Comparing Ethiopian (Schilcho from Solberg & Hansen) and Rwandan (Gashonga from Röststätte Berlin) coffee. Both very pleasant, but the Ethiopian stands out as really amazing. Intense aroma, distinct taste of red berries – both strawberries and raspberries – with a chocolaty exit as it cools down. In comparison the Rwandan appears a bit boring, but it’s really not. It has got a more earthy touch, in addition to a delicate sweetness and a hint of dark berries.
