silently sobbing in the corner

There’s a great mammal in the ocean known as the 52-hertz whale. All year, he practices his love song for the female. Travels thousands of miles to find her. But when he finally gets the chance to serenade her, she doesn’t give him a call back. Why? His love ballad is sung at 52 hertz, a sonic signature one note higher than the lowest sound of a tuba. The average female hears at 10 to 15 hertz. So she never hears his song.

A/N: OKAY! So, I came up with this idea as I rewatched the wedding crasher’s (Kai’s) scenes over again, and I knew that I just needed to upload it. This is going to be a multiple part series, because it would be too short and confusing if I just ended it here. BUT I HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT, AND I HOPE I DON’T LET YOU DOWN! Enjoy, lovelies. MWAH!

“C’mon, Y/N! Live a little!” Rose, one of your dearest college friends, called from across the room as she held the shot of vodka that you politely declined up in the air.

Shaking your head lightly in her direction, you had waved her off with a, “No, I’m okay! Thank you, though!” and kept walking in the other direction, silently trying to figure out how you had gotten to this frat party in the first place.

All you wanted to do tonight was sleep, but Rose had convinced you to go with her to this frat party she heard about today. And you were secretly digging her grave for it. As you scrunched your nose up in disgust at the reeking, alcoholic frat boys and preppy girls that stood grinding on the dance floor, you had looked around the house, trying to find a way out of this. Parties weren’t really your scene. Well, not at least ones with alcohol as the main beverage.

You shook your head to rid the thoughts that so dearly wanted to creep into your mind and haunt you for eternity, and made your way over to the closest open door that you could find, practically jumping out of it when you were close enough to have a safe landing on the grassy backyard. Groaning loudly, you squeezed yourself past drunk students and friends as you found yourself heading to your car. But you stopped in your tracks, stomping your feet on the ground like a 5 yr old as you remembered Rose inside the house.

You knew you couldn’t just leave her without a car, so you started to walk your way home. Luckily, Rose had the keys to the car, so you didn’t have to squeeze your way back into that sweat ridden house to give them to her. And soon, specifically about 15 to 20 minutes later, you were finally on campus. You sighed as you arrived at the local campus coffee shop, deciding to order a hot chocolate and bring it back to your dorm for safe keeping.

And as your were walking back to your dorm room, your lips against the warm exterior of the medium-sized cup you were holding in palm of your hands, you had a sudden feeling that someone was following you. But as you looked behind yourself to see no one there, you shrugged and continued walking.

Finally, you were back at your dorm in fresh, non-alcohol smelling clothes and your hair put into a high ponytail as you drank from your cup, sighing in content at the warmth that radiated through your body as your took each sip. But your moment of peace was soon forgotten as you heard a hard knock on your door. Something in the back of your mind told you to put your guard up, the old you, but you didn’t listen, pushing it aside as you thought it were probably just a stupid frat boy who saw your light on and wants to get laid.

However, your assumption was completely wrong.

Instead of an obnoxious, smelly frat boy at your door, there stood a ghost from your past - someone you thought you would never see again. Someone who haunted your dreams every night and who, two years ago, made you feel like you were the most important thing to him.

It was Kai. The man who murdered - or slaughtered would be the best term to describe it - dozens of people at his sister’s wedding, just so he could be the last one left standing. The man who broke your heart and all of your dreams two years ago, who frightened you to the point of you having to go to therapy for it, and who had left you. Left you back there with no one to love, no one to talk to, and no one to confide in.

Kai Parker was standing on your doorstep, smiling like he’d won the lottery and dancing on the balls of his feet like a child who just got rewarded for something he had done well with candy.

And as his smooth voice echoed in your ears, a sound you never thought you would here ever again, you felt like you were going to faint.

“Y/N?” Kai’s tone was worrisome, and would have been slightly comforting if you weren’t about to scream like you screamed the day you had lost Joe. Elena. Kai. However, your scream never came. Cause the next minute, Kai had his hand over your mouth, muffling your scream as tears flew from your eyes.

Sobs raked your body as Kai pushed you into your dorm room and slammed the door shut, placing your back softly against the wall as you let all of your nightmares and grief-ridden memories out of your system. And still, as Kai tried to silence your sobs and wipe your tears, you couldn’t help yourself but to admire him in this moment.

His blue-green eyes stared into yours, begging and filled with fear, yet shone so beautifully in the light of your dorm room. And more scruff lined his face since the last you saw of him, but it made him look manlier than ever. And even through the misery this boy put you though, all of the therapy sessions that you went to, the tears that you shed, the things that you broke just like your heart had broke that night, you still found yourself growing week at the knees at the sight of him and your heart fluttered with old, destroyed love that you thought you had gotten rid of a year, or even a couple months ago.

