Workout then breakfast . Today I am determined to get a full day of eating up here .
This is what I call a broken down omelet . Lol .
3 eggs . Scambled
1 cup spinach ( measured raw) cooked w/ Garlic
½ tomato 1/3 zucchini ( cooked in curry chile and paprika )
Sprinkle of shredded cheese .

Scrambled the eggs added to bowl. Cooked up spinach in a little olive oil and garlic not soggy a little crunch . Top the eggs . In same pan ½ tomato chopped and 1/3 zucchini chopped cooked with chile powder curry and paprika . I ended up mixing it all together . It was fabulous . Lol . Day ?
