8 Ways to be More Productive with Less Effort

1.Sort out your priorities. Make time to honestly reflect on your life, and to think about what is important to you. Where are you going? What do you want? What are the steps that will take you there?

2. Focus on the essential tasks. Next, think about your short term responsibilities. Ask yourself: “Out of all the tasks that I have to do, which will get me the greatest return for my time and effort?” Make a list of these types of tasks — they’re your most important things to do this week.

3. Eliminate what you can. Now look at your list. What on the list is not essential? Is there anything there that you can drop from your schedule, delegate to someone else, or put on a “waiting list”. Often when we review these non-essentials later, we find they weren’t necessary at all.

4. Do essential tasks first. Begin each day by doing the two most important tasks. Don’t wait until later in the day as they’ll get pushed aside to make time for other stuff that arises throughout the day. You’ll find that if you do these tasks right away, your productivity will really increase.

5. Eliminate distractions. If you allow yourself to be constantly interrupted by email notifications, IM, cell phones, social media and so on, then you’ll never be productive. Turn them and, if you can, disconnect yourself from the internet.

6. Keep it simple. Don’t waste time on applications that are meant to organise your schedule. Make a simple to-do list with a word document, or with some paper and a pen. Then get started on whatever work you had planned on doing.

7. Do one thing at a time. In most situations, multi-tasking slows you down. You can’t get things done with a million things demanding your attention. Focus on what’s in front of you, to the exclusion of all else. That way, you are likely to achieve more, in less time, and with less effort.

8. Make time for honest reflection. At the end of the day, reflect on what you have achieved. Make sure you affirm yourself for your hard work. Think about possible changes you need to make - and commit to keep going, and aiming for your goal.

**This can be your sun, moon, or venus sign(s)**

If your Sun is in the top 6, but your Moon and Venus are in the bottom 6 – You emotionally detach yourself fairly quickly, but you may still find yourself thinking about them for a while after.

If your Moon is in the top 6, but your Sun and Venus are in the bottom 6 – You may act like you get over someone quickly and get over your crush on them quickly, but it will take you longer get to get over the emotional hurt and may often dream about them.

If your Venus is in the top 6, but your Sun and Moon are in the bottom 6 – You may be over them mentally and emotionally quickly, but for some reason beyond your understanding you still want a relationship with them for a while after.

If your Sun and Moon are in the top 6, but your Venus is in the bottom 6 – You get over the relationship itself quickly, but take longer to fully get over the person.

If your Sun and Venus are in the top 6, but your Moon is in the bottom 6 – You may emotionally be able to forget someone easily, but still feel the need to be with the person and try to be near the person or get them back even if your heart isn’t fully in it anymore; almost like a bad habit.

If your Moon and Venus are in the top 6, but your Sun is in the bottom 6 – You may think that you get over people quickly and act like it too, but you feel the emotional hurt for a while and long for the relationship just as long.

Edit – These were previously top 4 and bottom 4, but I decided that it would be better and less confusing if I just made it the top half and the bottom half.

Something happened this morning that made me realize a few things:

Wake up. If someone doesn’t feel the same way about you, it sucks, but move on. Find someone that does and don’t waste your time over someone that can’t see your worth. If your friends aren’t there for you, distance yourself and find better. If you are miserable, change something. If you are playing games and thinking that you have all the time in the world, stop. If you care about someone, tell them. If you want to speak your mind, do it. If you miss someone, tell them. Stop thinking you have all the time in the world. Stop thinking that being young is an excuse to do or not do certain things. Life is far too short, too unpredictable. People pass away, people change. To waste it being unhappy, to keep everything inside, convincing someone to care about you, or playing games - isn’t okay. You won’t be here forever. Do it right.

Wake the hell up.

You love somebody, right? you love them so much that you would die for them, but maybe they don’t love you back. and every time you look at them it’s like you’re drowning, like you are standing on the edge of a cliff and they are about to push you over, like giving all the best pieces of yourself away only to find they don’t mean a thing.

you would sell your love to the first person who looked at you if it meant you wouldn’t miss him anymore.

you think you’re better off without a heart but you are wrong. love doesn’t always give you back what it stole, and you might not be like you once were but that doesn’t mean you can’t love again.

you are so wrapped up in the ways he doesn’t love you that you can’t look around and see who does.

