Miguel Chevalier | Complex Meshes

We’ve seen Miguel Chevaliers work before with his impressive installation

Magic Carpet

. Last November another work of his was on display at the Durham Cathedral during the “Lumiere” Festival in England.

Complex Meshes is an interactive installation that detects the movement of the visitors in the cathedral. In response to these movements, the huge virtual light curtain twists, moves and resizes to create diverse kaleidoscopic and complex shapes.

Take a look at a video of this work here.