And even through the sobs that were raking your body and the shivers of being touched by Kai after so long, you had still managed to form a word.

“Kai…” you cried out, voice only slightly muffle by his hand since your body has calmed down only an ounce.

The pain in your face pulled at Kai’s heart. Caused the guilt that he tried so hard to get rid of to enter his bloodstream again. And Kai found himself pulling you to his chest, silently sobbing in your arms as you hugged him back, the shock of seeing your dead boyfriend in your dorm room finally striking your whole body.

“Y/N, I am so-” his voice had cracked, and he had taken a second to maintain control of his body. “I am so- so sorry. I never meant to hurt you, I love you. I didn’t want any of that to happen, Y/N, you have to believe me.”

When you didn’t say anything, Kai pulled away from your embrace, enabling himself to look at your shock-ridden face. Kai sobbed, wiping the stray tears from your eyes as the tears he had been holding in this entire time finally fell from his eyes. Kai begged you to say something, anything, just so he could know you were okay, but you said nothing.

All you had done was stare at him, not moving a muscle in your body as Kai thumbed your cheek and placed wet, tear-stained kisses on your forehead. And Kai held you to his chest at the shock from your body slowly disappeared, slowly turning into anger.

And suddenly you were pushing him away from you, and yelling at him for what he has done to you these past two years, and banging on his chest, surely taking hits that will leave bruises on the spots as you pounded and pushed him away from you.

Kai was sobbing silently in the corner as you let everything you had been building up inside finally out of your system, and he had watched as the pain from the two years he had left you alone for had risen your eyes and shone harshly in the dorm room you two stood in. He had stood silent, letting you release all of your anger out on him, because he deserved it.

You were right. He did leave you. He was so blood-driven that he never once thought about you as he slaughtered everyone at that wedding and placed that curse on Elena and Bonnie. But he never once forgot about you and how much pain he might have caused you as he tried to come back, fought as hard as he could to be brought back here.

And he fought that hard for you.

So he could finally be reunited with his one true love so that he could live a whole life with you, get married, have kid, build a family and stable life for you and him. But it didn’t go as he had planned. He hadn’t expected you to react this way, but he also hadn’t expected any less.

He deserved what you were doing to him right now, and he knew that. So he stood silent. Let you release all your energy out on him, and when he felt the time was right to speak…

He was going to fight as hard as he can to get you back. Because you were the love of his life, and there was nothing that was going to stop him from winning you back into his life.

Cause without you, he was nothing.

Without you, he was a just a monster in cool, stylish clothes.

And as you kept yelling through your sobs and he kept staring at you, thinking of only one thing, how beautiful you were to him-

Only one thought had popped into his head.

What a tragic love story.

Part 1 Part 2 Part 3

Your mind wandered back to the day of your wedding.

You wanted a small, intimate wedding, attended only by your close friends and loved ones. Never one for extravagance and attention, Jumin of course agreed. The wedding was held in Jumin’s private garden, one of the most beautiful places you had ever seen in your life. It was so peaceful, and you could feel the amount of time and love Jumin had invested into the place. Furthermore, you also knew how much Jumin loved spending time in it.

As you walked in through the glass doors, the only thing you could see was Jumin. He was staring at you, with the kind of intensity that no one else but him could display. It was only after the ceremony, when you met up with the rest of the RFA, did you know what their reactions were. Apparently, Yoosung was crying so hard that he had gotten snot all over Zen. Zen was making snide remarks, saying that it should have been him up there instead of Jumin. After all, he would have looked so much better! Seven of course, was busy taking photos with his multiple gadgets, all ready to compile the photos and footage into a video for you and Jumin. (And perhaps make some dank memes out of it.) Even the usually stoic Jaehee had to wipe the few sneaky tears that rolled down her cheeks.

Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can’t help
Falling in love with you…

Before the wedding, you were stressing out about the first dance, because unlike Jumin who had taken ballroom lessons since he was young, you were born with two left feet and was as graceful as a potato with two legs.

But as you and Jumin shared your first dance as husband and wife, all your past insecurities dissipated. The rest of the world faded away into the background and all you could focus on was Jumin. Your husband. It all felt so surreal. As you looked deeply into his eyes, hot tears welled up in yours as you whispered the rest of lyrics to your husband.

Take my hand
Take my whole life too
For I can’t help falling in love with you

“MC… MC… Can you hear me?”

Something distracted you from your thoughts. You shook your head and tried to return to focusing on Jumin’s face.