“but my shitty statements about bisexuality and erasure of your identity aren’t actually harmful, biphobia isn’t real or worth discussion”

As the lgbtqia+ community is so fond of saying, “educate yourself”. You can find similar information from tons of reliable sources just by browsing google for a few minutes. Now that you have sufficient evidence that bi erasure is actually REALLY BAD, go learn about bisexuality. Correct your biphobic misconceptions and stop telling people they’re “actually pansexual/polysexual/whatever”. If you have EVER tried to tell someone what to identify as, you need to step back and think about how it would make you feel if someone did the same to you.

I’m sick and tired of hearing bullshit about my identity all the time from OTHER LGBTQIA+ PEOPLE. It needs to stop. There’s a B in the acronym for a reason.

Waiting for the girl.

Tell me you don’t think about it, every single day. Tell me you are too focused on your career, or your friends or your family to concern yourself with such things. Tell me that standing at your kitchen sink eating takeout out of a cardboard container after a twelve hour work day is enough for you. Tell me that your bed isn’t always cold and that your books and your 60 inch flat screen are all you need. Tell me that you like your space and have no time to be lonely.

Tell me that you’re not just biding your time until you find her. The girl who will be your moon and fucking stars. Someone you can wake up to, other than your own reflection. Tell me you’re not waiting. Waiting for the one who will make life worth something. Something more than this. Tell me you don’t think about it every single day. Tell me, and I won’t believe you.

My Advice For the Signs
  • Aries: Think more often about what you do and how you react to things, it can be taken the wrong way often.
  • Taurus: Let others convince you to go out sometimes, it will bring out your adventurous side.
  • Gemini: Take time to calm down and take a break from your constant go go go attitude.
  • Cancer: Don't let your emotions overcome you, just find someone who makes you happy as shit.
  • Leo: Think about others when making decisions, not yourself.
  • Virgo: Listen to your friends when they tell you that they are offended.
  • Libra: Being social and showing the happiness that you feel to others will never hurt anyone.
  • Scorpio: Fucking ask them out man screw what the world is telling you, it's okay to take risks in life.
  • Sagittarius: You don't have to be happy all the time, it's okay to not be okay.
  • Capricorn: Maybe give a shit about someone other than yourself sometimes.
  • Aquarius: Try not to make things seem bigger than they really are.
  • Pisces: Be yourself, don't try to make up a totally different person just to stand out.

When you get the chance.

I’m compiling a list. To promote positive self love.

I would love it so much if you could reblog or send me an ask with a list of 5 things. 5 things about yourself physically, mentally, talents, quirks, just stuff about your life, your relationships with others etc, that you really do love. Whether it be something so small and ‘insignificant’ or something so obvious you didn’t even notice how much you loved that about yourself.

The point of all this is so I can compile a list that anyone can read and relate to. ( Leading to a new found love in themselves ). Particularly someone having a hard time in their life and finding it difficult to find strength or simply having a poo day and are in need of a lil cheer up.

All of the posts will be anonymous.

I say 5 because well it’s kinda easy to think of a couple but 5 can be a bit tricky and you need to think hard and deep about what’s important to you, what satisfies you and what gives you strength on your darkest days. Or what makes you smile when you see yourself in the mirror, a picture or with your loved ones.

Long or short answers, it all matters

If you know anyone else who would like to complete a list please send away and send me results. Spread the love!

And finally, if you feel like you don’t have a list or you don’t feel up for it I totally understand and maybe you need to read the compiled list at the end

My list for inspiration :

1. My green eyes. They change colour when I cry and flicker from hazel to blue. Eyes are cool
2. My hair. I spent 4 flipping years growing it and I have achieved my hair goals and it rules.
3. My small hands and feet. Their sheer size makes me laugh. My thumbs are so stumpy and ugly and my tiny feet make me resemble a giraffe with hooves. Although I’m quite tall they make me feel petite and cute.
4. My sister. She is the light of my life. We would not be ourselves without eachother. We have always mattered to one another and we can both fall back or find strength in each other’s existence.
5. My mind set. I’m finally very conscious of my existence, aware and on top of my demons, ambitions and thoughts. Which has reflected on so many fundamental parts of my life.

