WEIGHT LOSS RULES:

  1. Drink a large glass of water before every meal
  2. Don’t drink your calories - ie. cut down on alcohol
  3. Eat protein at every meal - or stay hungry and grouchy
  4. Slash your intake of refined flours and grains - cuts down bloating
  5. Eat 30-50g of fibre every day - bulks the diet and prevents constipation
  6. Eat apples and berries every day - Vitamin C for the immune system
  7. No carbs after lunch
  8. Make one day a week meatless
  9. Get rid of fast foods and fried foods
  10. Eat a real breakfast
  11. Banish high-salt foods
  12. Plan one splurge meal a week
  13. Set goals each week and reward yourself if you reach them
  14. Sleep for at least 7 hours a night
  15. Exercise at least 3-4 times a week
