This 8-Year-Old is the Youngest Girl to Skate in the Vans US Open Pro Series
Sky Brown from Miyazaki, Japan is the new, pint-sized skate prodigy.

“Sky Brown is an unexpectedly raw skater from Miyazaki, Japan  who just became the youngest female to skate in the Vans US Open Pro Series. While not even having reached double digit numbers in terms of age, she shreds harder and larger than plenty of people twice, and even three times her age.

Sky broke out after a clip of her attacking a miniramp near her home in Japan was posted on Facebook. Ben Mondy of GrindTV points out that Sky is following in the footsteps of other incredibly young, talented skater girls such as 6-year-old Quincy Symonds, a.k.a. the “Flying Squirrel,” and Sabre Norris, the 9-year-old whose video of her completing a 540 has had over a million views globally.”