Thank you <3 Kimberry

I hope I will find someone who will accept me the way I am and stay with me no matter what. That person deserves the best of me. Someday.

I am tired of trying. Right now I just want to go with the flow and just focus on my family, friends and my own self-growth. That’s vital.

If I manage to text or call once in awhile, consider yourself lucky because I think about you. I only have few people that I truly care about them.

Some people just don’t deserve my attention, energy, time and money. I should’ve invested all that on something or someone else.

Know when to walk away. Something just didn’t work out no matter how much efforts, time and energy wasted. You deserve better.

I know how it feels like to feel empty. When people keep asking “are you okay?” and your answer will always be “I am fine no worries.”

Harry - 1994

Wonderwall – someone you find yourself thinking about all the time; a person you are completely infatuated with.

Today is gonna be the day / that they’re gonna throw it back to you

Harry was entirely prepared for his shift at the bakery. Same thing day in and day out. Bake cupcakes, put in display, clean display, don’t kill any customers. Harry would never kill a customer regardless of how rude they were.

However, Harry had no idea he was going to be unprepared for this shift.

He didn’t know his kitten, his soulmate would finally be here.

He almost dropped an entire tray of vanilla cupcakes when she walked in. Her hair like rolling waves and her smile brighter than sunshine. He thought he would be prepared to meet the love of his life. Harry was generally a very logical person in which he thought out what he was doing or where he was going in life. He never got distracted (unless there was a stray cat or a butterfly passing by him) and focused on his tasks.

But throwing you into the equation he couldn’t believe how much his life had changed and he hadn’t even spoken to you yet. You looked at the perfectly shining cupcake cases. “Hmm,” you hummed. “What’s your favorite?” You asked.

Oh God, Harry almost melted at the sound of your voice. “Uh…” he cleared his throat. “I like the ch-chocolate,” he stammered. Your smile somehow got bigger and Harry thought he was going to cry he had never felt so infatuated with anyone before. You were simply stunning.

Your aura threw him a loop to be honest. He hadn’t expected you to be so beautiful and sweet. He thought if he could, he would have tattooed I’m yours right on his forehead for you to see. “I love chocolate.”

Somehow that didn’t surprise Harry. Chocolate was rich and warm and he figured you were warm and rich in character and love. He didn’t know how old you were, he’d never seen you before but oh God, he was never going to forget you. “D-do you w-want a sample?” He continued to stutter.

“No, I trust you,” you smiled and handed him a note for the pastry. His hands shook as you took it from him. You trusted him and while it was still over cupcakes, he almost cried from the simplicity and the happiness of that statement. “Thank you, have a lovely day,” you said sweetly and sank your teeth into the pastry. You moaned softly at the taste. “I will definitely be back for one of these,” you grinned and floated out the door as gracefully as you walked in.

When Harry was home and at dinner with his mum and sister, they kept teasing him because he was dropping things and giggling to himself every so often. “What’s got your mind so occupied, babe?” Gemma asked

Harry’s cheeks got plumper, and his dimples dipped into his skin. “Nothing,” he said but he was blushing.

“That’s a lie if I ever heard one,” Anne said. “What’s her name?”

Harry didn’t even know how to answer. “There’s no her,” he said, but the smile on his face said otherwise.

“Is she pretty?” Anne asked and cupped Harry’s cheeks. He nodded.

“She’s beautiful, Mum,” he smiled. She grinned and kissed his forehead.

“She better take care of my little boy,” she winked at him and gave him another squeeze.

Back beat / the word was on the street that the fire in your heart is out / I’m sure you’ve heard it all before / But you never really had a doubt.

Harry didn’t have to wait until his next shift to see you again. As he exchanged notes with Zayn from English class, he saw as you were walked by the principal to his first class. His papers went spiraling to the ground. Heads turned and people stopped speaking. It was something out of the movie—and maybe it’s because Harry’s high school was a small town and if one person moved in or out, it was a big deal.

