he arrives. You wait for half an hour before you sigh in frustration and decide to go to the kitchen and make yourself something to eat. Doing something with your hands helps calm your nerves and take your mind off of it.

When you pull the lasagne out of the oven you hear your front door open and close. You go to meet your boyfriend at the door. He stops when he sees you and smiles your way.

“I’m sorry I’m late,” he walks over to you and pulls you into a hug. You push him away from you slightly, suddenly nauseous. Looking down at you, he instantly picks up your sombre mood. He says, “I hope you’re not too upset at me for being late.” Finally finding your voice you say to him,

“Oh, don’t worry. That’s not it at all.” You look down dejectedly.

“Then what’s up? I smell pasta. Why don’t we sit down and eat and you can talk to me about what’s bothering you,” you knew he would be so caring and considerate of your feelings, he always was. It makes it so much harder knowing he wont get angry at you for it. No matter how he was feeling on the inside he always seems to make you feel like everything is okay. He is good at hiding his feelings, unlike you.

You two sit at the dinner table next to each other, though you aren't really in the mood to eat any more. Looking at you wearily he tries to break the silence between you two.

“So what is it? Or should I tell you something first? Maybe it’ll make you more comfortable?” He bends his head down to meet your gaze that’s fixated on the tiled floor.

“You go first.” Too scared to tell him yet you let him continue. He clears his throat then says,

“Well, you know I love you so much right?” You feel tears prickling the back of your eyes when he says this, “I don’t know how to say this… Hm, well… I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I’ve told you this before, I know, but I think its time I make it official…” You’re confused by his words though part of you knows what he’s about to say to you. He gets down on one knee in front of your chair and grabs your hands softly, “Y/N, Will you marry me?” The smile on his face says it all and you finally let your ugly sob over take you.

You’re head is resting on his hands now crying into them. He seems confused, not sure if the crying is good or bad. “Hey, I know its very sudden but I’ve been thinking about this for a few months now. Maybe… this wasn’t the best time though.” You shake your head still curled up into yourself. When you look up you can tell you look like a mess, eyes puffy and tears streaming down your face.

“I don’t know if you’ll want me after I tell you mine.” You sob out. He grabs your face in his hands and stares into your eyes so intensely you can’t help but look down.

“Tell me.” He seems apprehensive, not really sure if he wants to hear your story.

“I-I’m… Pregnant, Jin.”He looks surprised, then a little relieved by your news. Grabbing you by the back of your neck he pulls your body toward his on the floor and you two sit there together. You feel his warm touch on your back as his hands caress you up and down in the way that always calms you down.

“In what world would I cast you away for something like that.” He says as he pulls away from you slightly holding your chin up with his fingers. Then he repeats, “I want to be with you for the rest of my life, remember? Plus you’re going to make me a father, how could I not be happy about this?”

“I don’t know,” was all you can come up with when he’s staring at you like that.

“So, what do you say? You didn’t really answer me,” He smiles sweetly at you. He pulls out a box sitting in his front pocket, you didn’t notice before, and opens it to a silver ring sprinkled with a few diamonds. You smile at him, face still red and puffy, though you didn’t really care at this point.

“Yes! Of course I’ll marry you, Seokjin,” at that he pulls your face into his and kisses you with his soft lips. You grab at his waist to get him closer, wanting his touch so desperately, which triggers a chuckle from him. You pull away slightly, not sure what was funny.

“We should probably continue this somewhere other than the kitchen floor, huh?”

lenfaz  asked:

Alright, I couldn't resist... when you have the time: "I’m a punk singer and am hiding from fans in a florists and you work here and are snarky and funny and are adorable go out with me?" (this is too cute not to have it written!)

a/n: okay, I know nothing about the genre of punk, so let’s just keep him to being a famous singer in general. plus, I twisted the plot of the prompt around a little bit to make this longer that it should have been.

It’s less than pleasant to be chased by a wave of fans. Honestly, he’s back in the town he grew up in for the next couple of months, and he reckoned it’d be free of people wanting to take a picture or getting an autograph, but apparently not.

So, he does what he only can do, runs and hides at the nearest shop possible.

He ends up inside a florist shop, the smell immediately giving it away. It’s a nice smell, though, of several flowers combining together, the aroma that is quite inviting when first entered. He glances around and it’s pretty empty, but he’s sure the jingle of the door opening should have alerted whoever owns the place they have a…customer (not really) hiding out.

“Welcome to…oh.”

The voice is a woman, he realizes, eyes darting around quickly to find the blonde hair tied up in a ponytail, green eyes slightly widened. “Hello, love,” he greets, his hand going through his hair, stunned by her simple beauty. “Sorry to interrupt, but from that reaction, I assume you recognize who I am?”

“Yeah, I do.” She laughs quietly. “Hiding out?”

“Am I bothering you?”

“No, not really.” She shrugs, leaning her elbows on the counter, clasping her hands together. “Heard you were returning to town - didn’t think you’d end up in my flower shop of all places, though.”

He chuckles, removing his sunglasses and clipping it on the V of his black shirt. “Apologies none the less, milady.”

“Huh, news don’t lie about how you’re a gentleman.”
