I know it’s not much, but here’s a progress photo.

Week One of Insanity and clean eating.

I’m happy with how my body has adapted to my new routine and diet as well as the muscle tone I already see building in my legs and tummy.

My biggest weakness is upper body, I still can’t do any sort of push up or knee crutch push up. I’m worried it’s from my torn rotator cuff but I’m hoping week two will change that.

Any advice or tips would be amazing!
