¼ cup spinach
¼ cup kale
3-4 slices of pear
¼ cup apple juice
^ one of my favorites. I just call it Green shit, because it’s fucking green. By drinking this at night your body still gets tons of nutrients with very little fat. It’s only about 250 calories which is easy to work off with vigorous exercise. Stay safe and be confident beauties.