“MC… Please be strong, please wake up!”

… Zen? Why was he calling you?

As much as you tried to grasp on to your thoughts, they faded. You slowly opened your eyes, the harsh fluorescent lights making them water.

What was going on? Weren’t you just at the wedding? Why were you lying on a bed? And why was everyone looking at you such concerned looks on their faces? Where was Jumin?

Then, it hit you. Reality hit you so hard you felt nauseous. There was a truck. A crash. You were in an accident.

“Jumin…?” You croaked. Your throat was so dry you could barely make a sound. It felt as if there were two rusty cogs inside, in desperate need of oil to make them run smoothly again. It hurt so much.

Zen avoided your question, quickly turning towards the jug nearby to pour you a glass of water. You noticed Yoosung sobbing silently in the corner. Seven just looked down uncomfortably at the floor. You turned to Jaehee. You could always count on her for the truth.

“MC…” Her voice cut off abruptly, and she was unable to continue. She swallowed uneasily, her gulp echoing loudly in the silent room. She blinked back tears as she composed herself.

“I’m so sorry MC… Mr Han, he…” Then, the tears she had been holding back exploded like torrential water bursting through a dam. She turned away, excusing herself.

No. No. NO! This was not happening. You shut your eyes tightly, clenching your teeth, hoping furiously that this was all a bad dream, and that you would wake up in your apartment, with Jumin’s long arms wrapping you against his warm chest, listening to his steady heartbeat. But nothing was happening. It wasn’t going away. You were still lying in that uncomfortable bed, with those awful fluorescent lights blaring down on you.

You pulled back the covers, looking down at your tummy. You were only three months pregnant, but there was already a small bump. You could spend hours standing in front of the mirror, just marveling at that little bump, feeling the faint but noticeable heartbeat. Did Jumin and you really make this little miracle? But now, as you looked down, your tummy was flat. There was nothing. It was gone. It didn’t even have a name yet.

That’s when you lost it. Heart wrenching sobs emerged from the pits of your stomach. You screamed, shrieked. As if that would make everything go away. Zen held on to you, trying to calm you down. You trashed wildly, hitting him countless times in the process, but he never let go, absorbing your blows silently. It was as if he thought that taking your blows would help to absorb your pain as well. You were uncontrollable. In the end, the nurse had to come in to sedate you. Your eyes quickly became heavy as rocks, you welcomed the darkness, giving you a temporary reprieve from the grief.

The month you spent in the hospital recovering from your injuries passed by in a blur. The drugs they fed you made you constantly drift in and out of consciousness. The lights there were always on as the nurses were always checking on you, making sure it didn’t do anything to harm yourself. Over there, time held no meaning. There was no day. No night. After a month, the doctors finally deemed you fit for discharge. Your physical wounds were finally healed, although the emotional ones never will.

On the day of your discharge, everyone from the RFA went home with you for emotional support. They knew you needed it.

You crumbled to the ground the moment you stepped into the apartment. Your friends stood awkwardly behind you, not saying anything. They knew that nothing they said would be able help you.

Everything inside reminded you of Jumin. Behind the kitchen counter where he made you pancakes the very first morning you stayed over at his place. Against the wall where you shared your first kiss with him. On the couch where the both of you had spent countless hours just holding each other, talking, sharing your deepest thoughts and insecurities with each other. On the dining table where you told him you were pregnant. And the nursery. The nursery was the worse. It reminded you of your loss, your dreams that will never be fulfilled. It was incomplete, just like how your life will always be, now that you were all alone.

Has it really been six months since the accident?

You were grateful that your friends took turns visiting you everyday, making sure that you were eating. Most of the time, one of them would even stay overnight with you. You were thankful that they were around to keep you occupied and not alone with your thoughts. It killed you to look at their worried faces. So you put on a mask, and smiled at them whenever they asked if you were doing okay. But honestly, you were done. You couldn’t do this anymore.

Without the drugs from the hospital helping you sleep the time away, you turned to alcohol to help you numb the pain. Whenever thoughts of Jumin crept into your mind, you drank. Whenever you were reminded of the fact that the baby would have been about nine months old, ready to be born anytime soon, you drank. It was the only way you knew how to escape from the reality. You were tired. So, so tired.

That night, you visited Jumin’s grave.

“Hi Jumin, it’s been awhile, huh? I’m sorry I haven’t been visiting you much. It’s been pretty hard. I just can’t accept the fact that you’re gone.” Your voice cracked. “I keep on hoping that all this is just a bad dream…”

A warm breeze brushed past you, and the candle you lit flickered in the wind. Jumin had always said that he loved listening to you talk. He said that your voice was smooth, like a warm summer breeze. Was he here now listening to you?

