I think it’s high time we all pay serious attention to Sobolo a.k.a bissap.
For those who don’t know what Sobolo is; It’s a locally brewed drink.
1.Wash dried hibiscus leaves.
2.Place in boiled water.
3.Let it sit for about four hours or more. *just let it ferment.it’s thicker that way n nicer*
4.Strain the juice and add flavour (and sugar depending on who’s taking it)
It doesn’t cost more than Gh.¢ 3 to make this drink. Plus people really enjoy taking this drink.
It should be considered as a very lucrative small scale business.
