Remember sidewalk chalk? Why did we ever stop playing with it?! It’s awesome.
Fun art project at the church for a women’s conference this weekend, which was completed last night. It rained this morning (because of course it did), so who knows if it still exists…but I fully enjoyed creating it, and at the very least it is now a pretty, rainbowy smudge on otherwise dull concrete. I’ll take it as a win regardless.
Marathon training is going well, even though I’m failing like a boss at blogging about it. (My bad.) I’ll be better from now on. As it is a rest day before tomorrow’s 10 miler, I’m keeping my nutrition dialed in so as not to derail my progress…hence the lovely photo of this morning’s breakfee up there.
Heads up! This Saturday, I’ll be signing copies of my book at the C2E2 ComicCon in Chicago, 10-2 on March 19 at the Vertical Gallery booth (468). If the weather doesn’t get too damp, I might be found underfoot elsewhere in the windy city as well. So…. heads up, but eyes down?
