Friends come to me when they’re upset. It’s weird because when I’m upset I hardly ever tell my friends about it. I feel like no matter what I do in life I can’t win, but my friends see me as a confident person who’s got the exact path to take right in front of me. I’m always worried that I’m messing up, and that I’m going to fail, but they don’t know about that because I’m wearing a mask.

I like the fact that, on Sam's Facebook page with the photo of him at the kilt shop, someone posted something like "we hope we get to see you in it" and he "liked" that comment! Not sure if it means anything, but it made me smile....

Sly dog.  Don’t ever underestimate Sam’s favorings.  His social media innuendo game is Black Belt.  You’ve seen how he likes a good double entendre, just transfer the hidden meaning concept to social media.

when you play the most iconic BBTC hosted by kenny-brain as queen Ika Wong

and you slay your social game, and slay comps, make alliances with almost everyone, but stay loyal to Britney and in the middle of the game, you use the Veto on Britney and everyone is shocked causing the house to flip, wigs were snatched left and right, everything was being exposed, all alliances crumbled

then Meg makes big move, betrays you by putting you and Britney up, but you win Veto, save yourself and Meg’s plan getting out Britney or you flopped after Shelli getting evicted (TRULY ICONIC)

then you slay more comps, just to be cut at F4, again :)

Thanks kenny-brain for hosting this ICONIC game. Daniele, Rachel, Britney, Shelli’s dog, Meg and Neda, love you all <3! Also thanks audience for these kind words: “good game ika tbh, you slayed the fuck out of this.” I CRIED :’)

Extinguishing the tinder

Tinder and similar swipe-apps are all the rage in the single-world (and related communities). The idea is simple, you get to see an image and maybe a short presentation of people in your neighbourhood. You then decide if you want to engage in conversation with him or her. If he or she does the same, the app allows you to send messages. All interaction is based on mutual interest.

Aberford Kickstarter
I just supported Aberford Kickstarter on @ThunderclapIt // @SketchyPandaG

Hey everyone, we’re trying something called Thunderclap, which lets our supporters donate a little slice of their social media power to us when we launch our Kickstarter. When the Kickstarter goes live, Thunderclap will send out a one-time message about it on all the accounts who agreed to support Aberford, making a big wave across social media.

It’s a great way generate some buzz about the game, especially for those of you who might be asleep, working, or at school when the Kickstarter launches. It also gives us an idea of our social reach, which is an indicator of whether the Kickstarter will succeed or fail.

So please follow the link and pledge your support. We’d really appreciate it! (Note: this is NOT the Aberford Kickstarter itself. This is a tool for helping promote the Kickstarter, which is also very important)

Adult women are now the largest demographic in gaming
It's time to flush your stereotypes down the drain.

“Congratulations, gamer girls—you’re officially at the top of the food chain when it comes to games. A new study released by the Entertainment Software Association has revealed that adult women now occupy the largest demographic in the gaming industry. Women over 18 made up a whopping 36 percent of the gaming population, followed by adult men at 35 percent.

Teenage boys, who are often stereotyped as the biggest gamers, now lag far behind their older female counterparts, making up just 17 percent of the gaming demographic.

The picture that emerges from the study is one of expansion across the board. More people are playing more games of various genres across more platforms, with social games on mobile and casual games on PCs emerging as huge leaders.

All of that means that stereotypes are breaking fast in the gaming industry, particularly the longheld stereotype of the adult woman as an outlier who sticks to mobile games and “social” games on Facebook while the more hardcore gamer, the “serious” (male) gamer, goes for console games.

Though this stereotype has long persisted, and even been used as a hiring tactic, the new data suggests there’s little if any truth to it—especially not when you consider that the average adult woman has been gaming for 13 years.

And while the total audience for mobile social games is now bigger than ever, the audience for computer and video games is now an even 50-50 split between male and female genders.”

LINE Play gems even with full slots~! No hacking. :3

So this guy/girl over here made an awesome guide on how to get lots and lots of gems on LINE Play, which basically amounts to adding friends on LINE and inviting them. You DON’T need to have any invite slots for this! You still get 1000 gems for inviting people that are your LINE friends but don’t have Play.

However, the original list is PRETTY out of date, so I took it upon myself to compile an updated list. All names work as of today (3/7/2013). Some of these people already have LINE Play, but only like … maybe 10? I can’t pick them out of a list this long, so.

LINE temporarily disabled my searching, but I’ll try and update / reblog this with more names as I add them to the list. (~ o uo)~ Please let me know if you figure out one that already has Play or doesn’t show up for some reason and I’ll take it off! If I get the time I will try to make a second account to go through and keep track of who isn’t playing / who can be invited.
