I sort of skipped over the ‘from’ part and just went to making an intro, ahah;; Sora’s direction is actually really (scarily!) good, she just likes taking a bunch of weird detours trying to find the Kitsune Hamlet. Somehow, though, she continues to find people to sell things to so maybe the detours weren’t so weird after all…?
She’s an eccentric but affable girl whose jokes can sometimes tip a bit into the mean spirited area. She is slow to trust but extremely quick to get attached once that threshold has been crossed, and her reactions to physical affection vary accordingly. She hates having debts and being on the losing end of things, so if she offers you something that puts her at a disadvantage you can be 69% sure that it’s a ploy of some sort. Even if that ploy is spending more time with you. Though she plays at being coy and enjoys gossip to a worrying degree, her feelings are usually quite pure and straightforward. Sells both physical wares and information.
Since her adoptive father’s passing, she’s been on the search for a new home. She has a few complexes about her kitsune heritage, and strives to keep it hidden (especially since it’s been drilled into her that she’d probably die if anyone found out). Since she’s stayed at least approximately 100 yards away from any and all beaststones and has yet to transform once, she has a lot of urges that she has no idea what to do with. The extra energy seems to have tipped over to the opposite end and wound up with her being extra lazy instead. She’s chasing the Hamlet more for the idea of family more than any real love for her kinsmen.
Trusting (to a fault), awkward, sensitive, clumsy, self-critical.

“See you later Ned.” I said, waving goodbye to him.
“Good luck on your gift Romeo!” he shouted. I rolled my eyes and shook my head, a small smile forming. I gripped into the strap of my backpack and headed down the street, bumping into someone.
“I’m so sorry!” I exclaimed.
“I didn’t know we were both so clumsy Parker.” a familiar giggle announced. I looked up and saw Y/N.
“There’s a lot of stuff we have in common.” I blurted. She cocked an eyebrow and smiled. My heart did a flip and I swallowed.
“I know we weren’t suppose to give our gifts already but…” she said, reaching into her backpack. She pulled out a small box and handed me a bag.
“Oh Y/N..” I said, handing them back.
“Nah uh. I couldn’t wait. Are you going to open it?” she asked, her eyes sparkling. I smiled and nodded, giving her the box to hold. I opened the bag and smiled.
I pulled out two shirts and a canvas drawing with all three of us: Me, Ned and Y/N. I touched the canvas, feeling the dry paint and outlining the features of us.
“Y/N…this is amazing. How long did this take?” I asked, looking up at her. She blushed slightly and laughed.
“Almost two weeks. But it wasn’t difficult. Besides the time I ran out of paint and nearly stained half my clothes.”
She handed me the box, taking the other stuff and I hesitated. She looked at me in confusion, and I smiled, pulling the bow string. Inside were some new headphones and a new disc for my computer.
“No way! How did you get this?” I exclaimed, marveling at the disc.
“You know my uncle runs a computer shop down in Brooklyn. I did some work for him and he gave me this.” she smiled. I picked her up , twirling her around in a hug and she squealed. I set her down and held onto her, staring into her eyes.
“You’re amazing you know that?”
She blushed and nodded.
“I know I am. You better get home before May kicks your butt.” she giggled, grabbing her bag and waving goodbye.
“MAY! I need your help!” I shouted as soon as I opened our door. I heard clattering and walked to the noise which was in the kitchen
“Jesus Peter! You scared me.” she gasped, clutching her chest and a mess of noodles on the floor. I pouted.
“Sorry May.. I-I just have some girl troubles.” I sighed, helping her clean up. She dropped what she had in her hands and grabbed mine, bringing us both up.
“Girl problems?? Screw dinner let’s get some Thai food.” she said excitedly.
We got down and immediately she tried hounding me into telling her. She even used larb puns which, in my opinion, weren’t half bad.
“So what’s wrong Peter?” she asked, giving up on her larb jokes.
“You know how Ned, Y/N, and I are having our 3 year friendship anniversary tomorrow? I still haven’t made a gift for Y/N and I don’t know how to start.” I sighed. May nodded, cocking an eyebrow.
“What did you have in mind?” she asked.
“I wanted to do something with music since she loves it. I was thinking a CD or an old cassette tape.” I explained. She nodded and took out a small notepad and pen from her bag. She began scribbling down on it.
“Songs she likes or songs that are her?” she asked.
“I wanted to do some on the music she likes. And some on what I think of her.” I swallowed. May smiled.
“You like her Peter. I can tell by the way you look at her whenever she comes by to study.”
“I do not.” I argued, my cheeks burning.
“Okay. Maybe you don’t like her. You might larb her.” she smirked. I rolled my eyes but smiled.
