I start the Shredder Program. Well part of it. Up early for an hour of cardio. Then starts the insanely strick diet. Next week, once the rest of my supplements get here, I’m starting this intense workout plan. This program is designed to get you ripped. I’ve seen people get mad amounts of results. I’m ready to do this and see my own :) Finally back on my shit! Beach body, here I come! :)
