so old school omg

All of them are bi

Come on Cas, it’s just prom, not the end of the world

This is my second amazing commission from linneart, it’s the last one for now but definitely looking forward to working with her again if I ever need another commission ;)

It’s the same idea as my first one, this time it’s them from ‘Free to Be You and Me’, which is season five where they were actually dealing with the end of the world. Get it? Anyways, the only thing world ending in that high school is probably not getting a date for prom. I am so happy that I got my two perfect and amazing commissions from such a talented artist and cool person. Thanks!

honoumi for @bumbleybumsie!! thanks for being patient!

i’ve always thought of honoumi as a really old-fashioned couple because of their family history and stuff (the recent umi event made it even more apparent to me), so i thought i would draw them in a retro manga style!! i could see them growing up together in some old port town in the 60s :’’’o

I watched a lot of Darkwing Duck yesterday and:

-apparently I now lightly ship DW and Launchpad. Who knew that joking about how their cover could be that they’re boyfriends/husbands would make me look for bits that could emphasize that? I mean. DW does wear the bi colors for his costume. I hope he’s an unintentional bi icon in-universe. I bet all Gosalyn’s teachers think they’re a couple.

-DW is rapidly climbing my personal list of Best Fictional Fathers. He’s not gonna top it, but he’s up there. (Top of the list would probably have to be either Greg Universe or Wizard Derk). It’s amazing how much he cares about Gosalyn and protects her, even though he’s often just as childish as she is.

-on a related note, the best episodes are the ones that emphasize the Suburban Dad angle, because he only took on the Suburban Dad secret identity in order to give Gosalyn a good home, and he tries really hard to do it right, but he’s kinda terrible at it because he’s a crimefighting nerd (that is, a nerd about crimefighting. Not a nerd who fights crime. That’s Gizmoduck.) and seems to have gotten his ideas about how Suburban Dads behave from TV. And I don’t think suburbia is a particularly common locale for superheroes, which makes it even better. The only other example I can think of is the Incredibles; most superheroes are unrealistic billionaires and CEOs and ace reporters, living in a facility of some kind all together, or single people in their 20s living downtown. This should be a thing more often; it’s like my favorite genre High School With Superpowers, but for adults.

-I watched an episode with Gizmoduck and got unreasonably excited because I’m anticipating Lin-Manuel Miranda in 2017 Ducktales, and realized that I know/remember very little about him because I’ve watched DWD much more often and recently than any old-school Ducktales past the pilot. So I looked him up, and omg he sounds amazing. The superhero DWD was super jealous of is an adorkable accountant who lives with his mom! That is the best possible secret identity! OMG I can’t wait. (I understand that his role has been changed for 2017 so that he’s not an accountant, but given LMM’s friendly nerd voice I’m sure he will be just as amazingly adorkable as old-school Fenton seems to be. No, I haven’t watched old-school Ducktales yet. That would mean buying it.)

No one knows my real name country or how I look like and I only talk to people that make content constantly, have a lot of mutuals etc but Im still scared that everyone is a scam or an old creep because my mum always told me everyone om the internet is dangerous and I dont even talk to them about anything else than music or dnp. I still feel guilty because my tumblr is a secret and Im just paranoid :/

my mum still doesn’t understand how i can have friends on the internet and still asks “how do u know they’re real?” even tho i snaphat several internet friends daily and obvs know they’re real.

also it isn’t a bad thing that tumblr is a secret! i confessed to a lot of ppl (not just close friends) about how i run a dnp blog and i regret it bc i kinda wish i could keep my internet life a secret