“Okay… Maybe I like her, but that’s beside the point May.” I huffed.
“Well tell me what you like or notice about her. It might help me with the songs.” she said. I nodded and started listing off the things I liked about Y/N.
“I like the simple things she does. Tucking a strand of hair behind her ear only to have it fall back into her face…. The way she bites the inside of her cheek or her lip when she’s nervous… The way her eyebrows furrow when she’s concentrating creating-”
“A crease?” May interrupted. I nodded and she smiled, taking notes.
“The way her glasses fall or when a loose hair falls into her face and she blows it away, only for more to come back, making her frustrated. Also the way her eyes light up whenever she gets excited. And her smile…” I sighed.
“Okay calm down Peter. I didn’t ask for the Bible.” May chuckled. I blushed and nodded. May wrote down something else, biting the end of the pen as she thought.
After a while, she handed me what she wrote and smiled proudly. I looked down and saw a list of songs.
“How did you..” I trailed off, seeing some songs Y/N liked. May shrugged.
“What can I say…. I hear her playing her music whenever she comes by. And I may have some more recommendations due to the things you said. But don’t ask for Ned. He’s a wild one.” May winked.
“Yeah… Yeah yeah yeah. Of course.” I said. We headed home and May taught me how to put songs onto a tape while I made another on a CD.
“Ned you’re amazing!” Y/N cried as she held into her book. She hugged Ned and he laughed, patting her arm.
“I knew you were missing the second series and my mom’s friend was having a sale. I saw these and knew it was fate.” he chuckled as Y/N let him go.
“Last but not least is Peter.” Y/N smiled. I nodded and handed Ned his present, where he instantly ripped it open.
“Aw sick man!” he said, high-fiving me and showing it off to us. I smiled.
I had given him a new Star Wars Lego Set. The exclusive Yoda one, the one he’s been trying to get his hands on for a while now.
“How did you snag this?!” he said, disregarding his other gifts. I shrugged.
“Mr. Stark helped me out.” I replied. Ned faked a sob and we all laughed and I felt my stomach tighten as Y/N smiled at me, her doe eyes filled with love. I swallowed and handed her the gift. She opened it slowly and covered her mouth.
“Did Mr. Stark help you with this too?” she asked, pulling out new paint brushes, two different sized sketchbooks and a small book, filled with coupons to the craft store she loved. I blushed.
“He insisted on helping with this but the next one, May helped.” I said, as she took out the smaller box. She opened it and saw my CD and underneath, the cassette tape. She touched her heart and hugged me.
“This is too sweet Peter.” she said. I chuckled and patted her back.
“It was nothing really.” I said. She let me go and flipped through the coupon book as Ned pulled me aside.
“Where are the roses?” she scowled.
“I thought you were going to confess to her?” he asked. I bit my lip.
“Not yet.. I-I can’t.” I sighed.
“I overheard John and his friends the other day… Flash might ask her out.” Ned said. I stared at him and looked back at Y/N.
“You’re not lying?” I asked. He shook his head and I believed him.
“I’ll get it May!” I shouted as the doorbell rang. I opened it and Y/N stood there.
“Hey Pete. What did you have to give me?” she asked as I let her in. I rubbed my hands together and sighed.
“It’s up on the balcony.” I said pointing behind me. She followed and I looked at May. She gave me a thumbs up and mouthed , “Go for it.”
We stood there, admiring the sunset. I tried making a move but I didn’t know how and I felt how confused she was because she kept asking if I was okay.
“Y/N… I like you.” I blurted out after a while. She turned to me.
“You do?” she asked. I nodded. She came closer and hugged me, surprising me.
“I figured you did.” she whispered in my chest.
“How?” I asked.
“I was listening to the tape and the first song was ‘Crush’ by David Archuleta.” she giggled, looking up at me.
“I do like you.” I said looking down at her, my cheeks burning. She bit her lip and looked me in the eyes. She stood on her toes and connected her lips to mine, surprising me again. I kissed her back, wrapping my arms around her.
We stopped once we heard someone yell a “yes!” from inside. We turned to look and saw May dancing around. I groaned and Y/N giggled.
“So… Will you be my girlfriend?” I asked. She shook her head no and I furrowed my eyebrows at her.
“I’ll do you one better. Girlfriend and best friend.” she smiled. I smiled and cupped her cheek, kissing her.
Another yes was yelled from inside, along with a woo hoo. Y/N and I laughed, turning away and watching the rest of the day, turn into night.