But Harry thought it was because you were just exotically beautiful. He knew it had everything to do with the essence of yourself. You carried yourself and looked amazing and he couldn’t figure you out. You were beautiful, sweet, and nice…that combination was so rare, he wondered if you had a flaw. If you didn’t have a flaw, he wanted to know how so he could be just as perfect for you as you seemed to be for anyone.

“Hey!” You chirped with a bright smile when you caught Harry’s eye as you passed him following your principal to your class. “It’s Harry right? That’s what your name tag said,” you pulled your lower lip between your teeth as your principal smiled politely at Harry as you greeted him.

“Y-yeah,” he smiled shyly. “Nice t-to see you. Cool that you’re h-here,” he stammered and silently kicked himself for being an idiot. Everyone turned to look at Harry. The guys glared at him because of course she already knew Harry Styles. The girls were burning her with jealous stares into the back of her head.

“Do you know her?” Zayn asked. “She seems to know you.”

“She bought a chocolate cupcake yesterday,” Harry shrugged casually as he picked his papers up. However, the grin that played on his lips was undeniable. He was infatuated and he barely had any idea who you were.

*

Harry caught up to you. He guided you to your classes (even though a couple of them were across the school he claimed they were just a few classes over so you wouldn’t feel too guilty for him arriving late.) He had a couple classes with you and he could barely breathe he was so excited to sit next to you. Your handwriting was so beautiful and your notes were organized and perfect.

You knew every answer the teacher asked. Harry was in absolute awe as you whispered the answer under your breath while the class sat in silence when asked a question. How could you be smart too? You were deadly. Perfect. You were world peace in the figure of a high school girl. You were astounding. You knocked the breath out of Harry and he couldn’t stop his heart from pounding as he sat beside you. His head was consumed with your voice, your smell, your smile. You were everything.

*

It was a few weeks of this pattern: school, bakery, library, home—where he was still thinking of you, and then falling asleep in hopes of dreaming of his angel. He made no moves to pressure you into a date or anything. You seemed to tell every guy that asked that you weren’t allowed to date. Harry found that shocking.

You were eighteen. What eighteen year old wasn’t allowed to date? Something was off about you—perhaps nothing bad, but he wondered what had happened to you that left your heart so closed.

That was the first time Harry realized you were a mystery. You were so polite as you turned guys down even though they incessantly asked you. Harry started to hear some guys call you rude names and it sparked some sort of anger he never felt before—he only ever felt like that when Gemma or his mum were involved. When he told you that he was mad about it, you shrugged it off.

“That happens a lot,” you said simply. “I don’t mind; as long as no one is like…aggressive, they can be sulky all they want, it’s not going to make me date them,” you explained. Harry didn’t like the way it sounded, but he wasn’t sure why. He didn’t care. As long as you were happy, that’s all he cared about.

He was honored you talked to him. When you spoke, to anyone, you made them feel like they were the only person that existed. You gazed at them taking in every word that fell from their lips and offered advice, solace, or comfort. Whatever was needed you seemed to give them.

How on Earth was he supposed to figure out the girl who’s heart was so guarded yet so open to everyone? You were fascinating. You couldn’t date, but you were so kind. You were wanted, but didn’t want to be wanted.

Harry was your number one fan. He was so thrilled you took to his friendship.

He would do anything to make it more than that.

I don’t believe that anybody feels the way I do / About you now

Harry noticed things about you. The way you diligently read your book and copied notes into your notebook sometimes two or three times was an indication of why you were just the most brilliant woman he’d ever met. Then the way you seemed to glow after eating a pastry from the bakery while Harry baked made him smile because you seemed so innocent and lovely and all you did was eat a cupcake. If there was a day that Harry wasn’t working the two of you would go to the library where Harry would study and watch you tutor the younger students that came in. You were patient, of course. And you were gentle and encouraging and Harry’s heart just seemed to beat to the rhythm of your name.

Harry wondered if there had ever been another guy in your life. Maybe one that was your best friend like Harry was, maybe someone more, he didn’t really know or care, he just wanted to know if he could get in touch with this person and ask them how in the world they survived not falling in love with this beautiful girl.

