I was inspired by Grace, @dearmyjimin to create this mockup. It was definitely my first time attempting something new like this! Oh, in case you don’t know, she always makes magnificent graphics and mockups, so please do check her out and give her some love. Thank you!
P/S: One set takes up a hell lot of time and effort.
A/N: Thank you to all those who followed me and read my first fic! I’m thinking of doing a part two to this one, so if you like it, let me know!
Your fire escape had always been your favourite part
of your apartment. Situated outside your
bedroom window, you had spent countless hours of your life lounging on the
metal steps, reading a book or catching up on some homework. Last summer, you had wound a string of fairy
lights around the rails, which were coated in shiny dark paint. Your landlady had protested at first but,
after you proved that they weren’t endangering the use of the fire escape in
any way, she had let you keep them. The
small victory had brought a smile to your face, and now your escape was even
cozier than before, and was still just as cozy a year later. This year’s summer brought scorching heat and
clear nights, and you spent most of your free time out on your escape, trying
to catch a breeze.
You sat on your fire escape now, wearing a lightweight
hoodie and pajama shorts, doodling in a journal. School was out for the week and tomorrow didn’t
require a six am wake up call, leaving you free to stay up late and admire the
Queens skyline at night. It was nights
like these that you loved the most; nights that seemed like they were pulled
straight from a movie scene, with stars that glimmered like flames, a full moon
bigger than you had ever seen before, and the sounds of the city mixing in with
the quiet melodies that drifted out of the speakers propped up on your window
sill. You would be content for the rest
of your life if you could keep moments like these forever.
one of the things I was most excited about when I got a drone was the ability to see some of my favourite places from a new angle. The very first night I was over at my favourite barn at sunset.
only thing is there is a massive hawk that likes to perch on the edge of the barn at sunset and look for dinner. I don’t want my drone to be dinner.
so I went back, and I went back, and I went back. four separate sunsets gambled (and mostly spent) on this place and when I rolled up last night there wasn’t a single hawk on the perch.
there were two.
I pulled in to turn around because I’m not going to purposely scare an animal out of it’s dinner hour just so you kids can see pretty pictures but a huge monster truck went by right then (i’ve never had anything good happen around one of those souped up pickup trucks till now) and they took off for deeper fields.
I flew for a single battery, getting some photos and video then heard them screeching around in nearby trees and packed it in.
description: It was everything, from his tattoos, to his touches, to the way sweat rolled down his neck as he strummed into his guitar on stage; everything about him completely enthralled you. So why are you now, two and a half years later, on a train to Seoul, telling a complete stranger the recollection of how you became fated to forever have scars on all of your future hearts due to the happiness, but most of all the pain, that came along with falling in love with Jeon Jungkook.
The slight tremble in Jimin’s fingertips developed into a
full-blown tremor as he closed the door to his studio, effectively leaving you
behind — but it wasn’t that simple. It wasn’t that simple because he wasn’t just
leaving you behind. He was leaving you behind with a guy that you were
completely in love with… Which kind of blowed considering he was starting to
fall for you himself.
The music from the party was reverberating inside of his
chest and he knew that his ears should be ringing with anger, but instead he
just felt numb. It was like he
couldn’t hear anything; no music, no crowd, nothing.
It was all one giant blur that didn’t seem to make sense to him, and all
because his mind was screaming that nothing else mattered right now — nothing
except for you.
Jimin knew very well what leaving you in that room with
Jungkook meant. It meant every single feeling that the two
of you had ever had for each other would inevitably rekindle, and compared to what Jimin had with you,
even if he did consider it one of most amazing stints of time of his entire
life, it didn’t hold a candle to what you and Jungkook had, and probably always would have.
REQUEST: could you write one of just lying in bed with Harry, just talking about the future and it’s all fluffy with a bit of smut? Thanks💗💗
REQUEST: could you write an imagine/fluff about pillow talk, like what you and harry would talk about after making love and the sweet nothings he would tell you 😊
Decided to combine these two. I’m not a huge smut writer so there’s not much smut but there is plenty of fluff! Hope you enjoy! x
Lazy moments with Harry were definitely at the top of your list of favorite things.
The two of you were lost in one another, both of your legs intertwined and covered in the pastel pink sheets of your bed. He was only wearing a pair of boxer briefs, the tattoos on his body illuminated only by the (many) candles that he’d lit earlier that night while you were preoccupied in your office. You were wearing an oversized shirt that you’d stolen from him months ago, a black button-up with “Styles” embroidered over the breast. Your arm was thrown across his chest as your head nestled into the crook of his neck, and his arm was wrapped around you, his hand settled at the skin of your waist as he traced circles against your skin.
The two of you had just spent a while being intimate with one another, which was evident by both of your horrendous sex hair and the blissful afterglow that the both of you carried on your features. You’d been together for almost half a year now, and in that time you’d spent countless hours fooling around between the sheets—Harry connected with you like no one else ever had, and he knew it. The two of you had a more than active sex life, but it wasn’t only about the sex, it was about the moments.
It was the moment after you scream his name, when he leans over to press a soft kiss to your temple. The way in which he never lets you forget that you are safe, that you are in control, and that he loves you.
It’s the moments where he looks at you—I mean, he REALLY looks at you. Head to toe, as if he’s trying to commit your every dip and curve to memory, even though he probably already has. It’s the way he lets out a small sigh and a goofy smile once he’s gotten the chance to see every inch of your skin, as if your body was the answer to all the questions he’d ever asked.
It’s the moment after it all, after you’d scampered into the bathroom and the both of you had slipped into something to cover your skin from the cold air. Moments like right now, where the two of you were absolutely content with tucking yourselves into one another and pretending like both of you were the only people in the world. That’s certainly what it felt like—you felt his chest rise and fall slowly, and the feeling of his lips at the top of your head made you smile.
Summary: Getting over him was the most impossible thing in the world because part of you couldn’t believe it was really over.
The hardest part about giving someone else your heart, is that it then belongs to them. Even if things end, they will forever own a piece of you. A piece of the most important part of you, no less. It’s a piece of yourself that you can never get back, not really, not fully.
Six months. One hundred eighty two days. Four thousand three hundred sixty eight hours. That was how long it had been since you felt whole.