(Events in this story take place after Kai turned into a vampire / witch heretic. Kai and Reader are in a relationship ; One night Reader sees Kai kissing someone else at the Grill and shuts him out , but he is determined to get her forgiveness …)
*NOT MY GIF ————————————-
Three days have gone by since the incident. He still didn’t know how that had happened. Kai loved Y/N and would never ever hurt her. Not intentially , anyways… but that’s exactly what happened that night at the Grill. Some random girl had approached him and kissed him … and he hadn’t pushed her away , instead Kai had done the opposite and Y/N had seen it. The look of hurt and pain of her face , tears streaming down her face - he couldn’t get the image out of his head. He had rushed after her , tried to talk to her but she had shut the door in his face , literally. Kai wanted to apologise to her and he had tried more than couple of times over the past few days. Y/N just wouldn’t return his calls , wouldn’t reply his text messages. He had been to her apartment every day from sunrise to dawn, knocking on the door , sitting with his back at the door … without getting any response from her. She was inside , that he could tell. Kai could hear her crying and smashing things inside , using his vampire hearing. He hated himself for the pain he had caused her.
Three days… That’s how long it has been. To Y/N it felt longer , as if she was in a nightmare and couldn’t wake up no matter how hard she tried. Kai came by every day ,sitting outside her apartment door and sometimes she sat there too , on her side. Listening. Y/N wasn’t a vampire but sometimes when she rested her head on the door , she heard sniffles from the other side. Kai had also called her a few times , leaving voicemails asking for her forgiveness. Each time she broke into sobs listening to them , her heart breaking all over again. The pain her chest was suffocating her. Kai might’ve put her through hell , but she loved him and missed him so much. It hurt her more being away from him than the memory of what he had done to break her heart. A couple times Caroline and Bonnie had called her. Their calls she answered. Y/N knew if she didn’t answer , things might get even worse. Despite the fact Kai had hurt her , she couldn’t stand the thought of something happening to him. “Did something happen with … Kai ?” Caroline asked her , her voice worried. “No. Nothing happened , Caroline.” Y/N had lied , putting on the best show in her life. “I just caught some nasty flu , that’s all. I just need a few days to recover , that’s all.” For all Y/N knew , the lie had been accepted as the truth by her friends.
The next day he decided to try again. Kai walked to her place and knocked on Y/N’s apartment door , his palms sweaty. He need to see her , hear her voice and was determinated to talk to her and ask for her forgiveness. A few moments later Kai heard movement from the inside and Y/N opened the door. “Hey…” he said , a small smile on his face. He couldn’t believe she had opened the door. Y/N scoffed and tried to shut the door in his face but he pushed it open. “Please , talk to me.” he pleaded , walking inside and shutting the door behind him. For the past few days all Kai had wanted was to see her , hear her voice … He wasn’t going to let this opportunity slip away. She turned around to face him , her eyes red and puffy from all the tears. Kai let out a breath and took a few steps , shortening the distance between them. He stared at his shoes , unable to meet her eyes. Y/N looked at him for a few seconds. Kai looked broken , dark circles under his eyes as if he hadn’t slept in days , his hair all messed up. Quickly she dropped her gaze , before he even had the chance to notice she had looked at him. “I screwed up , Y/N.” he said trying to take her hand but she pulled back right away. “I … I didn’t mean for this to happen. I don’t even know how it happened… I never meant to hurt you.” Kai said , tears filling his eyes. “I… ” he swallowed hard. “I am so so so sorry…” Kai wanted so badly for her to look at him. To yell at him , hit him. Anything. Any reaction… “Say something. Please.” Y/N kept starring at the carpet , studying it as if it was the most interesting piece of art in the world. Every time she closed her eyes the image showed up in her head - Kai kissing that other girl , pulling her closer to him the way he pulled HER close… Tears started rolling down her cheeks again and Y/N couldn’t stop them. Her emotions were on overload
“I am so sorry , Y/N.” Kai said , pain clear in his voice. “I am SO SORRY … I am the biggest jerk in the world and I don’t deserve you or your forgiveness.” Tears kept rolling down her cheeks and all he wanted was to wrap his arms around her and hold her tight. To comfort her. "I hate myself so much for what I did… and I’d take it back in a heartbeat.“ Kai took a step towards her , waiting for her to step back. "I love you.” he said , “I love you with everything that I have. Please , forgive me… ” Kai pleaded taking another step towards her, closing the distance between them.
