CISPHOBIA IS NOT A THING
HETEROPHOBIA IS NOT A THING
REVERSE RACISM IS NOT A THING
THESE ARE NOT THINGS BECAUSE SOMEONE CALLING YOU A CRACKER IS NOT BACKED UP BY HUNDREDS OF YEARS OF OPPRESSION AND HATRED AND AN ACTUAL CIVIL WAR OVER YOUR RIGHTS
THESE ARE NOT THINGS BECAUSE NOBODY EVER QUESTIONED YOUR RIGHTS. NOBODY EVER HAD TO FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT JUST TO EXIST.
THIS IS NOT “DOING TO THEM WHAT THEY DID TO YOU” BECAUSE SOMEONE SAYING DOWN WITH CIS IS IN NO WAY EQUAL TO ONGOING UNLAWFUL KILLINGS AND OPPRESSION AND IT SURE AS HELL DOESN’T MAGIC UP A HISTORY OF IT.
WHEN SOMEONE SAYS “LMAO THE STRAIGHTS NEED TO STOP” IT DOESN’T EMBOLDEN SOME HOMO-SUPREMACIST TO GO KILL/BEAT UP SOME STRAIGHT PEOPLE. IT DOESN’T ALLOW/PERPETUATE A SYSTEM OF OPPRESSION AND DEGRADATION.
IF YOU THINK YOU ARE OPPRESSED YOU NEED TO TAKE SEVERAL SEATS AND CHECK YOUR ASSES PRIVILEGE BECAUSE IF YOU THINK THAT’S BAD BOY HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU.
False. The mini album is called 桃源境 (도원경), ‘Dowongyeong’ in Korean. Birth Flower is the concept of the teaser photos released on May 4th. (An article literally called the album Birth Flower and I was sitting here like… oh my fucking god. Way to spread false info because you obviously didn’t research.)
The English title is ‘Eden’/’Paradise’:
False. There is no official English title yet. But because it isn’t based on the Bible or Christianity, I doubt it will be called Eden unless Jellyfish/VIXX didn’t do their research either. If anything, Peach Paradise or Origin Land of Peaches would be most accurate lmao.
The name is called ‘Peach Blossom Spring’:
False. Peach Blossom Spring is “桃花源記”. Not 桃源境. Peach Blossom Spring is a fable, a fictional story written by Tao Yuanming (陶淵明), a Chinese poet. The name Dowongyeong, however, very likely originated from Japan, who called the fable “Togenkyo” instead. Which is where the characters you see come from. I would not say the English is Peach Blossom Spring since the Japanese words took out ‘blossom’ and ‘memory/record’ and added the word ‘place/territory’ instead. The limited knowledge I have about Togenkyo comes from an anime called ‘Hoozuki no Reitetsu’, that portrays it as a place in Heaven where peaches grow abundantly. Though I’m not gonna say that’s what Dowongyeong really is.
You can google or read wikipedia about all this, but that won’t make any of us experts lol. Spreading false info can be really dangerous, so at least research before you make a statement or take things as they are. Making up theories is completely fine, just don’t disregard what things actually are. That’s gotten Starlights into a mess last year already.
