spooky ii

Much like my previous post I’m doing a lot of Halloween DIYs this year and this was one I thought up right before I fell asleep one night. So, yesterday while I was at walmart I picked up a cheap doormat ($6), some black acrylic paint ($2), some stencils ($3), and sponge brushes ($1) and made this beauty today while watching Hocus Pocus. It’s not perfect, but I’m madly in love with it. There’s nothing better than making really cool shit yourself. Not to mention the total cost of the project was under $15. Totally worth it!

I plan on posting a HUGE haul of stuff I’ve purchased for my room as well as the final product of my decorating.
