Gran Hotel Ciudad de México, Mexico City por Timothy Neesam
One of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in. This building was originally built as a trading store in 1909 a 19th century department store built by Sebastian Roberts (whose initials adorn the centres of the railings), was closed between 2003-2005 and then reopened as a hotel, at a cost of 25 million dollars. The Tiffany stained glass ceiling dates back to 1908. View it large here Single image, Sigma 12-24 lens.