Y/N’s heart was breaking from the pain , from listening and seeing Kai like this. Yes , he had cheated on her… and part of her wanted to hate him , however the larger part loved him so much and couldn’t stand seeing tears in his eyes. She wanted to hug him or him to hug her , to tell her it was all a bad dream , a misunderstanding…
Silence was hanging heavy in the air , every second felt like hours to both of them. Finally Kai couldn’t take it anymore - watching the tears roll down her cheeks , her body shaking from the sobs because of all the pain … He pulled her into a hug wrapping his hands around Y/N pulling her closer to him. He wished he could snap his fingers , make all of her pain away , make everything right again … Y/N took in his scent , breathing it in deeply for a few moments before pulling away. “Kai … ” she said , trying hard to fight back the tears. Suddenly all she felt was anger towards him. Y/N hit him again and again , waiting for him to stop her. He didn’t. Kai was relieved he got a reaction from her , he deserved her anger and he accepted it. “You. Can’t. Fix. This. With. An. ‘I’m sorry’.” she said , each word followed by another punch on his chest. When Y/N was done hitting him , she took a deep breath , her body starting to shake from the sobs starting all over again. Kai pulled her into another hug , wrapping his hands tight around her and Y/N started crying again. “Tell me what to do to make it right , Y/N.” he said , feeling a tear rolling down his face. “I’ll do anything…” Kai had cried before , but this time it felt different , the pain causing his tears was different. It felt as if someone was trying to rip his heart out. Y/N wanted him to go away .. and to stay at the same time. She wrapped her arms around him. Somehow Kai was both the cause of her pain and the only cure for it. She needed him like one needs air to live. The past few days , despite the fact Y/N kept ignoring his calls , text messages and the knocks on her door … All she wanted was for Kai to hug her , be there with her… “Stay.” she said hugging him tighter. “Stay and don’t let go.” Kai pulled her tighter and let out a breath he hadn’t even realised was holding. “Do you forgive me ?” he asked , his voice about to break. He listened to Y/N’s breathing - uneven from the sobs.. A few minutes passed agonisingly slowly before she answered him. “Ask me again tomorrow.” she said , pulling away from the hug and looking him in the eyes for the first time since he got to her place ,the cracks in her heart visible through her eyes. Y/N wrapped her hands around him once again. “I’ll find a way to make it right …” Kai whispered more to himself than to her. “I promise.”
I am working on part II and when its ready it will be posted straight away. ☺
… I was rewatching TVD while writing this one , and some of the pain (or lots of it) might’ve reflected on the story.
I do hope you like it though .. ☺
You watched as Sam’s eyes filled with tears. He couldn’t accept that you were going to die. You were his best friend. You had known each other for over twenty years. You watched as he stared off into space before turning his glistening eyes on you.
It was enough to make you cry.
“What do I do?” He begged, tears spilling over the edges of his eyes as he watched you desperately. “This isn’t like the monsters I know, but Y/N there has to be something I can do. There is always something I can do,” he pushed.
You just cried and just shook your head, watching the desperation in Sam’s eyes. He couldn’t fix you. This wasn’t a monster he could chase. This wasn’t a demon he could exorcise. This wasn’t an angel he could trap. Cancer was something that no one knew how to beat and living the life that you guys did, you had caught this way too late and now it was all but over.
“I’m a Winchester, dammit!” He bellowed, turning away from you, running his hands through his hair. “I’m supposed to take care of you. I’m supposed to save you,” he pleaded. “I promised,” he choked out.
You remembered the promise. You’d both been drunk, Sam had been 24 and you 21. He’d just barely started hunting with Dean again when their paths had crossed yours on a hunt. Sam saved you, and three of you ended up celebrating the end of the hunt at a bar. Dean picked up a girl, and you and Sam made a promise to take care of each other, always be there for each other, and to always save each other. No matter what.
And you had. You had always found a way. Until now.
“Sammy,” you reached out for him from your hospital bed, your voice not as strong as you had hoped for it to be. You grabbed his jacket and pulled him to you. “You can hold me. You can stop yelling and screaming and be my best friend. You can be the man that I love. You can finally tell me you love me because now you don’t have to be afraid of the consequences,” you breathed out.
You and Sam had always pushed a relationship off to the side, thinking it would give the monsters the edge, the leverage and advantage they didn’t need.
Sam’s eyes met yours knowingly, his lip snarling in anger as he fought back tears. “Not like this,” he shook his head.
“Please,” you squeezed his hand. You could feel yourself slipping away. “Please,” you repeated, tears rolling down your cheek.
Sam’s resolve broke, and he crawled into the bed with you. Immediately is large arms engulfed you and brought you close to him. You breathed him in and if anything could heal you, it would be simply being near Sam Winchester. You looked up at him, tears still in your eyes, and he kissed you. Hard. All the repressed feelings of the past nine years pouring into the kiss.
If a kiss had healing powers, you knew you could get up and walk out of the bed right now. The kiss was everything you’d ever wanted. You hated that he had waited until the end.