The two of you were walking back to Harry’s home (his mum insisted you come for dinner one day and Harry would be allowed to drive you home) and Harry watched as you plucked some wildflowers from a field you passed. “Would your mum like these?” You asked twirling them as you smiled at him making him smell them. He nodded because he felt like he couldn’t breathe. You were a queen.

He was boggled by you.

And he loved it very much.

And all the roads we have to walk are winding / and all the lights that lead us there are blinding

“Why can’t you date?” He asked quietly. One guy promised you that he was going to ask you out each and every week until you said yes. Of course he chose during study hall, when Harry was with you, causing Harry’s blood to boil because if he heard you say yes one of these days he thought he might die and he was pretty sure he wasn’t being dramatic at all.

“Of course I can date,” you whispered as the librarian hushed you.

You sighed and scribbled on a piece of paper for a few moments as you listened to your CD player. Harry knew how hard you worked because in addition to the library you were a cashier at a clothing store downtown and sometimes you were babysitting your neighbors. Harry didn’t know how you functioned because you were just so busy and yet you always seemed to have time for him.

I got hurt really badly by a guy one time. I’m just very guarded and maybe that’s a bad thing but I’m not too worried about it. I figure my journey is a bit rough but eventually I’ll see some kind of light that will lead me to where I’m supposed to be. I’m scared to get hurt again.

Harry put the note in his pocket that day and there it would stay for the rest of his life because he never wanted to hurt you—and he would never let another guy hurt you ever again.

And of course he hoped he would be your light.

So Harry wrote back to you in his messy script on another piece of paper. How will you not get hurt if you don’t…try again? What if you don’t get hurt?

Your eyes scanned his words and you smirked and shrugged as you looked up at him. “I guess I never really thought about it—since I’ve only ever been hurt,” you whispered.

And there it was.

Perhaps the one “flaw” you had.

And even that flaw was perfect. It was very you.

Harry vowed to love that flaw as much as he loved you.

There are many things that I would like to say to you / but I don’t know how

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.

Harry wondered if he drooled in English as you read the sonnet. He loved poetry but now, unless you were reading it, he hated it. He sympathized with Shakespeare. Except Shakespeare didn’t count high enough.

You started to get sick of all your suitors. Harry could tell. You kept telling him how you didn’t want a relationship and part of him died a little more each time you said the words because he adored you and he wanted to tell you, but he didn’t know how. He wanted your friendship more than his selfish need to give into his infatuation with you. But he also wanted to please you, take care of you, rub your feet, and kiss your forehead. He wanted to take you on dates and make you mixed tapes of songs that reminded him of you. He wanted to take you to concerts and bring you to prom.

He wanted to tell you.

But he couldn’t.

I said maybe / you’re gonna be the one that saves me

You saw the way Harry looked at you. You weren’t blind. And obviously you felt the same way for him. But you were too stubborn and you couldn’t believe Harry had said nothing in the entire time he knew you, that he was mad about you. You were scared for Harry to love you. You adored him. He was a lovely guy and he made your heart pound in a way you had never felt before.

“Harry!” You shouted excitedly as you walked into school. You found him with Liam and Liam nodded at you and smirked as he whispered to Harry before walking away. Harry turned to you as you ran in front of him. Stopping, a bit breathless as you thrusted an envelope in his hands. He smirked at your antics. You were precious and you felt flushed as he read over the letter.

Sixteen hundred.

You got a perfect score on your SATs.

“Kitten,” he shook his head. “I’m so proud of you,” he whispered in absolute adoration as he gave your shoulder a squeeze. His throat actually felt tight. He was overwhelmed with love for you. You were so brilliant. You were going to do amazing things. Man or no man.

You felt yourself blushing as you handed him a second letter. “This is better,” you whispered. You were a bit confused because no one was ever proud of you. Teachers, yeah…but no one around you.

Not someone like Harry.

He read the second letter, a letter identifying you as a potential applicant for some brainiac kind of program. In which, they pay you, to do research whenever you had time. Big bucks. His heart bursted with happiness and he pulled you in for a hug and kissed the side of your head. You found yourself speechless because he was so good and lovely. His hug felt like heaven and you felt your resolve crumble a bit as he held you. He adored you and he meant it. He pulled away. “You are brilliant and you’re going to do amazing things,” he promised.

