I’ve been feeling really good lately. This week started my cut back at the gym. Consciously trying to conserve my energy as much as possible or at least realized when 4 days a week was starting to get too much. And I’ve reached that point.
Yesterday was a good day. I thought that going into the box on a wednesday (which is usually my off day) was going to be really weird but it wasn’t. Jayson (trainer) was working out along with me and Kevin. It almost felt like when we did Outlaw together.
Either way, I immediately got right to work, warmed up my shoulders and started doing Tuesday’s wod.