“I love you,” Sam managed through tears.
“I’m sorry,” you sobbed. “I’m so sorry.” All you could do was repeat that over and over again.
“Shhhhh. Don’t be. I’ve always loved you. I should have just let myself,” Sam confessed as he held you. “Now it’s too late, but I’ll love you until your last breath.”
“And I’ll love you forever,” you responded, sinking into his embrace.
He held you for hours, even after your last breath slipped away. He cried and shook as he held you and repeated the same phrase over and over, hoping that somewhere you would hear him.
“I’ll never stop loving you, Y/N. Not until the day I die. Never,” he mumbled into your hair, holding your lifeless body.
“I know,” you whispered from the corner. “I’m here. I didn’t go Sam. I couldn’t leave. Forever, remember,” you said as you reached out to let Sam know you couldn’t leave him.
Over the next little bit, Daryl tries to fix up the house,
hammering boards against the windows and making sure the door still locked. He
was thorough with protecting you and Beth, which you are quite pleased about.
He does still care to some extent.
“Who would live in a place like this…” Beth finally asks.
She sat on the floor at some point and started to look through everything the
owner left behind.
Daryl glances at her, hammer still in his hand. You watch
him hold onto it, how tight his grip is. “My dad.” He grunts.
Beth bites her lip and looks down at a bra that appears to
be an ashtray. “He bought things like this?”
Daryl nods. “Actually, yeah. He w’s an idiot. Grew up in a
house just like this.” He goes on to explain that everything in here is here
for a reason, like that ashtray, the rough looking chair, the hole in the wall.
He seems almost happy talking about it, perhaps not happy, but it’s a childhood
memory he can’t shake. Everyone has them.
“Sounds like you may need this.” Beth holds out the moonshine.
“Join us?” She smiles sweetly, unblinking as she wiggles the bottle in Daryl’s
Not thinking this time, Daryl reaches out for the bottle and
opens the top. He takes himself a long swig of it and swallows it all in one
go. He drops the bottle on the ground, not breaking it, and wipes his mouth.
“Might as well.” He shrugs and takes a seat in the recliner, crossing one leg
over the other and grabbing another bottle of the moonshine.
He looks made for that chair, the way he sits down as if it’s
his home. You wonder how long he had to live in a place like this, or if he
lived in a house like this until the breakout. But again, you don’t ask what’s
on your mind, you simply sit quietly and drink the burning liquid in the mason
So, I still can’t really believe this but here we go. After I posted my first Drarry Drabble about a month ago, some of you asked me to continue it and I did just that to say thank you for 4k followers! The sequel starts where the first one ends, now from Draco’s point of view. Or: Draco’s reaction to seeing Hagrid carry a lifeless Harry.

staring at the spot between two fir trees, the spot where messy, black hair and
a ragged jacket had been swallowed by darkness just minutes earlier, until bridge

The tears came automatically, ran freely down his cheeks and didn’t

The crying drained the little energy he had left, but trying to hold it
back made it worse, so choking on his tears and letting his shoulders shake
with every sob was all he could do for several minutes. Wishing his feet would
just give in under his weight and let him faint, he took in a deep, unsteady
breath, and wiped his face with his dusty sleeve when he realised they wouldn’t
do him this favour.
He was completely at a loss. Didn’t know where to go from
there. His hand ghosted over his lips, just where Potter had touched them,
where his breath had tickled them, and Draco felt like throwing up. A
humiliating sound escaped him when he imagined the curse hitting Potter’s chest
right where his hand had rested, the racing heartbeat he had felt then having
probably fallen silent already.
He couldn’t keep standing there, he then
decided, it was impossible to stand that kind of torture even a second longer.
Swallowing hard even though it hurt his dry throat, he turned around, his
breath still uneven from his breakdown, and made his way back to the castle.
Only then did he feel the headache and the sting in his cheek, his vision
blurring again when he remembered that Potter had done that, for reasons he
could not yet bring himself to think about.
Sudden noises made him look up, and he found himself standing in the empty
entrance hall. Breathing, and the shuffling of feet. He hadn’t been walking for
very long, so whoever it was, they must have been nearby earlier. Draco’s pulse
quickened and he felt like he should think of something to say, but his head
was empty and all sane thought had left it on the bridge to the forest.
when he let his eyes flick over to the stairs, he saw them: Holding hands,
trembling, eyes set on him accusingly, waiting for something to happen – maybe
for him to speak? To explain himself? Whatever it was, their eyes seemed to
grow bigger with each second that passed, and even though Draco might have felt
uncomfortable or embarrassed otherwise, he didn’t feel anything at all.
