Idea?  Head canon?

Alright so recently I’ve been rewatching Doctor Who for what is probably the thousandth time.  And today I got up to episode twelve of Season 4: Turn Left.

In case its been awhile for you, I’ll sum it up (just so its not like what even are you talking about?)  Donna Noble and the Doctor are in a random market, when she is confronted by a fortune teller (who, oddly, is played by the same actress who the season before, played Chantho, the blue alien lady who assisted the Master).  She is badgered into realizing that one simple decision completely changed the course of history.  Deciding between two jobs resulting in her never meeting the doctor and thus a series of changes occur in the universe and eventually, the stars start going out.

Ok, not my best job summarizing there but, that last sentence there is the connecting point in my idea.  so essentially  (and the time lines, more than likely do not line up AT ALL), but here goes:

So in the pandorica arc at the end of the fifth season (episodes 11 or 12), we are shown a different version of Amy’s life, this time, probably without the doctor.  And once again, without him there, there ARE NO STARS. However, in this case its a known fact.  So…are these the same or similar universes?  This probably isn’t something because time frames are wrong…but the similarity sort of blew my mind.

End rant.