You blushed more and pulled away as you smiled shyly at Harry. He grinned and part of you wondered if Harry would save you. “Well, anyway…” you said softly. “It just means you have to come help me pick out a car,” you smirked knowingly.

He chuckled. “I’d be honored, kitten.”

And after all / you’re my Wonderwall

If Harry wasn’t with you, you can guarantee he was thinking about you. His mind only had thoughts of you. And he stared at you a lot when you were together. Like when you were sitting in your living room listening to the radio as you did some homework Harry was gazing at you longingly trying to form the words in his mouth.

“Hey kitten,” he mumbled.

“Hmm?” You said.

“D-do…would you wanna go see that new Disney movie?”

“The Lion King?” You smirked. “Aren’t we a bit old for that?”

“I don’t think so,” he shook his head softly and continued to look at you.

You glanced up and saw the way he was looking at you. He wasn’t just asking you to the movies. He was asking the silent question he’d been too afraid to ask outright.

Would you trust him to not let you down?

You opened your mouth to tell him yes, finally, yes, you would let him take care of you.

But of course, knowing the kind of life you had, you wouldn’t get to have Harry. You wouldn’t get the perfect boy who cared more about you than anyone ever cared about you.

Your dad walked in and started screaming at you. He started saying how you were useless and couldn’t do anything right and it was no wonder your mother left because he barely wanted to stay with you either. You just gaped. As did Harry. Harry finally put it together. It wasn’t just a guy that broke you.

It was the only guy that was supposed to love you unconditionally broke you.

Harry stood up the moment he heard the word whore fall out of your father’s mouth and you jumped up grabbing Harry’s hand and shaking your head, tears welling in your eyes as you tugged him outside. You listened to your father ramble and stomp and slam things as you sat on the porch steps as you pressed your fact into your knees.

Harry in his awe of you didn’t even know what to say. He sat beside you and just waited until your father slammed one last door before he finally stopped. You didn’t move for a bit after that. Carefully Harry brushed your hair down and dropped a kiss onto the back of your head. “You’re not anything he said. You are the most amazing girl I’ve ever known. They should write songs about you.” You sniffled and sat up and Harry’s heart broke because he never wanted to see you cry again as long as he lived. “Jesus, kitten. I’m so in love with you,” he whispered.

You sobbed and buried your face into his shirt and clung to him because he was the first thing that was worth clinging to. “Harry,” you whispered.

“What?” He asked in your hair. His heart was shaking. He felt like he was going to lose it if you said you didn’t love him back.

“I…I can’t stop thinking about you. You’re…you’re everything I’ve ever wanted and more,” you whispered and sniffled and Harry couldn’t breathe that was so lovely to hear. Because he never stopped thinking about you either. “You’re my Wonderwall, Harry.”

Of course you knew the name for it. Harry brushed his thumbs against your cheeks and cradled your face like you were the most delicate thing to ever be held before he slid his lips into yours and kissed you.

And Harry figured that maybe that’s what soulmates actually were.

Wonderwalls.

I’m doubting myself again. Am I a bad person? Was it actually my fault? I’m so scared I don’t know what to think anymore .

Waluigi knows that this site can be very toxic at times, and tends to upset people, so he just wanted to give you all a little advice:

-If a user is upsetting you or harassing you, block them.  Do not even think about it, just do it.

-If you find yourself getting angry or sad about something that was said or done by a user, close your browser.  Go for a walk to clear your head.  Go hang out with some friends.  Go eat chocolate.  DON’T let it get to you.  It doesn’t mean anything.

-If you see someone else getting harassed, please, please, please STAND UP FOR THEM.  Do not stand by and watch people get bullied.

-If your dash is making you sad, go look through some tags that you know will make you happy.  Waluigi suggests John Krasinski or kittens.

Please don’t let this website get to you.  A lot of good comes from it–Waluigi has made many friends and seen a lot of great art and read so many good stories.  But a lot of bad comes from it as well.  You have the choice to avoid those bad things.  Don’t let things said or done on this website affect you, because in the grand scheme of things, do they really matter?