“Jumin, do you remember you once said that all contracts had to have a clear start and end date? I guess our end date was six months ago. Is that why you left first?” By now, the tears were streaming uncontrollably down your face. You let them flow. You no longer had the strength to wipe them off.

You looked up to the night sky. “Are you up there now with our baby? Is it a girl, like you wanted?” When you first joined the RFA, you called Jumin one particular night when the sky looked exceptionally pretty. He thought that perhaps the night reminded you of his dark hair. You never told him, but the reason you called was because it reminded you of his eyes. Like the night sky, his eyes were dark and mysterious. They held deep, dark secrets that you wanted to explore. How could anyone’s eyes be so captivating?

“Jumin… Don’t worry, I’m coming to join you now…” You took out the bottle of sleeping pills that the doctor had prescribed after you told him that you had troubles sleeping.

You poured out a handful and put it to your mouth, washing it down with the same bottle of wine that you and Jumin drank from on the night of your wedding. The both of you were saving the remainder of that wine for a special occasion. You swallowed the pills one handful after another, until the bottle was finally empty.

As your eyes drooped closer and closer, a feeling of peace washed over you. You felt a sense of clarity like never before. Yes, you were doing the right thing. You leaned against Jumin’s tomb and looked up at the sky. He was there! He stretched his arm out, smiling at you serenely. You reached out into the air, interlacing your fingers with his.

“Jumin… We’ll finally be together again. This time, it will be forever…”

Anonymous asked: Prompt! Dean and Cas are best friends, secretly in love. Cas gets in a wreck and when Dean gets to the hospital, the doctors tell him that Cas is in very bad shape and his condition is unstable. Dean loses it in the hallway and starts crying when he feels a tap on his shoulder. He turns and find Cas standing there, looking puzzled. Turns out the doctor mixed the patients up, and Dean is so relieved that he kisses Cas right there.

Dean Winchester was smart enough to know that he shouldn’t be driving in this state; his breathing ragged, his heart hammering in his chest, hands trembling violently. Tears were burning in his eyes, making his vision dangerously blurry.

Smart enough, but he couldn’t care less as he ignored yet another red light. He couldn’t be bothered with minding the speed limit either, not giving a shit about all the other drivers that were honking at him to express their annoyance.

To hell with them. They didn’t know anything. Didn’t know that this was about Cas. Cas who was more important than a bunch of traffic rules, as far as Dean was concerned.

Dean was gripping the steering wheel like his life depended on it, knuckles white. This couldn’t be happening. Not to sweet, adorable Castiel Novak, Dean’s best friend in the entire world. Cas deserved everything good. A long happy life, for starters. It had all gone so fast…

One minute, Dean had been mildly worried because his roommate hadn’t been home in time for dinner, which was very unlike Castiel; Cas always left him a text when he was working late or had other plans. The next, he’d gotten that dreadful phone call. He didn’t remember much of what was said, and only one sentence truly stuck out.

‘Your friend was in a car accident, he might not make it.’

okay..? ಠ_ಠ

When you open for free requests or art trades with some rules and a form to be filled in (like refs, personalities, posing suggestions, etc), some of the comments you received sound a bit passive aggressive like just, “//winks winks ” or “I want //gasps"  ”//screams silently" or “Im no good //sobs” or “//peeks from the corner” and so on. If you encounter these kind of comments, what would you do? Will you reply?
Note: Most of the people who commented like that are from the same groups (art group, rp groups, semi-private groups between friends) so they’re like acquaintance.

What do they ever mean giving comment like that? if they’re interested, cant they just fill in the form? Somehow these kind of comments annoy me a bit because I’m not sure how to react because why should I repeat again with “if you’re interested, just fill in the form” if I already mentioned that in my post? Maybe it’s just me, but them doing this makes me think they didnt even bother to read the whole things. And maybe trying to lure me to ASK THEM FIRST for a trade or ask them if they want to request something. But does that mean if I ask them first they’d think I’d just accept? so if i didnt reply, they’ll think I’m not interested to art trade or do request for them?

I haven’t played BMP1, so I hope it’s okay if I can do this with the BMP2 princes T___T;
Sure thing!

Hayden: Hayden walked into the bedroom after a long day at the meeting, when he found you curled up in the corner of the room, sobbing silently. He took a step towards you, but froze in his tracks when he saw what you were holding. A bottle of sleeping pills.
Hayden slowly walked over to you and took the pills out of your hand. He softly embraced you, letting you cry into his chest.
“Hayden.. You must be disgusted at me.” you muttered, unable to look up into his eyes.
Hayden shook his head and tilted up your chin to see you.
“I’m not. I just want you to know that I’m going to support you.” he said, gently.
Your eyes clouded over as another tear rolled down your cheek.
“We can get through this.. together.”

