So far, it’s hard because I have to get the hang of not eating 4 hours until my lunch shake. But mom bought me some bars that can replace a shake/meal. So maybe instead of a shake tomorrow morning or maybe for lunch tomorrow, I’ll have a bar instead of the shake. It’s gonna be hard for a bit until I get used to it. But it’ll be worth it. My goal is to lose 58lbs by New Years Day. Since my last weigh in(which was when I was sick) I lost 1lb.