Kuon: There was a solid minute of awkward silence when he caught you on the chair. Kuon stood there from the doorframe, looking up at you with the noose around your neck. He slowly stepped towards you with no expression on his face as he took the rope off your neck and stepped you down onto the floor. Without another word, he hugged you tightly, never wanting to let you go.
“Kuon..” you whispered, hugging him back.
“Please.” he whispered back.
Kuon’s eyes darkened as he whispered his plea over and over.
“Please don’t do this. Please don’t.” he said, finally looking into your eyes.

Sieg: Surprisingly, Sieg was pretty calm when he saw you with a knife, about to end your life.
“You’re not supposed to be here.” you whispered, as Sieg made his way closer to you.
He caressed your cheek and wiped the tears away from your cheek. He tightly embraced you, making the knife drop to the floor with a clutter.
“Aren’t you horrified with me? Disgusted? Disappointed?” you asked, getting teary eyed again.
Sieg continued to hug you, and shook his head. He moved away from you to look into your eyes.
“I care about you so much. I want to help.” he said, as you shook your head.
“It’s going to take a while.” you muttered.
“I’ll wait as long as you need. I’m not giving up on you. You shouldn’t either."

Oliver: The normally cheerful Oliver was crushed when he saw you on the roof’s edge of the castle. He ran up to you and swept you off your feet, to a safe place.
"Oliver, stop. This is what I need to do.” you said.
Oliver hugged you tightly, unable to let go of you. The tears that were welling up in his eyes started to fall from his eyes.
“No you don’t. You don’t have to do this, please.” he pleaded.
You violently shook your head as more and more tears started to fall.
“You don’t understand, Oliver. You’re going to leave me too.” you confessed.
Oliver’s eyes widened and narrowed in confusion.
“I’m not going anywhere. Not today, not ever.”

Ivan: You saw Ivan’s eyes flick with anger and felt even worse than you were feeling.
“Why? Why do you want to do this?” Ivan hissed, making you flinch.
“I’m a burden on everything. Even you! Look at you, you’re mad at me!” you said, uncontrollably sobbing.
Ivan softened his gaze and shook his head.
“I’m angry at myself for making you this way.” he said, wiping your tears away.
You shook your head and broke off from him.
“I’m a nuisance to everyone I meet. I’m not worth anything in this world. I’m better off gone.” you whispered, telling him your true feelings.
“I don’t know one single person that thinks that of you. You’re beautiful and amazing. You might not be able to see that, but I can. And I will not rest until you see it too."

Aslan: Without a second to spare, Aslan was right by your side, throwing the gun aside. He suddenly hugged you and started to cry into your neck.
"Aslan..” you whispered, unable to do anything.
He wiped your tears away and continued to cry in front of you.
“Why..?” he asked, devastated.
You shook your head, unable to tell him the reason you wanted to end your life. Aslan nodded, understanding that you needed time.
“I don’t know how to fix this, but I do know one thing.” he said, looking determined.
“I’ll do anything to make you happy again.” he said, as you looked down.
He peered into your face and tucked your hair behind your ear.
“You don’t have to be alone, okay?"

Maximillion: You saw how heartbroken Max was when he found you trying to end your life. It felt as if he saw nothing except for you in that moment. Max kneeled down in front of you, and started to cry silently.
”_____.. “ he called out to you.
He reached for your hand and swiftly pulled you into his arms. You took a deep breath and started to cry into his shoulder.
"You gave me the strength to go on. To not give up.” he started to say, as you looked at him in confusion.
“Is there any way I can give you that strength back?” he whispered, desperate to save you.
You looked uneasily at him and looked down.
“I’ll give everything up for you. Please stay."

Kevin: Kevin’s eyes widened at the sight of you holding a handful of sleeping pills in your hand.
”____, what are you doing..?“ he asked, slowly making his way towards you.
He emptied your hand, spilling all the pills onto the floor, and gently held your hand that previously held the pills.
"When I was trying to find out who I was, you never left my side. You were strong for me, you cheered me on, and you never lost your kindness.” he said, remembering how the two of you fell in love.
Kevin caressed your cheek and slowly wiped the tears away.
“So, I’m here for you. I believe in you, just like you believed in me.”

I hope this was what you were looking for!
I just want to say something again. Suicide/depression/self harm/mental illness/etc. isn’t something to be looked over
